Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand trust, brand love, and brand emotional attachment on brand loyalty. Respondents in this study are customers who own and use OPPO brand Smartphones in Ambon City. This research uses multiple regression analyses and validity and reliability tests to test research instruments. The results showed that the three hypotheses proposed were accepted, which means that brand trust, brand love, and emotional brand attachment affect brand loyalty.

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study was to examine purchase intention and behavior of organic food based on the theory of planned behavior. People do not always use their intentions to behave even though intentions are powerful. The novelty of this study is to add two antecedent variables of attitude, namely knowledge about organic food and attention to health. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research was conducted through two studies. Study I was conducted to test the extent of TPB, and Study II tested buying behavior. The sample size is 187 respondents for Study I and 153 respondents for Study II. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for Study I and Logistic Regression for Study II. The study results show that the overall hypothesis proposed is supported and that intention has a substantial impact on buying behavior of organic food. Based on this research, producers or marketers can develop better marketing strategy models to increase consumer understanding of the benefits of organic food consumption.

Abstract

Nowdays, consumer purchasing behavior is increasingly shifting to online purchases which promise a lot of convenience. This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on repurchase intentions in the context of online purchases on e-commerce sites in Indonesia. The sample size in this study was 177 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that e-service quality, customer trust as well as customer satisfaction had a positive impact on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi bagi pengelolaan badan usaha milik negeri (BUMNeg) Larike yang telah berdiri selama 4 tahun namun unit bisnis yang dikelola hanya unit bisnis keuangan mikro BRILink. Pengurus BUMNeg mengalami kesulitan dalam merencanakan unit usaha baru padahal negeri Larike memiliki banyak potensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang dapat dikelola oleh BUMNeg. Solusi yang diberikan adalah berupa pelatihan penyusunan rencana model bisnis baru sesuai potensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat negeri Larike serta akuntansi sederhana untuk mengelola unit bisnis yang terbentuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode perencanaan model bisnis canvas yang terdiri dari 9 blok elemen bisnis dan penyusunan model akuntansi sederhana berupa pencatatan transaksi harian, penyusunan laporan laba rugi dan neraca.
