Abstract

The entry of the era of globalization makes the world's nations almost have no boundaries. The good and bad impact of globalization, of course, let's examine it together by basing Pancasila as a way of life for the Indonesian people in facing all problems along with the times. The research methodology that we use in this study is quantitative. The number of samples taken were 32 students of chemistry education at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The data collection technique that researchers used in this observation was a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire distributed to students resulted in several steps that could be taken from the role of Pancasila in fostering the spirit of nationalism of the millennial generation, including by applying the role of Pancasila values which can foster the spirit of nationalism in general, namely by applying the values of Pancasila in everyday life, respecting differences, use the good and correct Indonesian language, participate responsibly in maintaining independence according to ability, love domestic products, put the interests of the state above personal interests, preserve the nation's culture, love the diversity of Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the values ​​of religious moderation and their implementation in Islamic religious education in the 21st century. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data analysis is more focused on library research or literature studies. The conclusion in this study is that the 21st century is marked by the emergence of an era of disruption, due to the great influence of technology in this century, changing trends, namely from analog trends to digital trends with digital innovations that make everything easy. So to face this era, special skills are needed including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Religious moderation is a religious attitude with the principle of balance and fairness so that it will avoid excessive attitudes. The implementation of religious moderation values ​​in PAI learning is one of the solutions in facing the challenges of this century and in order to ward off radical attitudes in religion which is also one of the influences social media. PAI learning has a strategic role in achieving the goals of National Education, especially those related to instilling faith and devotion to God Almighty and increasing noble character

Abstract

In the midst of efforts to provide quality Islamic education services to the user community, it certainly has an impact on the need for an adequate budget, including the supply of budget from the user community, giving rise to the stigma of 'commodification' of Islamic education. On the other hand, paradigmatically, Islamic education is demanded with humanist, religious, and sacred values that are perceived as far from the commodification and capitalization of education. This study aims to examine conceptually the commodification of Islamic education and the demands of maintaining the substance of religious values in 21st century Islamic education. Methods The research used in this research is literature review or literature review in the form of scientific articles contained in journals and books related to the research theme. The results of the study indicate that there is a new paradigm in Islamic education that demands the process of commodification of Islamic education. On the other hand, Islamic education seeks to dialogue between the sources of Islamic teachings and the demands of the times and human needs. Religious values exist as an adhesive for the peace of students in meeting the demands of the times. So that paradigmatically there is a need for reconciliation between commodification demands and religious substance in Islamic education.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a development of the K13 curriculum which focuses on aspects ofdeveloping the potential, talents, and interests of students through digitizing learning with the useof technology. This curriculum is a starting point for facing the Society 5.0 era whichpredominantly uses technology. The Merdeka Curriculum is compiled based on four schools ofeducational philosophy, each of which has characteristics that complement each other incurriculum preparation, only the dominance is different in each curriculum. The development ofan independent curriculum needs to be reviewed in terms of educational philosophy so that thedominance of this philosophy can be identified so that the output results are identified with thebasis of the curriculum. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach(library research), primary sources are obtained from scientific literature and secondary sourcesare obtained from supporting sources, such as essays, papers, seminar results, and others. Theresults of this study are first, the perennialism school of philosophy does not dominate in theindependent curriculum because it is only used as a stronghold of cultural values so as not tocollapse in the modern era. Second, the essentialism school of philosophy dominates in the contentof learning materials. Third, the progressivism school of philosophy fills in the process of studentcharacter building through the Pancasila student profile. Fourth, the constructionism school ofphilosophy dominates the whole because of the renewal of the structure and system of schoolstakeholders

