Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi pada saat penyandaran kapal di terminal khusus PERTAMINA TBBM Donggala dan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi pada saat penyandaran kapal di terminal khusus PERTAMINA TBBM Donggala. Peneltian ini dilaksanakan di PT. PERTAMINA TBBM Donggala, selama 12 bulan yaitu Bulan Agustus 2020 sampai dengan Bulan Agustus 2021. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik analisa pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan proses penyandaran kapal tanker di terminal khusus PERTAMINA TBBM Donggala masih mengalami keterlambatan. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab keterlambatan antara lain jetty atau dermaga rusak parah akibat gempa dan tsunami 2018 silam, kapasitas jetty hanya 1 sehingga harus mengantri, cuaca yang tidak memungkinkan untuk proses sandar, kapasitas tanki darat yang lebih kecil, dan tidak bisanya melaksanakan proses sandar pada malam hari.

Abstract

Sewage Treatment PIant merupakan permesinan bantu pengolahan Iimbah yang digunakan di atas kapal, agar Iimbah tersebut Iayak untuk dibuang ke Iaut dan tidak menimbuIkan pencemaran Iingkungan. PeneIitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab tidak optimaInya kinerja Sewage Treatment PIant dan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah pencemaran di Iaut yang berasal dari Sewage Treatment Plant. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneIitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang diperoleh dalam bentuk informasiinformasi sekitar pembahasan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Penelitian dilakukan di atas kapal motor niki barokah milik PT. Berlian Lautan Sejahtera pada bulan Oktober 2020 sampai dengan Juli 2021. Penelitian ini ditemukan faktor-faktor penyebab penyebab tidak optimalnya kerja sewage treatment plant karena kurangnya jumlah oksigen yang ada di daIam tangki akibat tidak optimaInya kinerja dari aeration blower/compressor sehingga mengakibatkan musnahnya bakteri aerob serta kurang optimaInya kinerja dari pompa pembuangan yang berfungsi untuk pemuangan limbah ke laut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies used by Sociology teachers in instilling the values of pluralism to students at SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that Sociology teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Cibinong implemented various strategies, such as integrating pluralism material in lesson plans and curriculum, using participatory learning methods, providing exemplary behavior, and involving students in extracurricular and cross- curricular activities that lead to strengthening tolerance attitudes. In addition, learning strategies that are contextual and based on students' social experiences also improve students' understanding and attitudes towards pluralism. This research reveals that the role of teachers is crucial in creating a dialogical space that supports learning the values of pluralism, and contributes to the formation of a more inclusive national character. Therefore, this study recommends that similar strategies be implemented in other schools to strengthen pluralism character education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan ring piston pada mesin bantu kapal MV. FATIME serta langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dilakukan. Dalam era kemajuan teknologi yang pesat dan persaingan bisnis yang ketat, transportasi laut menjadi pilihan utama untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional. Mesin diesel kapal, terutama bagian ring piston, memerlukan perawatan berkala guna menjaga kompresi ruang bakar dan mencegah kebocoran gas pembakaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan masinis dan kru kapal, serta dokumentasi teknis selama praktik laut di MV. FATIME. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai permasalahan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa patahnya ring kompresi dan korosi pada ring oli menjadi penyebab utama kerusakan ring piston pada mesin bantu kapal tersebut. Untuk mengatasi kerusakan, dilakukan penggantian ring piston dan pembersihan komponen terkait, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mesin dan mencegah kerusakan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Research result show that in terms of context, learning Sociology at SMAN 6 Palu is relevant and appropriate need students , vision and mission schools , and the 2013 curriculum . This is looks from teaching materials taught in accordance competence , condition students , and problems that occur in society. input aspects , qualifications Academic and professionalism of Sociology teachers fulfil standards , facilities and infrastructure available enough , and learning media used in a way creative , though Still happen obstacle technology and accessibility.From process aspect , planning learning arranged based on the relevant RPP , its implementation walk in a way creative and humane , and it happens active interaction​ between students and teachers. Discussion method , ask questions answer , and use of media also support creation living and meaningful learning . Obstacles occur in the aspect evaluation , namely limitations time and problems technicalities that sometimes interfere with the assessment process learning. Meanwhile, in the product aspect , learning Sociology at SMAN 6 Palu achieved sufficient results​ maximum . This is seen in aspect cognitive , attitudes , and skills students who demonstrate improvement . Students more understand material , capable analyze problem Social , and active look for solution on problems that occur in society. Based on findings said , it was concluded that learning Sociology at SMAN 6 Palu is underway Enough good and appropriate needs , but Still need improvements in the process aspects , media usage , and evaluation in order to achieve objective maximum learning . Researchers​ recommend the need repair planning , approach learning , and more media use creative , contextual , and humane , in order to support achievement vision , mission and goals learning Sociology at SMAN 6 Palu.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the understanding of beneficiary families of the Family Hope Program (PKH) about the importance of education and childcare patterns in North Jakarta. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through counseling, discussions, simulations, and direct mentoring involving the community service team, PKH facilitators, and PKH beneficiary families. This activity begins with observations and interviews, followed by counseling sessions on education and positive parenting patterns, as well as mentoring in the preparation of family action plans for accompanying children's learning. The results of the activity show a significant increase in family understanding of the importance of education, the implementation of positive parenting patterns, and the formation of new behavioral patterns such as the preparation of children's study schedules and regular mentoring. This activity also succeeded in building synergy between PKH facilitators and families in monitoring the development of education and childcare on an ongoing basis.. This activity is expected to become a good practice that can be replicated in PKH programs in other regions as an effort to break the chain of poverty through education and strengthening the role of the family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi implementasi kurikulum berbasis growth mindset dalam meningkatkan resiliensi akademik siswa di SMP IT Al Azhar 23 Kendal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi.Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala kurikulum, guru mata pelajaran, guru BK, wali kelas, siswa, dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi implementasi meliputi penguatan visi dan misi sekolah, pelatihan guru, pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang menekankan proses belajar, serta evaluasi yang berorientasi pada perkembangan siswa. Lingkungan belajar yang suportif dan kolaboratif berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan diri dan ketangguhan siswa. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman sebagian guru dan orang tua, serta resistensi awal siswa terhadap perubahan mindset. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, sekolah mengembangkan program pelatihan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi aktif dengan orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum berbasis growth mindset efektif dalam meningkatkan resiliensi akademik siswa dan dapat menjadi model pengembangan kurikulum di sekolah lain.Rekomendasi bagi pengembangan kurikulum ke depan meliputi penguatan pelatihan guru, peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua, serta pengembangan evaluasi berbasis proses.

