Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out models and strategies for managing higher education public relations. The research method is library research. Library research aims to collect data or information in the library and then use it as a basis for research. The research results show that strategy can be interpreted as a comprehensive plan to achieve targets even though there is no guarantee of success. Strategy is often associated with the terms tactics, techniques and methods, these three terms actually only remain within the strategy environment, only having more practical, narrow and detailed implications. Public relations models that can be used globally by all audiences according to the needs of the four models include: prees agentry with the type of one-way communication with propaganda. Public information with the type of one-way communication and disseminating correct and accurate information. Two-way asymmetrical type of two-way communication with scientific persuasion techniques. Two way symmetrical with two-way communication type to build mutual understanding.

Abstract

Education is a crucial topic to discuss because typically, human intelligence is judged by how much education one has attained. Policy analysis is an applied social research systematically arranged to understand the substance of policies to clearly grasp information regarding the issues addressed by the policy and the potential issues that may arise as a result of policy implementation. Understanding policy models is essential to ensure that the resulting policies can lead to the success of educational objectives. This research method employs a qualitative approach. The research model utilizes library research, with inductive-deductive analysis derived from several literature analyses (O'Dwyer & Bernauer, 2013; Moser & Korstjens, 2018). The aim of educational policy analysis is to analyze educational data and information and to maintain aspects within the process of designing and making a policy. It has 6 characteristics of education and there are 3 types of Education Policy Formulation Models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pencegahan bullying di SMA Negeri 10 Batang Hari. Bullying dalam bentuk verbal, fisik, dan sosial masih ditemukan di lingkungan sekolah sehingga diperlukan kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk menciptakan budaya sekolah yang aman dan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru BK, guru, dan siswa, observasi kegiatan sekolah, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional, instruksional, dan partisipatif dalam upaya pencegahan bullying. Strategi yang dilakukan meliputi deteksi dini melalui pemantauan perilaku siswa dan kolaborasi dengan guru BK dan wali kelas, penanganan kasus dengan pendekatan restoratif, serta pemantauan berkelanjutan melalui koordinasi rutin dengan warga sekolah. Selain itu, kepala sekolah membangun budaya anti-bullying melalui pembinaan karakter, sosialisasi berkelanjutan, serta integrasi nilai anti-kekerasan dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam pencegahan bullying dan pembentukan iklim sekolah yang kondusif.
