This study aims to examine and evaluate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on organizational commitment, with work motivation as a mediating variable. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 42 teachers and employees at SMAN 1 Mirit, Kebumen Regency. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3 (Partial Least Squares) program is used for analysis. The study's findings reveal the following: Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Work Motivation (Z), Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Work Motivation (Z), Transformational Leadership (X1) has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), Work Motivation (Z) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), Transformational Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y) mediated by Work Motivation (Z),and Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y), mediated by Work Motivation (Z).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of servant leadership on job performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable, on village officials in Pituruh District, Purworejo Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were obtained from 120 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, with a coefficient of 0.667, and that employee engagement has a very positive effect on job performance, with a coefficient of 0.816. However, the direct relationship of servant leadership to job performance is not significant, with a value of -0.121. Therefore, it is proven that employee engagement fully mediates the effect of servant leadership on job performance. The R-square value for employee engagement of 0.445 and job performance of 0.549 indicates that the model has sufficient explanatory power. These findings indicate that in the context of public organizations such as village governments, servant leadership does not directly improve performance, but rather through increased employee engagement. Therefore, developing a service-focused leadership style and strategies to increase employee engagement is important in efforts to improve the performance of village officials.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the influence of teacher competence and work discipline on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at SMK Muhatammadiyah Kutowinangun. This research is a descriptive quantitative design, using 46 teachers as respondents by distributing questionnaires. This model used path analysis and data management tools, such as SPSS for Windows 25. The results of the study showed that competence and work discipline had a positive effect on work motivation. Competence, discipline, and work motivation had a positive impact on teacher performance. Work motivation mediates the influence of competence and work discipline on teacher performance. This finding provides an important contribution to the development of motivation theory, as well as being a practical reference for organizations in forming teacher discipline and competence.

Abstract

Sales performance differs notably among individuals, yet each salesperson plays a crucial role in achieving organizational targets. These differences can be influenced by various factors, including job insecurity and job experience. This study investigates how job insecurity and job experience affect job performance, with work engagement as a mediating factor, focusing on car salespersons in Kebumen Regency. Using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 62 respondents. The results reveal that job insecurity has no significant impact on work engagement or job performance. In contrast, job experience positively and significantly affects both work engagement and performance. Mediation analysis shows that work engagement significantly mediates the effect of job experience on performance, but not for job insecurity. These findings highlight that while work engagement can amplify the benefits of job experience, it does not counteract the negative effects of job insecurity. Managers are thus advised to enhance work engagement and

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of the non-physical work environment and servant leadership on employee performance in the Nusakambangan open prison, with motivation as a mediating variable. Servant leadership emphasizes a leadership style that prioritizes service to subordinates, while the non-physical work environment includes psychological and social aspects that can affect employee comfort and productivity. This descriptive study used a quantitative approach. This study involved 68 people working at the Nusakambangan Open Prison. Sampling saturation was used to cover the entire population, consisting of 68 employees. In this study, interviews, observations, and questionnaires were used to collect data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used to conduct data analysis. The research findings indicate that servant leadership has an impact on motivation, as does the non-physical work environment; both affect performance through motivational mediation. The results suggest that a leadership style that prioritizes service and a psychologically supportive work environment can increase employee motivation, which in turn can lead to better performance.

The implementation of Sistem Informasi Penilaian (SIP - DJKN) has intensified the need for public organizations to strengthen employee performance through digital adaptation and effective leadership practices for increase public services. The research adopts a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected from 103 respondents, consisting of employees within the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) and related stakeholders through Purposive sampling using structured questionnaires with Likertscale measurements. The findings indicate that both system implementation and data quality positively and significantly influence continuance intention. Furthermore, service quality plays a critical mediating role in strengthening these relationships. The results highlight the importance of improving service responsiveness and ensuring high-quality data to sustain long-term system adoption in public sector digital transformation. This study addressed the inconsistent findings and empirical gaps regarding the factors influencing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) marketing performance. The investigation examined the direct effects of digital literacy and product innovation on marketing performance, alongside the mediating role of digital marketing. A quantitative approach was deployed, using purposive sampling to collect data from 140 MSME owners in Kebumen Regency who utilized digital applications. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results revealed that digital literacy and product innovation exerted positive and significant direct impacts on both digital marketing and marketing performance. Furthermore, the structural model analysis confirmed that digital marketing successfully mediated the relationships between digital literacy, product innovation, and marketing performance. Major findings indicated that technological readiness and product innovation yielded optimal contributions to business performance when executed through structured digital marketing platforms. Consequently, this study concluded that enhancing digital marketing strategies serves as a vital mechanism for MSMEs to leverage their digital capabilities and innovative products effectively to maximize market reach and boost overall marketing performance
