Abstract

Abstrak Relasi Antarteks dalam Pengkajian Sastra. Relasi antarteks terdapat dalam karya sastra yang di dalamnya membayangkan teks lain. Dalam mengkaji teks demikian, kita biasanya langsung mengkaitkannya dengan konsep intertekstual, padahal konsep tersebut berkaitan dengan teori pascastruktural sehingga dalam pengkajiannya, kita harus mengikuti prinsip-prinsip pascastrukturalisme. Relasi teks juga mensyaratkan kita untuk melakukan kajian bandingan, yang dalam kajian sastra dapat menggunakan konsep sastra bandingan. Kajian sastra bandingan tidak berkaitan dengan salah satu teori. Bahkan, teori apapum dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan sastra bandingan. Sehubungan dengan relasi teks dalam dunia sastra merupakan fenomena menarik, kemungkinan banyak pihak atau peneliti yang tertarik untuk mengkajinya. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan landasan teori sastra yang kukuh dan relevan sehingga menghsilkan kajian sastra yang bermakna dengan kadar ilmiah yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Penegasan ciri pembeda antara prinsip kajian sastra bandingan dan prinsip kajian intertekstual dalam tulisan ini merupakan upaya ke arah pengkajian sastra yang demikian.Kata kunci: teks, intertekstual, pascastruktural, sastra bandingan   Abstract Inter-textual Relation in Literary Studies. Inter-texts relation exista in literary works; one work shadows the other. In studying such texts we often immediately link them with the concept of intertextuality that belongs to post-structuralism. Texts relation also requires us to compare literary works using comparative literary study concepts. Comparative literary studies are not related with one specific theory. Any theory can be employed. Texts relation is an iteresting phenomenon that invites many to investigate. For this reason we need a grounded and relevant literary theory that will facilitate insightful and reliable literary studies. The difference between comparative literature principles and inter-textual studies principles are discussed in the article. Keywords: texts, intertextuality, post-structuralism, comparative literature.

Abstract

Creating narratives and revision circle are the collaboration of two learning strategies of literacy dimensions. In literacy learning, students can develop a narration as a skill in literacy, particularly basic literacy in form of reading and writing. The present research aims at describing 2 strategies of literacy dimension learning through the analysis of didactic values from funny short stories written by M. Kasim. The funny short stories provided a variety of specific didactic values. As one of the literature learning materials, the didactic values were in line with the national education goals. The present research employed qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Specifically, the data were analyzed by the application of literary work didactic study framework. The funny short stories to analyze entitled: 1) “Pendikar bukan Pendekar; 2) “Podato yang Gagal”; 3) “Ada Seorang Raja…”, and  4) “Kue yang Nakal”.  The result denoted the funny short stories contained various didactic values which could be regarded as learning materials in literacy development. The didactic values consisted of well-mannered behavior, dignified personality, independence, creativity, being democratic, responsibility, self-control, intelligence, and skill. Those values are considered excellent to implement by the collaboration of creating narratives and revision circle.

Abstract

This paper presents experimental results about the use of the Critical Literacy Approach (CLA) in literary appreciation using Indonesian short stories. The purpose of the study is to find better teaching strategies to improve students’ critical thinking skills and critical awareness to comprehend the conditions of the world, including social relationships involving disproportionate power relations. This study uses the randomized pretest-posttest control group design (RPPCGD), which is a randomized design by giving pretest and posttest to the experimental group (CLA) and control group (expository). The effect of both teaching strategies is calculated through the difference between the pretest and posttest of both groups. This research involved 170 students in the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature Education of an education university in Indonesia. The results are presented in the form of analytical descriptions of paired samples test and paired samples correlations of each group. The results show that students who did a short story analysis with CLA had significantly increased critical thinking skills and critical awareness compared to students of expository strategy. The average posttest of the experimental group is 80.33, which is considerably higher than the control group, with an average of 76.13. The average increase in skills (posttest-pretest) of the experimental group is 38.71 points, and the control groups have an average increase of 31.19 points. Therefore, it is clear that the teaching of literary appreciation using Indonesian short stories with CLA is effective. The use of CLA strategies in increasing students’ critical thinking skills and critical awareness through literary appreciation of Indonesian short stories shows positive results. The results of this study can contribute to the field of learning design with new ideas to improve critical thinking skills and critical awareness of Indonesian students through effective short story analysis or fictional prose analysis.

