Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung kacang merah (Phaseolus vulgarisL) dan tepung labu kuning (cucurbita moshcata ) terhadap penilaian organoleptik dan nilai gizi produk biskuit. Penelitian inimenggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan 5 perlakuan penambahan tepung kacang merah dan tepung labukuning terdiri dari 0% : 100% (P1), 30% : 40% (P2), 40% : 30 (P3), 50% : 20% (P4) dan 60% : 10% (P5). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa P4 merupakan sampel yang paling disukai panelis dengan skor penilaian kesukaan terhadap warna3,47 (agak suka), aroma 3,37 (agak suka), tekstur 3,28 (agak suka) dan rasa 3,52 (agak suka). Sedangkan nilai gizi sampeltersebut yang terdiri dari kadar air, abu, lemak, protein dan karbohidrat berturut-turut sebesar 6,25%; 2,5%; 5,52%;  16,42%dan 69,31%.  Kata kunci: Biskuit, Tepung Kacang Merah, Tepung Labu Kuning, nilai gizi.

Abstract

The concept of algebra prerequisites that must be understood by primary school teachers (SD) including: (1) concept of numbers and numerical operations, (2) the ratio/proportion, and (3) the order of operations. The third prerequisite concept also needs to be understood as a candidate in primary students in elementary uru. Lack of understanding of the concept of preconditions can lead to misconceptions in students. The researchers aim to analyze the misconceptions of what happens to students in primary prerequisite to the concept of algebra. The study involved five students in primary UIN Ar-Raniry. Data obtained through diagnostic tests and interviews so analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results showed that students in primary experiencing misconceptions on the concept of algebra prerequisites are: the concept of fractions, prime numbers, integers, mixed operations, and operations on fractions. The implication of the study is the need for efforts to improve understanding of student teachers, especially students in primary through appropriate measures.
