Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Desa untuk mendayagunakan segala potensi ekonomi, kelembagaan perekonomian, serta potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Badan Usaha Milik Desa secara spesifik tidak dapat disamakan dengan badan hukum seperti perseroan terbatas, atau koperasi. Oleh karena itu, Badan Usaha Milik Desa merupakan suatu badan usaha bercirikan Desa yang dalam pelaksanaan kegiatannya di samping untuk membantu penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa, juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Desa. Strategi penguatan ekonomi desa melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa, merupakan salah satu solusi untuk melepaskan ketergantungan masyarakat desa terhadap bantuan Pemerintah dan untuk dapat menggali potensi daerah. Badan Usaha Milik Desa, merupakan Lembaga usaha yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa serta tidak lagi didirikan atas instruksi pemerintah, tidak dikuasai kelompok tertentu serta dalam menjalankan usahanya untuk kepentingan hajat hidup orang banyak yang strategi di desa.

Abstract

This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of history learning in the independent curriculum in SMK and SMA Muhammadiyah Palu City. This study aims to find out how to plan, implement, and evaluate history learning in the independent curriculum in SMK and SMA Muhammadiyah in Palu City. The method used is qualitative that produces descriptive data with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that; 1) Learning Planning History has been carried out well according to the principle of an independent curriculum, marked by the preparation of teaching modules, learning achievements, objectives, and teacher training that provides flexibility to adjust learning with student interests and needs; 2) The implementation of learning goes well by applying different stages and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in contextual and collaborative manner; 3) Evaluation is carried out using formative and summative assessments with flexible methods. Although there are obstacles such as low student interests and lack of teacher training, this is overcome through interactive and independent learning methods. This study confirms the need for a more in -depth study related to the strategy of overcoming obstacles and their impact on increasing student learning outcomes in a sustainable manner .

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how to describe the implementation of learning using multimedia, description of motivation and the influence of using multimedia on student motivation and learning outcomes at SD Negeri 122 Tassipi, Amali District, Bone Regency. This research is an experimental research which aims to find out the description of the implementation of learning using multimedia in elementary schools. 122 Tassipi, Amali sub-district, Bone regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained through questionnaires and test sheets. The population in the study were all students at SDN 122 Tassipi, Amali subdistrict, Bone district. The sample in this research was 32 class IV students. The data analysis technique is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this research are an illustration of the influence of multimedia learning on student motivation and learning outcomes, especially in Class IV SDN 122 Tassipi, Amali subdistrict, Bone district.