Abstract

Oral tradition is a legacy passed down from ancestors to later generations through speech media. Nadoman in the Aurodan tradition of the Asy-Syahadatain Congregation in Cirebon is part of an oral tradition in the form of an oral poem in the Cirebon language that is used for the media of the preaching of the chaplain which is usually sung in the form of singing during the rituals of dhikr together. Aurod is a book in which nadoman poetry is read together in an Aurodan tradition developed as the tradition of the Munjul Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon. Auordan and Nadoman are very thick with the Cirebon Islamic culture which is flexible, gentle, open, tolerant, as a product of acculturation of several cultures, namely Javanese Islam, Sundanese, Arabic, and even other cultures in Cirebon, even though it was born from ulama leaders who are identical and closed. This study aims to examine the structure of the nadhoman poetry text in the oral tradition of the Aurodan Praise of the Prayer of the Noble Congregation of the Asy-Syahadatain Congregation of Cirebon. This research is a qualitative research. Qualitative methods are used to examine objects in natural conditions, to find meaning and generalization, where the researcher as a key instrument. This study was designed to describe, analyze, reveal, and explain the structure of Nadoman poetry texts in the Aurodan tradition of the Asy-Syahadatain Cirebon Cirebon. This study uses basic data which includes (1) the structure of the nadhoman poetry text in the oral traditions of the Aurodan Congregation of the As-Syahadatain Cirebon Cirebon which were sung as praises of prayer before prayer; (2) efforts to use it in learning Cirebon Literature at school. Tenik Data collection is done by observation, interviews, document studies. The results of this study found some very beautiful niroman cirebon poems and conditions for value and worth to be raised in as one of Cirebon's cultural heritage, and Nusantara's cultural heritage in general by incorporating it into the school curriculum as teaching material

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out: Specifically the profile of women fishermenhouseholds in the coastal areas of Kendari Bay, West Kendari Subdistrict and to findout the impact of involvement of fishermen household women in the MSME sector(Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Kendari Bay Kendari District West. Thisstudy uses qualitative data as for the method used in this study is to use the method ofobservation, interviews / interviews, documentation and literature. While the dataanalysis technique uses data reduction methods, data display and data verification.From the results of this study it can be concluded that the lowest level of formal education of female fishermen households has only finished primary school, making thechoice of participation of respondents to work in the informal sector of Micro, Small andMedium Enterprises / MSMEs. Respondents who work in the MSME sector are themajority of the productive age group between the ages of 35 - 39 years. Although thereis no empowerment program in the form of entrepreneurship training from both theGovernment and Stakeholders, the respondents can be "self-empowered" due to theaccessibility of facilities and infrastructure that are easy and sufficient to support theireconomic activities. Respondent participation in the MSME sector because of thefamily's economic condition from the livelihood provided by the husband is still veryminimal to meet basic needs. With the participation of respondents working in theinformal MSME sector, it has increased family income. The increase in family incomehas a positive impact on the ability to fulfill basic needs of fishermen households in thecoastal areas of Kendari Bay, West Kendari sub-district

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh era digital yang umumnya menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan serta lapisan masyarakat. Secara khusus dalam dunia kesusastraan Indonesia, perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) telah mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan berbasis digital. Hal ini pun terlihat pada keberadaan puisi yang terdapat di cyber sastra. Artinya, bidang kesusastraan memanfaatkan ruang teknologi yang tercipta. Seiring dengan perkembangan IPTEK, puisi pun turut mengalami perkembangan yang dinamis. Perkembangan ini dapat diamati dari kemunculan produk karya sastra di ruang cyber, yaitu puisi haiku bergaya Indonesia. Media cyber ini berdampingan dan melekat dengan generasi milenial yang notabene tidak terlepas dari aktivitas digital. Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti, keberadaan puisi haiku bergaya Indonesia dengan puisi haiku di Jepang memiliki perbedaan yang kontras. Perbedaan tersebut berdampak pada eksistensi puisi haiku itu sendiri sehingga mengalami pergeseran. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial cenderung menulis puisi haiku dengan konsep, tema, dan bentuk yang berbeda dari puisi haiku di Jepang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan media cyber khususnya Instagram yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Adapun proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengkaji struktur puisi melalui teori haiku kemudian dikaji dengan ilmu semiotika.