Abstract

Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through Local Diversity Activities at SMP Negeri 12 Palu. Study Program of History Education, Department of Social Science Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. Supervisor: Fajar Nugroho. This study aims to: (1) Describe the process of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through local diversity activities at SMP Negeri 12 Palu; (2) Explain the impact of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile on students through local diversity activities; and (3) Identify challenges and obstacles in implementing the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile through local diversity activities. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including: (1) observation; (2) interviews; and (3) documentation. The findings show that local diversity activities conducted in the form of Cultural Exhibitions, traditional dances, and other cultural projects actively instill Pancasila values such as mutual cooperation, local diversity, and critical reasoning. However, obstacles remain, such as limited teacher understanding of the P5 module and low student participation. The study concludes that local diversity activities are able to strengthen student character dimensions in line with the Pancasila Student Profile if supported by the consistent and sustainable involvement of the entire school community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of Canva-based History Card learning media can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 16 Palu in social studies learning. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a cycle-based approach from Kemmis and McTaggart which is implemented in two cycles with the use of Canva-based History Card learning media in the learning process, each consisting of the following stages: (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This data collection uses written tests in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes. In cycle I, only 8 students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) with a percentage of 32%, while in cycle II it increased to 19 students with a percentage of 76%. In addition, the use of History Cards is also able to increase student enthusiasm, focus, and active involvement during learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Canva-based History Card learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in social studies learning.

Abstract

This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of history learning in the independent curriculum in SMK and SMA Muhammadiyah Palu City. This study aims to find out how to plan, implement, and evaluate history learning in the independent curriculum in SMK and SMA Muhammadiyah in Palu City. The method used is qualitative that produces descriptive data with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that; 1) Learning Planning History has been carried out well according to the principle of an independent curriculum, marked by the preparation of teaching modules, learning achievements, objectives, and teacher training that provides flexibility to adjust learning with student interests and needs; 2) The implementation of learning goes well by applying different stages and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in contextual and collaborative manner; 3) Evaluation is carried out using formative and summative assessments with flexible methods. Although there are obstacles such as low student interests and lack of teacher training, this is overcome through interactive and independent learning methods. This study confirms the need for a more in -depth study related to the strategy of overcoming obstacles and their impact on increasing student learning outcomes in a sustainable manner .
