Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, accountability accounting and motivation on managerial performance of regional water companies in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Research using a quantitative approach with primary data sources. The population was 200 employees, the sampling technique used random sampling as much as 25 percent of the population, by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, namely partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results in this study indicate that the variables of Budget Participation (X1), Accountability Accounting (X2) and Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on Managerial Performance (Y) of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) is 0.960, indicating that 96% of managerial performance variables at PDAM OKU Regency can be explained by the three independent variables. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA dan ROE terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROA memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 9,995585 > 2,05183. Dan ROE memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham yang dibuktikan dengan thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel, yaitu -8.577777 < -2.05183. Selain itu, pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ROA dan ROE secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 18,96868 > Ftabel 3,35. Dan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0.920584. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel ROA dan ROE dalam menjelaskan variasi variabel Harga Saham adalah sebesar 92%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian seperti Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, dll.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT. Ninja Xpress Baturaja Branch. The data collection technique used in this research was through distributing questionnaires. The total population was 39 people. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was a positive influence of work motivation on employees’ performance with a calculated t value of 2,264. The job satisfaction variable had a positive influence on employees’ performance with a calculated t value of 3,438. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT Ninja Xpress Baturaja Branch. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.449. This showed that the contribution of the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance was 44.90%, while the remaining 55.10% was influenced by other variables outside this research, namely knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes that were not included in this research, for example abilities, improving results. achieved, work enthusiasm, self-development, quality and efficiency (Sutrisno, 2020:104).
