Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional, untuk mengetahui apakah diantara dua variabel tersebut terdapat hubungan atau tidak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Fitriyah Kampar yang berlangsung pada bulan Mei s/d Juni 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Apakah terdapat Hubungan Pembiasaan Shalat Dzuhur dan Ashar Berjama’ah Terhadap Sikap Disiplin Peserta Didik di SDIT Fitriyah Kampar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik SDIT Fitriyah Kampar. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan berbentuk angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian tentang Hubungan Pembiasaan Shalat Dzuhur dan Ashar Berjama’ah Terhadap Sikap Disiplin Peserta Didik di SDIT Fitriyah Kampar menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pembiasaan shalat berjama’ah terhadap sikap disiplin peserta didik sebesar 97,7% sedangkan sisanya 2,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya diluar dari penelitian ini

Abstract

Sabilul Jannah Mosque is a mosque located in Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. At the mosque, there is a group of mosque youth who still do not know clearly and in detail about the dangers of international issues: LGBT and the application of Islamic values ​​in an effort to prevent the dangers of LGBT. The purpose of the social service activities is first, to increase knowledge of the dangers of LGBT at the Sabilul Jannah Mosque Youth Association. Second, to increase insight into the urgency of the application of Islamic values ​​in an effort to prevent the dangers of international issues: LGBT in Sabilul Jannah Mosque Youth Association. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh motivasi kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis berupa regresi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian quality control sebanyak 120 karyawan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan yang ditoleransi sebesar 5% diperoleh sample sebanyak 92 responden dengan alat bantu menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the hadith about how an educator develops the soul of student Ini the view of the hadith of the propeth muhammad SAW. Every student has the right to obtain knowledge in order to develop the potential that each student has, so that this potential can be developed in character formation and instilling the spirit that student should have. The research we use is a qualitative research method in the nature of library research, where the main object we use are primary and secondary book which produce descriptive data so as to produce the data contained in the int research text. The result of this research are several ways to build student's souls from a hadith perspective. In the hadith that we researched, there is several education that need's to be given to student. Apart from that, manners must also be taught to student. Because this is important in building the soul of student

Abstract

Bale-Bale Beach in Batam has significant potential as a marine ecotourism destination, but it remains underutilized. Key challenges include poor road infrastructure and low tourist interest in coastal activities, largely due to the dominance of floating restaurants. This limits the use of natural assets like mangrove forests, which could support conservation and sustainable tourism. This study aims to develop a sustainable ecotourism concept that integrates natural resources, local culture, and community participation. Its novelty lies in applying a multifunctional zoning approach—conservation, education, and recreation—based on sustainable architectural principles. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study analyzes regional potential, community needs, and ecological design principles. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings suggest that Bale-Bale Beach can be developed through an integrated zoning model that connects ecological preservation with educational and recreational activities rooted in local culture. This strategy supports adaptive and participatory coastal tourism development. The proposed concept offers practical insights for stakeholders and local authorities in managing coastal areas sustainably and can serve as a model for similar ecotourism initiatives in Batam and other coastal regions.