Abstract

Analysis of Didactic Literature In Guru Aini Novel Written by Andrea Hirata ABSTRAKNovel sabagai salah satu karya sastra dapat dikatakan sebagai interprestasi kehidupan dan perilaku yang nyata. Penelitian ini mencoba menggali dimensi nilai-nilai didaktis pada sebuah novel. Kajian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif  analisis deskripsi  dengan pendekatan sastra didaktis. Data diambil bersumber dari novel berjudul “Guru Aini” yang dibuat oleh salah satu penulis terkenal Andrea Hirata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam novel “Guru Aini” karya Andrea Hirata terdapat unsur sastra didaktis berkenaan dengan pertama melalui kajian alur tokoh dan penokohan, serta latar dapat ditemukan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kepribadian yang bermartabat, mandiri, kreatif, tanggung jawab, idealis, kerja keras, penuh semangat, dan mampu mengendalikan diri; kedua adanya dimensi nilai pendidikan nasional, yaitu nilai karakter religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong, dan integritas; ketiga bahasa yang disajikan sangat menarik, mudah dipahami, mengandung metafora, dan perumpamaan dalam menjelaskan ilmu matematika serta kehidupan. Secara garis garis besar, novel berjudul “Guru Aini” karya Andrea Hirata dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dalam meningkatkan karakter siswa.Kata kunci: sastra didaktis, novel guru aini, nilai karakterABSTRACTNovel as a literary work can be said as an interpretation of real life and behavior. This study tries to explore the dimensions of didactic values in a novel. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a didactic literary approach. The data is taken from a novel entitled "Guru Aini" which was written by one of the famous writers, Andrea Hirata. The results show that in the novel "Guru Aini" by Andrea Hirata there are didactic literary elements related to the first through the study of the plot of characters and characterizations, and the setting can be found character values such as dignified, independent, creative, responsible, idealistic, personality. hard work, passionate, and able to control themselves; secondly, there are dimensions of national education values, namely the values of religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity characters; The three languages presented are very interesting, easy to understand, contain metaphors, and parables in explaining mathematics and life. Broadly speaking, the novel entitled “Guru Aini” by Andrea Hirata can be used as a teaching material for learning literature in schools in improving the character of students.Keyword: didactic literature, “Guru Aini”, character values

Abstract

ABSTRAKTradisi Aurodan Jamaah Tarekat Asy-Syahadatain di Cirebon adalah bagian dari tradisi lisan dalam bentuk ritual pertunjukan, yang merupakan zikir berbunyi nyaring bersama dengan nyanyian puisi nadhoman Cirebon. Aurodan mencerminkan budaya Islam Cirebon yang lembut, terbuka, dan toleran sebagai produk akulturasi dari beberapa budaya, yaitu Jawa, Sunda, Arab, dan bahkan budaya lain di Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi tradisi lisan Aurodan komunitas Jamaah Asy-Syahadatain di Cirebon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang meneliti objek dalam kondisi alam, untuk menemukan makna dan generalisasi, di mana peneliti sebagai instrumen utama dalam metode penelitian. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menggambarkan, menganalisis, mengungkap, dan menjelaskan fungsi tradisi Aurodan Asy-Syahadatain Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dasar yaitu fungsi tradisi lisan Aurodan Asy-Syahadatain Cirebon. Pengumpulan data tenik dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa penjelasan tentang fungsi tradisi Aurodan cirebon yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sosial dan dapat diangkat sebagai salah satu warisan budaya Cirebon yang memiliki ciri khas sebagai budaya khas pesantren yang menjaga kelestarian budaya dan kearifan lokalnya.Kata kunci: Tradisi lisan, Aurodan, fungsi, Asy-Syahadatain CirebonABSTRACTThe Aurodan tradition which is held by Jamaah Tarekat Asy-Syahadatain in Cirebon is part of an oral tradition in the form of a ritual performance, which is a dhikr that sounds loud along with the singing of the Cirebon nadhoman poetry. Aurodan reflects the soft, open and tolerant culture of Cirebonese Islam as an acculturation product of several cultures, namely Javanese, Sundanese, Arabic, and even other cultures in Cirebon. This study aims to describe the function of the Aurodan oral tradition of the Jamaah Asy-Syahadatain community in Cirebon. This research is a qualitative study that examines objects in natural conditions, to find meaning and generalization, where the researcher as the main instrument in research methods. This study was designed to describe, analyze, uncover, and explain the function of the Aurodan Asy-Syahadatain Cirebon tradition. This study uses basic data that is the function of Aurodan Asy-Syahadatain Cirebon oral tradition. data collection technique is conducted by observation, interview, document study. The results of this study found several explanations about the function of the Aurodan cirebon tradition which are very important in social life and can be appointed as one of Cirebon's cultural heritages that has a characteristic as a typical pesantren culture that preserves its cultural preservation and local wisdom.Keyword: Oral Tradition, Aurodan, function, Asy-Syahadatain Cirebon

