Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pembelajaran menyimak khususnya menyimak berita yang selama ini cenderung konvensional. Dalam pelaksanaannya dosen masih menggunakan paradigma pembelajaran lama dan kurang mengikuti perkembangan informasi dan komunikasi secara rutin sehingga hasil pembelajaran menyimak kurang maksimal. Pembelajaran keterampilan menyimak perlu dilatih dan dipraktikkan siswa agar mampu menyerap informasi secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mengurangi kebingungan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan menyimak. Model pembelajaran Jigsaw diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa khususnya dalam menyimak. Penelitian ini diawali dengan masalah “Bagaimanakah pengaruh model pembelajaran Jigsaw terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menyimak mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia?”.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Tahun Akademik 2020/2021. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan model pembelajaran menyimak khususnya menyimak berita yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa serta diharapkan mampu mengantarkan dan meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan menyimak yang baik dari para mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pembelajaran menyimak yang selama ini berlangsung masih berpusat pada dosen,  dosen jarang menggunakan model pembelajaran menyimak, dan jarang mempraktikkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw, 2) pengembangan model pembelajaran Jigsaw bagi peningkatan keterampilan menyimak bahasa Indonesia dilakukan melalui sejumlah tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaaan, dan tahap pengembangan model, 3) mahasiswa banyak mengalami kesalahan berbahasa sebelum diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran Jigsaw,  dan 4)  penggunaan model pembelajaran Jigsaw terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak mahasiswa.  Hasil pembelajaran menyimak dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Jigsaw menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dengan cara membandingkan t hitung dengan t tabel untuk taraf signifikansi 0, 05, maka dicari pada t tabel = 2,01 dengan kriteria pengujian jika t hitung t tabel, artinya signifikan atau hipotesis tersebut benar atau diterima. Ternyata, t hitung t tabel atau 3, 32 2,01. Ini menunjukkan bukti hipotesis bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil keterampilan menyimak dengan menggunakan pembelajaran model Jigsaw setelah dilakukan beberapa kali perlakuan. Kata kunci: strategi model jigsaw, keterampilan menyimak mahasiswa AbstractThis research was motivated by a phenomenon in listening course, especially listening-to-news course which has tended to be conventional. During the lesson, some lecturers still hold an outdated learning paradigm and do not keep up with the development of information and communication technology regularly, resulting in undesirable learning outcomes. Students need to develop and practice their listening skills in order to be able to absorb information quickly and accurately, so as to reduce students’ confusion in solving listening problems. The Jigsaw learning model was expected to improve student competence, especially in listening. This research put forward a problem "how the Jigsaw learning model influenced and improved listening skills of students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program.  This research was conducted among students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program for the Academic Year 2020/2021. In general, the purpose of this study was to find a model of listening course, especially listening-to-news that was in accordance with the students’ characteristics and was expected to deliver and to improve the quality of their listening skills. The research method used in this research was Classroom Action Research Method.  The results showed that: 1) the ongoing listening course has still been centered on the lecturers, who rarely employ listening learning models, and infrequently practice the Jigsaw learning model, 2) the development of the Jigsaw learning model to improve listening skills in bahasa Indonesia was carried out through a number of stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the model development stage, 3) students committed many language errors before exposed by the Jigsaw learning model, and 4) the use of the Jigsaw learning model was confirmed to improve students' listening skills.  Students’ grades of listening course with the Jigsaw learning model indicated an increase by comparing t count with t table for a significance level of 0.05, and noting t table = 2.01 with the testing criteria if t count t table, it means significant or the hypothesis is true or accepted. In fact, it was found that t count (3.32) t table (2.01), and it confirmed the hypothesis of an increase in the results of listening skills learning by means of Jigsaw learning model after several treatments. Keywords: jigsaw model strategy, students’ listening skills

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi ekonomi dan kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia bisnis di seluruh dunia. Di sisi lain, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peran yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 dan resesi ekonomi memberikan dampak negatif yang serius bagi UMKM. Penurunan penjualan, kesulitan finansial, dan tantangan dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital menjadi masalah utama yang dihadapi. Hanya sekitar 29% dari total UMKM yang berbisnis secara daring, dan mayoritas mengalami kendala seperti kurangnya pembiayaan, pelatihan kemampuan digital, serta dukungan lainnya. Selain itu, rendahnya kepemilikan sertifikat halal dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), serta jumlah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) yang diterbitkan, menjadi masalah yang perlu diatasi dalam meningkatkan legalitas dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan perkembangan digital dengan memberikan pelatihan model bisnis kanvas dan pendampingan perizinan usaha. Program ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FPBS UPI, khususnya bagi mereka yang terlibat aktif sebagai pelaku UMKM, sekaligus memberikan bantuan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM dalam mengembangkan model bisnis yang tepat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Diharapkan melalui program ini, UMKM dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan mendapatkan peluang baru dalam pasar yang semakin terhubung secara digital.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the lingual forms of political figures' statements and their correlation to the speakers' identity from a sociolinguistic perspective. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive data type. The object of this research is Megawati's statement in a live broadcast on the BKKBN Official YouTube account on 16 February 2023 in the event "Kick Off Pancasila in Action of the Universal Planning Movement to Prevent Stunting" and several political figures' speeches on social media. Data collection techniques in this study, namely by using documentation methods and literature studies. The results showed that language and political communication used by political figures can show the identity of a group. Communication patterns and speech code choices used by political figures when viewed from a sociolinguistic perspective are influenced by the relationship between participants and the situation that surrounds them. The results of the study can be used as additional insight into group identity identified from language use.

Abstract

The path of creative work creation as an alternative to completing undergraduate studies in the field of Indonesian Language and Literature Education has not been widely implemented on other campuses. Many Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Programs on campus are still preparing this scheme as an alternative that students can choose to complete their undergraduate studies. This training aims to share good practices that have been carried out in PBSI UPI Study Program on the application of research with the art-based research method. This training was attended by participants who were final year students in the Language and Literature Education Study Program at Ganesa University of Education. The training has been carried out synchronously and asynchronously. Synchronous activities are carried out using Zoom Meeting. Asynchronous activities are carried out by participants independently using indirect coordination and assistance through google form and google drive. The results achieved from this activity, participants have understood the basic concepts of art-based research methods in the field of Indonesian Language and Literature Education. Regarding the application of these concepts, the achievements of the participants were quite varied from those that were good to those that were still not fully able to apply the concepts that had been given.
