Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan, dan pola pikir uang terhadap kebebasan finansial dan kesejahteraan pada generasi milenial di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 115 responden yang diperoleh dari rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling dari generasi milenial di kota Surabaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis yang dapat memberikan proses analisis secara simultan terkait model penelitian multivariat yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 20.0. Penelitian ini menerima hipotesis 1, 2, 3, 5, dan 7, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara literasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan, dan pola pikir uang terhadap kebebasan dan kesejahteraan finansial, dengan beberapa korelasi negatif. Hipotesis 4 dan 6 tidak didukung, sehingga menunjukkan adanya interaksi kompleks dalam kesejahteraan finansial di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia.

Abstract

In order to make a profit, companies need to manage marketing costs properly, this can be done by using a management accounting information system. This study investigates the effect of product quality and promotion on management accounting information systems. It also investigates whether the management accounting information system is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey of consumers at UD Tiga Saudara Surabaya. Using purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being consumers who have had at least 1 transaction, 97 respondents were obtained. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that product quality and promotion contribute positively to the management accounting information system. The study also proved that the management accounting information system mediates the relationship of product quality and promotion to employee sales volume. This study contributes to marketing management theory by using the framework of management accounting information system and sales volume.

Abstract

The problem of organizational citizenship behavior has not been fully implemented among employees. Employees are not willing to carry out more than their main duties and have not provided more than expected capabilities to the organization to improve the effectiveness of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, workload and work engagement on emotional exhaustion and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PT. Wangta Agung Surabaya. This study was carried out by a quantitative method supported by primary data sources obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The research population is employees of PT. Wangta Agung Surabaya. The selection of respondents was carried out by the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 102 respondents. The method of analyzing the data is by descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The findings of the study show that transformational leadership and workload have a significant effect on emotional exhaustion and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at PT. Wangta Agung Surabaya, while work engagement has a non-significant effect on emotional exhaustion but work engagement has a significant influence on OCB at PT. Wangta Agung Surabaya.
