Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah salah satu sarana kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, rumah sakit memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatan harapan kesehatan masyarakat.  Sasaran  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat ini  adalah  staf-staf  atau  pegawai  yang  bekerja di RSUD  Pirngadi  Medan Jl. Prof H. Yamin  no 47 Medan. Adapun  peserta  yang mengikuti  berjumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan  pengabdian masyarakat ini di laksanakan pada tanggal 04 juli 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu metode observasi dan ceramah. Dengan judul sosialisasi teknik pelayanan  yang  baik  untuk  mendukung kualitas  Rumah Sakit pada Rumah sakit Pirngadi Medan.

Abstract

Innovation management is an important part of improving competitiveness for entrepreneurs, especially small-scale ones, who operate in the ever-evolving digital era. At present, there are still many small-scale entrepreneurs who still have not implemented management arrangements that can keep up with the times. At this time, it is certainly expected that all entrepreneurs can follow the trend, especially in financial management. This aims to increase efficiency and ease in processing data, both data financial and other data. The purpose of this study is to analyse how small-scale entrepreneurs can utilise innovation management to adapt to digital changes and improve their business performance. The method used in this research is a literature study and qualitative analysis by collecting data from various sources related to innovation management and the challenges faced by small-scale entrepreneurs. The sources of this research can be data collected from various valid sources and other scientific essays. The results show that small-scale entrepreneurs should be able to apply digital technology in their business processes, introduce innovations in products and services, and increase human resource capacity to support digital transformation. This research is expected to provide insights for small-scale entrepreneurs to utilise innovation management in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Savings and loan cooperatives or financial services cooperatives are cooperatives that operate in the financial sector with savings and loan activities. Risk management is an effort to identify, analyze, and control risks in every company activity to obtain higher effectiveness and efficiency. There are many cases of bad credit that occur in cooperatives. Based on the background description above, the problem formulation in this research is how to implement risk management in savings and loan cooperatives. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive nature. The results of the discussion on the implementation of risk management in savings and loan cooperatives are carried out using the process of Risk Identification, Risk Measurement, and Risk Monitoring, how to handle risks, and implement the chosen method, to achieve shareholder value in savings and loan cooperatives.

Abstract

Education and training are carried out by private companies and government agencies with the aim of creating a potential workforce and improving employee skills.This research was conducted at LPP RRI Medan with a sample of 30 people and the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.From the results of the study with a partial test, the educational variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen with tcount = 2.863> t table = 2.051 and sig 0.005 <0.05. The training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from tcount = 14.120> ttable = 2.051 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of education and concentration have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen from Fcount = 469205 > Ftable = 3.145 and sig 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination is obtained at 78.4%. It can be interpreted that 78.4% of employee performance is influenced by education and training programs, the rest is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The Sakura Education Community Service Program (LPK Sakura Education) plays a strategic role in producing a skilled, industry-ready workforce. To maximize students' technical potential, strengthening soft skills is essential, particularly in presenting their competencies during the job selection process. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to strengthen students'job readiness through training in interview techniques and intelligent communication. The methods used included an explanation of professional communication theory, a strategic narrative development workshop using the STAR method, and a one-on-one interview role-play session. This activity was held on January 22, 2026, and was attended by 30 enthusiastic students. Evaluation results showed a 44% increase in the quality of their speech structure and a 43% increase in self-confidence. Through this training, students were able to align technical expertise with professional communication skills. This program successfully increased the marketability of LPK Sakura Education graduates, making them better prepared to compete in the global job market.
