Abstract

Keinginan untuk keluar dari sebuah organisasi atau turnover intention seorang karyawan selalu memunculkan tanda tanya besar, dan beberapa faktor yang biasanya menjadi pendorong munculnya keinginan tadi adalah lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan stres kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan tersebut. Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan jasa teknologi informasi. Penelitian yang dijadikan dasar ditulisnya artikel ini menggunakan PT. Baliyoni Saguna Group yang terletak di Jalan Tukad Batanghari No. 1C, Denpasar Selatan, Denpasar, Bali, sebagai studi kasus yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji linearitas, uji normalitas, uji heterokedastistas dan uji multikolinearitas. Penelitian tersebut menemukan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi, terhadap variabel dependen, turnover intention, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, secara parsial antara stres kerja terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Optimizing supply chain management is a key factor in supporting sustainable growth, especially for flower farmers in Kopeng, Semarang Regency. This study aims to identify and implement effective supply chain management strategies to improve the welfare of flower farmers and support sustainable growth. The research method uses a participatory approach that actively involves flower farmers in all stages of the research, from problem identification, solution development, to evaluation of implementation results. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations. The results of the study indicate that supply chain management in Kopeng faces several major challenges such as price fluctuations, limited market access, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. The proposed strategies to address these issues include strengthening farmer groups, utilizing information technology, product diversification, and implementing sustainable agricultural practices. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve operational efficiency, farmer welfare, and environmental sustainability. This study makes a significant contribution to the literature on supply chain management in the agricultural sector and can be a reference for similar research in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector in the Kuningan area, Semarang, by strengthening the capacity of work teams based on collaboration and synergy of local potential. The main problems faced by MSMEs in this area are weak teamwork, limited innovation and the suboptimal use of digital networks and cross-community promotion. This program is designed with a participatory and collaborative approach, involving intensive training, mentoring and creative forums across actors. The results of the activity show that MSMEs who participate in the program experience significant improvements in terms of collaborative capabilities, product innovation, and expansion of market networks. This article is expected to be a reference in developing a model for empowering MSMEs based on local wisdom and teamwork in urban-rural areas such as Kuningan, Semarang.
