Abstract

This article explains the use of media in learning as an intermediary to make it easier to convey learning material. Learning media is a very important factor in learning because learning media is related to students' learning experiences. Learning media is designed as well as possible by educators so that students can more easily absorb learning material and also increase students' stimulus for learning. On the other hand, researchers use literature study research methods to solve the problem topics discussed. Meanwhile, what is called the literature study research method is a research method carried out by researchers to complete research tasks by collecting data from books, journals and other sources of data from literature. That's why it is called literature study research. The results of the research show that learning media has a big influence on students in understanding Simple Plane material in science subjects in elementary schools. Therefore, teaching staff are required to be able to develop creative learning media and of course be able to attract students' interest in learning seriously.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah cara pemimpin mempengaruhi perilaku bawahannya, agar dapat bekerja sama dan bekerja secara produktif demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin dalam memotivasi karyawannya dalam menjalankan aktivitas perusahaan akan menentukan kinerja perusahaan atau organisasi tersebut. Dalam hubungan pemimpin dengan bawahan, sebagian pegawai berharap mendapat perlakuan dari pemimpin yang terbuka dan memberikan keleluasaan dalam bekerja, sedangkan sebagian lainnya berharap agar pimpinan membenahi hasil kerja yang lebih buruk karena hal ini akan membuat kerja bawahan menjadi kurang produktif dan kurang berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. membuat. Kepemimpinan merupakan taman manajemen yaitu perencanaan dan pengorganisasian, namun peran utama kepemimpinan adalah mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kepemimpinan pendidikan adalah kemampuan untuk menggerakkan terselenggaranya pendidikan, sehingga tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni guna melihat dampak kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis studi kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil riset menjelaskan bahwa sinergitas dan kolaborasi antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan seluruh warga sekolah mutlak harus dilakukan. Karena hasil sinergi dan kolaborasi tersebut membawa pengaruh besar dalam proses peningkatan mutu pendidikan di dalam lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Hal seperti ini harus dijadikan komitmen bersama. Sehingga dampak dari hasil tersebut dapat dirasakan seluruh warga sekolah terutama kualitas sekolah dalam berbagai aspek.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and develop a conceptual framework for an effective Indonesian language learning module for elementary school students by reviewing and analyzing various relevant sources from 2015 to 2025. The research focuses on several key aspects, including effectiveness, independent learning ability, student participation level, and the relevance of learning materials to real-life contexts. The analysis results indicate that Indonesian language learning at the elementary level still faces several challenges, such as low reading interest, lack of contextually appropriate learning materials, and the dominance of conventional teaching methods. The use of learning modules designed based on the principles of constructivism, contextual learning, and differentiation has been shown to improve students’ learning effectiveness. A well designed module should include clear learning objectives, interactive activities, step by step learning guidance, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards. Moreover, the development of technology based digital modules is considered an innovative alternative that can enhance students motivation and learning outcomes. This study highlights the teachers role as a creative learning designer in developing modules that align with students characteristics and the needs of the Merdeka Curriculum. Therefore, the development of Indonesian language learning modules based on this literature study can serve as a conceptual foundation for teachers and researchers in designing more meaningful, independent, and technology adaptive learning experience.
