Online tutorials as a form of student services is expected to contribute to the success of student learning. This article is written based on the research on the online tutorial activities of Strategic Management Courses (EKMA4414) and student learning outcomes in the registration period of 2009.1 at UPBJJ-UT Batam. Data were collected using purposive sampling of 167 students registered in online tutorial. Results were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the initiation of online tutorials materials of strategic management course were generally in line with course objectives. However, the presentation is said to be less systematically delivered by most students. This causes some students to not actively engaged in the tutorial and do the exercises and tasks. However, for students who are actively following tutorial by participating in discussion and exercises, their activities contribute to the final grade.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of PNBP targets, PNBP deposits and the number of aircraft movements on the realization of PNBP at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport. The hypothesis in this research was tested by multiple linear regression analysis using the t test with a significance level of 0.05. The population in this research were all financial reports that included PNBP targets, realized PNBP deposits and all air transport traffic reports containing the number of aircraft movements at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport. The samples used are financial reports covering PNBP targets, realization of PNBP deposits and air transport traffic reports containing the number of aircraft movements at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport for 36 months from January 2017 to December 2019. Partial test results (test t) shows that the tcount for the PNBP target variable is -173.347 with a significance of 0.000; tcount for PNBP payment variable of 418,725 with a significance of 0,000; tcount for the variable number of aircraft movements is -1.028 with a significance of 0.05. Thus, hypothesis one is rejected where the PNBP target variable (X1) partially has a negative effect on the realization of PNBP achievement (Y) at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport, the second hypothesis is accepted where the PNBP payment variable (X2) partially has a positive effect on the realization of PNBP achievement ( Y) at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport, and the third hypothesis is rejected because the variable number of aircraft movements (X3) has no effect on the realization of PNBP (Y) achievements at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport.

This study aims to examine the effect of e-learning resources on images, the influence of e-learning resources trusts, the influence of images on trusts, and the influence of e-learning resources trusts through images. This research uses quantitative research methods. Time horizon is cross sectional, because it is done at a certain time. The unit of analysis is the Open University with the observation unit being students from the Open University, with a sample of 300. The analytical design used to test hypotheses and determine the relationship between research variables is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that E- learning resources also affect the image of the trust. Image affects trust. The development of trust in E-learning is more dominantly built by images, and images are built by e-learning resources. The results of this study have implications for university management in the development of e-learning that increasing trust needs to be built by efforts to improve image. To develop an image, it is necessary to build adequate e-learning resources that are built with the development of tangible assets and intangible assets

A Human Resource Management (HRM) is a branch of science in dealing with various challenges within the scope of the organization itself, namely humans. One of the roles of Human Resources Management is to ensure that every employee within the organization has the same vision as the organization so that the organization grows and develops in accordance with the stated goals. This is to ensure that employees have sufficient competence to face challenges, both internal and external to the organization and this is the main key for the organization to grow and survive. One type of employee development in Human Resources Management is through training. One of the training methods that is currently frequently used is e-learning and in-house training. Whether e-learning and in-house training has an impact on performance can be determined by conducting an evaluation. One type of training evaluation is the Kirkpatrick evaluation. Based on the results of this evaluation, it can be concluded from this research that e-learning method training has no effect on employee performance at KPP Madya Karawang and while in-house training method training has an effect on employee performance at KPP Madya Karawang. The hypothesis that the evaluation of Kirkpatrick model training as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of e-learning training on performance is unacceptable, while the hypothesis that the evaluation of Kirkpatrick model training as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of in-house training on performance is acceptable
