Abstract

ABSTRACT Asrama adalah model pendidikan di mana aturan dan disiplin yang ketat harus dipatuhi. Model pendidikan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berdisiplin tinggi, berkepribadian unggul dan profesional dibidangnya. Disiplin dalam beribadah adalah salah satu hal yang paling penting untuk dibiasakan, menumbuhkan sikap disiplin dalam beribadah harus dibiasakan sejak sekolah dasar, karena pada usia tersebut dapat mengembangkan hubungan yang lebih mendalam dengan nilai-nilai agama, membangun kesadaran spiritual dan membentuk karakter yang kuat. Dalam hal ini, di Pondok Pesantren Ma’had Al-Zaytun, yang berada di wilayah Indramayu memiliki 5 asrama yang digunakan untuk tempat tinggal santri, yaitu, asrama Persahabatan, asrama Al-Nur, asrama Al-Musthofa, asrama Al-Fajr dan asrama Al-Madani. Asrama yang ditempati oleh santri sekolah dasar atau madrasah ibtidaiyah adalah asrama Persahabatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan apa peran pengurus asrama dalam mengelola peribadatan santri dan menjelaskan bagaimana peran pengurus asrama dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin beribadah santri di asrama Persahabatan, Pondok Pesantren Ma’had Al-Zaytun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengurus asrama memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan disiplin beribadah santri di asrama Persahabatan, peran pengurus asrama yaitu, membuat perencanaan kegiatan, mengorganisasikan kegiatan, memberikan arahan dan memberikan pengawasan. Tanpa peran dari pengurus asrama, kegiatan peribadatan yang ada di asrama tidak akan berjalan dengan baik dan seluruh santri santri madrasah ibtidaiyah yang menjadi penghuni di asrama Persahabatan akan lalai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ibadah.

Abstract

The management of sacrificial meat distribution in Ma’had Al-Zaytun is an important part of religious activities aimed at strengthening social relations and community welfare. The process includes meticulous planning, execution and evaluation to ensure fair and equitable distribution. The purpose of the research is to find out how the management of sacrificial meat distribution in Ma’had Al-Zaytun and to analyze the factors that support and hinder the distribution of sacrificial meat in Ma’had Al-Zaytun. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The research location is Ma’had Al-Zaytun. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of qurbani meat distribution in Ma’had Al-Zaytun proved to be effective and right on target, and can be used as an example in managing distribution that involves various parties and resources efficiently. The success of qurbani meat distribution in Ma’had Al-Zaytun was supported by sufficient personnel, adequate fleet, and active participation of students and staff. Despite the challenges of distance and the amount of meat, the use of teak leaves as wrappers managed to maintain the quality of the meat until it reached the recipients. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) whether or not there is a relationship between OPMAZ organizational culture and behavioral changes in grade 12 students of MA Ma'had Al-Zaytun; (2) the influence of OPMAZ organizational culture on behavior changes in grade 12 MA Ma'had Al-Zaytun students as administrators and non-administrators of the organization. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the theory used in this study being Robbins (1996) theory, namely organizational culture and behavior change theory. A simple linear regression test was used in the study to determine the influence, and the determination coefficient (R2) was used to determine the percentage of influence on the number of samples of 76 respondents and a total population of 579. The results of the study show that: First, there is a positive relationship between OPMAZ organizational culture and changes in student behavior, which is evidenced by the value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.485 or 48.5%, which shows that around 48.5% of the variability of student behavior changes can be explained by variations in OPMAZ organizational culture. Second, a simple linear regression test revealed that OPMAZ organizational culture had a significant influence on changes in student behavior, with a regression equation of Y = 0.6964X and then Scatter Plot analysis with the Standardized Coefficients method showed a strong positive linear relationship between the two variables. Based on the results of the analysis, the change in student behavior was categorized into 4 quadrants actually and 2 quadrants based on regression results, which showed the similarity of the level of organizational culture and changes in student behavior from sufficient to good.