Abstract

This research is aimed at revealing the existence of new alternatives in translation teaching media. Translation teaching media is still strongly suspected to be dominated by the use of dictionaries, both in print such as Munawir, Munjid, Mahmud Yunus, and digital dictionaries like al-Maany, Google Translate, and other applications. The alternative media offered is social media such as Twitter (X). Social media usually used in public communication can be utilized as an alternative for translation learning. How to utilize social media such as Twitter in translation learning? How accurate is social media in teaching Arabic-Indonesian or Indonesian-Arabic translation? This research falls under the category of qualitative research when viewed from the source of text data used. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative method. The researcher will systematically present examples of using social media (Twitter) in translation learning. The data source in this study is tweets in Arabic language on Twitter. The results of this study indicate that Twitter can be an alternative translation teaching media. The auto-translate system available on Twitter provides several advantages in translation teaching, such as access to authentic and contemporary materials, development of translation speed and accuracy, exercise in finding equivalent words that are currently trending in the Arab world. However, the translations displayed by the auto-translate system on Twitter still need to be considered because there are various contexts that machine translators cannot read.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of leader-member exchange and perceived organisational support on job satisfaction, with employee engagement as a mediator, either directly or indirectly. This study employs a quantitative associative methodology. This study's participants were all PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) TPK Perawang employees. This study's sample consisted of a total of 67 employees who were selected using the saturated sampling procedure. Interviews and questionnaires were used for data collection in this study. This investigation employed SEM-PLS for data analysis. This investigation processes data using the Partial Least Square software tool. This study demonstrates that Leader-Member Exchange, Perceived Organisational Support, and Employee Engagement significantly affect Job Satisfaction. Leader-member exchange and Perceived Organisational Support significantly affect Employee Engagement. Leader-member exchange has a significant impact on Job Satisfaction through Employee Engagement, and Perceived Organisational Support has a significant impact on Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala orang tua dalam mendampingi pembelajaran daring anak usia dini di masa pandemi dengan bentuk pengalaman situasi sulit orang tua, bentuk-bentuk coping yang dilakukan orang tua dengan menguhi pengaruh bentuk situasi sulit yang dialami dengan bentuk coping serta menguji pengaruh faktor sosiodemografi. Penelitian mengambil sampel sejumlah 153 orang tua yang diberikan angket berupa instrumen situasi sulit orang tua dengan instrumen gaya coping. Hasil penelitian menyatakan situasi paling sulit yang dirasakan oleh para orang tua paling banyak dirasakan adalah ketika orangtua merasa memiliki terlalu banyak tanggung jawab yang disebabkan karena beberapa orang tua sibuk dengan berbagai pekerjaan, sehingga jika ditambah lagi dengan mendampingi anak dengan pembelajran jarak jauh membuat orang tua merasa tanggung jawabnya bertambah. Hasil penelitian juga menyatakan bahwa bentuk coping orang tua paling banyak dilakukan adalah dengan cara menganalisis masalah sebelum bertindak. Karena para orang tua semakin sering menghadapi masalah saat mendampingi anak belajar maka mereka pun belajar untuk mengatasinya dengan cara mencari cara yang tepat dan meminimalisir hal-hal yang akan terjadi. Sehingga ketika kondisi sulit terjadi orang tua sudah mengatahui solusinya. Tak hanya itu saja, bentuk coping orang tua selanjutnya adalah para orang tua sering melakukan refreshing untuk keluar dari zona stress ketika menghadapi situasi sulit, hal ini dapat membantu orang tua kembali bersemangat mendampingi anak ketika belajar. Mengunjungi teman saat menyelesaikan masalah adalah salah satu pilihan terakhir orang tua ketika mengatasi kondisi sulit saat mendampingi anak belajar di rumah. Hasil penelitian terkait uji hipotesis baik uji parsial maupun simultan diperoleh bahwa sosiodemografi berpengaruh terhadap situasi sulit dan bentuk coping. Hasil penelitian dengan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara sosiodemografi terhadap bentuk pengalaman sulit dan bentuk penyelesaian masalah, sehingga dapat diasumsikan bahwa keragaman bentuk kendala atau situasi sulit para orang tua dalam mendampingi anak usia dini pembelajaran daring tidak terbatas pada perbedaan faktor sosiodemografi individu, hal ini berlaku untuk penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan dan beragamnya sitasi sulit membuat individu mencoba berbagai cara penyelesaian masalah yang sedang dihadapi. Kata Kunci : Kendala Orang Tua, Pembelajaran Daring Anak Usia Dini, Cara Coping

Abstract

Abdul Rasyid Abdullah Syafi'ie was a preacher and one of the great scholars who became a role model for the Betawi community. KH. Abdul Rasyid Abdullah Syafi'ie was the son of one of the great Betawi scholars, KH. Abdullah Shafi'ie. As a preacher of KH. Abdul Rasyid Abdullah Syafi'ie invited all people to practice Islamic law through various media, one of which was using radio media Alaikassalam Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy of Da'wah KH. Abdul Rasyid Abdullah Syafi'ie via Radio Alaikassalam Jakarta. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive data analysis methods. This method serves as a procedure for tracing the problem under study by describing the subject and object of research based on facts in the field. Then, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the da'wah strategy used by KH. Abdullah Syafi'ie held an Islamic nuanced event on Radio Alaikassalam Jakarta and broadcast live the ta'lim assembly activities held at Al-Barkah mosque, Tebet, South Jakarta.
