Abstract

To achieve a goal in education requires a guide in implementation. The guide is then known as curriculum terms. Curriculum is an educational guide or program that contains teaching materials, experiences that are compiled, programmed, planned, and planned systematically based on the norms used as a guide in the learning process to achieve a goal in education. With the rapid development of Islamic education, it is difficult to imagine how the development of Islamic education without the adequate curriculum or in accordance with the development needs of the times. However, along with the development of the times there are various demands that Islamic education must be able to answer the needs of the times. On the other hand, there is still a lot of Islamic education that uses the old curriculum. As a result, in many cases Islamic education is less able to contribute to the development of the era. Therefore, it is necessary to have a curriculum that is able to answer these changes based on the development and material of Islamic education. This is the urgency of this article.

Abstract

This study examines the material for the caliphate in fiqh class XII at the publisher of PT Karya Toha Putra Semarang. In theory, the Khilafah material in this book is part of the discipline of siyasa fiqh which discusses the system of state and government. This book has given one side of the meaning of the caliphate in academic studies, the meaning of the caliphate varies among Islamic scientists. So that when it is presented as a class XII subject matter, there are various possibilities of having an exclusive view of the caliphate, so that when it becomes a subject of discussion among students it will mean that the Indonesian state is not a form of the caliphate and may carry out jihad, make changes or carry out resistance as in the next chapter in this book. talk about jihad. The purpose of this study is to examine some parts of the caliphate material that have the potential to develop negative perceptions of the Indonesian state system in Madrasah Aliyah students. In addition, this study also examines the perspective of the 2013 curriculum on the Khilafah material in the book written by Mundzier and Suparta. This type of research is a research library using a qualitative approach. The research steps are collecting research data related to the research material, outlining the material being studied, and analyzing and concluding the research. The results of the study indicate that the material for the caliphate in this book needs to improve the understanding of the caliphate which is more comprehensive than scientists, including Indonesian scientists. second, this material is still contrary to the philosophy of the 2013 curriculum which explains that education is rooted in the cultural values ​​of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Cina sebagai negara komunis menerapkan kebijakan pendidikan sekuler yaitu dengan memisahkan antara urusan pemerintahan dan agama. Bahkan Cina melarang setiap penduduknya memeluk agama. Provinsi Ningxia dan Xinjiang  mayoritas suku Hui dan Uighur merupakan penduduk pemeluk agama islam terbesar di Cina sering mendapatkan diskriminasi dari kebijakan pemerintah Cina. Pemerintah melarang tulisan Arab di tempat umum, bahkan menghapus kata "halal" dari segel resmi yang dibagikan ke restoran yang mengikuti kebiasaan Islam untuk menyiapkan makanan. Segel sekarang menggunakan karakter Cina. Larangan itu menyebar musim panas ini ke Beijing dan tempat lain. Cara Presiden Xi dalam melakukan proses indoktrinasi tidak hanya melalui media bukan sebagai instrumen tunggal namun juga melalui agama. Walaupun, dalam pasal No. 36 Konstitusi Tiongkok mengatakan bahwa,“warga negara Tiongkok memiliki kebebasan dalam kepercayaan keagamaan” tidak berarti bahwa pemeluk agama bebas dalam memeluk kepercayaan. Bahkan pemerintah melarang penduduknya belajar agama di rumah. Pelatihan paham komunis dilaksanakan tempat balai pelatihan dengan bangunan seperti penjara dengan tembok yang tinggi dan kawat berduri, hal ini dilakukan untuk pengalihan isu perlakuan diskriminatif terhadap agama khususnya agama Islam. Penelitian ini adalah library riset yaitu mengumpulkan data-data penelitian melalui buku dan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, kebijakan pemerintah Cina terhadap pendidikan agama Islam sangat diawasi secara ketat sejat terjadinya pengeboman Gedung WTC di Amerika pada tahun 2001. Penduduk yang beragama Islam diberikan pelatihan tentang paham Komunis secara paksa. Sistem pendidikan di Cina lebih memfokuskan pada perbaikan pendidikan yang mengarah kepada penguatan kualitas ekonomi masyarakat Cina secara nasional maupun global.

Abstract

Education is considered the most influential effort in changing individual and societal behavior. Education is considered an effective social tool in shaping society in the future. Research reveals the Family Education Model in the Al-Quran, Study of Surah Al-Isra' (A Study in the Contemporary Era). For this reason, the main data that will be searched for are verses from the Al-Quran, especially in Surah Isra' which are relevant to the concept of family education. The primary data in this research is the Al-Qur'an. Primary data was obtained from verses from the Koran with the help of the books: Al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li al-Faz al-Qur'an al-Karim, by Muhammad Fu'ad 'Abd al-Baqi. Based on the data analysis above, family education in the Al-Qur'an is to implement Amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. The family education model in Surah Al-Isra' in the Contemporary Era, namely the family education model has a general objective, namely a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that children actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence , noble morals, and skills needed by himself, society, nation and state. Meanwhile, the specific aim is that the family education model in the Al-Qur'an forms and builds perfect human beings physically and mentally, which is called al-insân al-kâmil which is based on the Al-Qur'an and hadith.