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap sudut pandang feminisme antara pengarang perempuan dan pengarang laki-laki terhadap tokoh perempuan dalam novel Angkatan 2000. Metode penelitian yang diggunakan dalam penelitiann ini adalah metode  kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Data penelitian yaitu teks isi novel. Sumber data penelitian yang digunakan adalah dua buah novel dari pengarang perempuan karya Abidah El Khalieqy dan Oka Rusmini,  beserta dua buah novel dari pengarang laki-laki karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy dan karya Andrea Hirata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengarang perempuan Angkatan 2000 tidak lagi terjebak ke dalam bayang-bayang pengarang laki-laki di dalam menggambarkan feminisme perempuan, yaitu dalam angkatan sastra sebelumnya sosok perempuan selalu digambarkan sebagai mahluk pasif, lemah, patuh, dan tanpa pamrih. Selain itu, bahasa yang digunakan mereka tidak lagi terpaku pada bahasa yang distandarkan oleh sistem patriarkhi. Sementara feminisme sosok perempuan dalam sudut pandang pengarang laki-laki Angkatan 2000, yaitu berupaya menggambarkan feminisme sebagai bagian dari pengalaman batin. Tidak ada simbol bahasa pembebasan dari sistem patriarkhi dengan pemahaman bahwa pengarang laki-laki tidak mencoba menggali pergolakan bathin tokoh perempuan dengan mendalam, karena hal tersebut semacam bagian dari pengalaman batin yang hanya bisa dialami oleh kaum perempuan.Kata kunci: feminis, feminisme perempuan, feminisme laki-laki, angkatan 2000  This study aims to uncover the point of view of feminism between female authors and male authors of female characters in the Angkatan 2000 novel. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis techniques to analyze the data. The research data are the text of the contents of the novel. The research data sources were taken from two novels by female authors by Abidah El Khalieqy and Oka Rusmini, along with two novels by male authors by Habiburrahman El Shirazy and by Andrea Hirata. The results of the study show that female authors of the Angaktan 2000 are no longer trapped in the shadows of male authors in describing female feminism, that is in the previous literary generation women are always portrayed as passive, weak, submissive, and selfless creatures. In addition, the language they use is no longer fixed on the language standardized by the patriarchal system. While women's feminism in the perspective of the male author in Angkatan 2000, which seeks to describe feminism as part of inner experience. There is no symbolic language of liberation from the patriarchal system with the understanding that male authors do not try to explore the inner turmoil of female characters in depth, because it is a kind of inner experience that can only be experienced by women.Keywords: feminist, female feminism, male feminism, Angkatan 2000

Abstract

This research is motivated by the weak ability of students in writing activities. One of the internal factors is the laziness that mounts to start writing, the rigidity of words, and confusion in writing. The purpose of this research is to apply a psychotransmitter communication technique in learning writing to foster writing intelligence. The psychotransmitter technique is a communication technique built through subconscious communication. Psychotransmitters are another name for subjective terms of communication (one-way communication) or telepathy where we can convey a message to someone we want to address so that what we want to convey enters the human subconscious mind. According to research, the subconscious mind affects 80% of the human mind. One of the benefits of this technique is that it can change a person's ego, self-esteem, emotions so that he will be cheated by his ego. Thus we can influence his thoughts with established communication. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, the writer will explain clearly the steps to develop the intelligence to write short stories. The steps are clearly described based on the theory of NLP, hypnosis, and communication techniques. The results of this study are expected that students can change bad habits into good habits, namely writing skills or writing intelligence. The results of this study will produce writing stages using psychotransmitters.
