Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta (SMKS) St. Gabriel Maumere merupakan instansi yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan. Untuk kelancaran dan keberhasilan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap dan memadai. Dalam proses pengolahan data sarana dan prasarana pada SMKS St. Gabriel Maumere masih menggunakan pencatatan data yang masih sederhana yang diinput kedalam Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Penyimpanan data yang semakin meningkat mengakibatkan pencarian data semakin melambat, sehingga menjadi kendala dalam proses pengolahan data. Tujuan penelitian ini  yaitu menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mengolah data inventaris sarana dan pasarana pada SMKS St. Gabriel Maumere. Pada tahap analisis sistem, penulis menggunakan tools bantu Data Flow Diagram (DFD), penelitian ini diimplementasikan kedalam bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic.Net, dengan database MySQL dan aplikasi bantu untuk pembuatan laporan menggunakan Crystal Report 8.5. Pada tahap uji coba, penulis menggunakan 3 (tiga) jenis uji coba yaitu uji coba fungsi sistem, uji coba kompatibilitas sistem terhadap perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, dan uji kepuasan user. Dari uji coba fungsi sistem, diketahui bahwa semua tombol berfungsi dengan baik. Dari uji coba kompatibilitas sistem terhadap perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak diketahui bahwa terjadi koneksi yang baik, pada spesifikasi pertama dan kedua. dari uji kepuasan user, dapat disimpulkan bahwa user puas dengan sistem yang telah dibuat. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada tabel Hasil user testing berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah operator dalam proses pengolahan data inventaris sarana dan prasarana hingga menghasilkan data yang valid

Abstract

Kecanduan hubungan melalui dunia maya (cyber relationship addiction) saat ini menjadi sebuah permasalahan serius yang perlu mendapat perhatian semua kalangan. Jika ditinjau dari sisi negatifnya, dampak dari kecanduan ini turut mengancam mental anak usia sekolah, diantaranya semakin meningkatnya angka dropout siswa yang dampak lanjutannya adalah kecanduan yang mengarah pada hubungan yang tidak sehat dan terpaksa dinikahkan pada usia sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memaparkan korelasi antara cyber relationship addiction terhadap meningkatnya angka dropout sekolah dan pernikahan usia dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional, dengan sample siswa SMK X Maumere yang mempunyai akun facebook aktif, sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 45 responden, dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner serta dianalisis menggunakan SPSS, dengan uji Chi-Square untuk mencari hubungan variabel-variabel penelitian dan melihat kecenderungannya menggunakan tabulasi silang dan Odd Ratio. Berdasarkan data sekunder, penyebab siswa putus sekolah yakni 15,79% mengundurkan diri karena tidak mampu dari segi akademis (materi sekolah kejuruan), 26,32% karena masalah keuangan dan biaya praktikum, sedangkan 57,89% sisanya adalah dropout bahkan dikeluarkan oleh sekolah karena hamil di luar nikah, kecanduan di warnet sehingga ditarik kembali orangtuanya ke tempat asal dan dampak lainnya. Dari hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Cyber Relationship Addiction sangat mempengaruhi mental siswa usia sekolah, dimana tingkat kecanduan dengan dunia maya sangat tinggi, yang berimbas ke pergaulan yang tidak sehat, hamil di usia sekolah, di keluarkan dari sekolah, dan dinikahkan secara paksa karena berbagai alasan.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia maya dewasa ini membawa dampak yang sangat besar terhadap berbagai sisi kehidupan. Salah satunya adalan penggunaan media sosial sebagai saran untuk berinteraksi. Media sosial sering kali dijadikan sebagai tempat mengeluarkan luapan emosi, dan tidak jarang juga untuk mengungkapkan kemarahan dalam bentuk cacian maupun hinaan, atau bahkan melakukan berbagai kejahatan atau kekerasan. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang di lakukan di media sosiala dalah Cyberbullying. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari Cyberbullying terhadap tingkat percaya diri dan psiklogis remaja pada kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Nipa. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran tentang dampak dari Cyberbullying terhadap tingkat percaya diri dan psiklogis remaja sehingga dapat lebih bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian di lapangan dengan pola pengambilan data dalam bentuk penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan 90% responden menyetujui bahwa perilaku ini lebih sering memberikan dampak buruk terhadap tingkat percaya diri dan psikologis remaja.

Abstract

Introduction to Computer Hardware and Microsoft Basic Training is extremely important for elementary school students, college students, and even working professionals in today's digital age. There is an increasing demand for its use from various groups, both in the office sector and in the educational world. Therefore, as part of our community service, we aim to improve the knowledge and understanding of SDI Waioti Maumere primary school students, familiarize them with computers, fill and understand basic Microsoft forms in Word, and support their skills. Training activities have begun. SDI Waioti Maumere students adapt to life. In this era of advancing globalization. The implementation phases of this service are preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In this activity the service team succeeded in carrying out basic computer and Microsoft Word training for 36 female students and were divided into two classes, namely class A and class B, each with 18 students per class. This can be seen in the enthusiasm of the children who participated in the activities. As a result of this activity, SDI Waioti Maumere students will be able to understand and use the technology gained through their training

Abstract

This article discusses the development of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies and their role in the transformation of digital experiences. Using a literature study approach, this study examines various written sources, including scientific journals, technology articles, and recent industry reports, to understand how AR and VR have developed, are applied in various fields, and the challenges faced in their development. The analysis is carried out by comparing the main characteristics of AR and VR, especially in terms of immersion, interactivity, and hardware requirements. The results of the study show that AR is increasingly used in mobile applications, education, manufacturing, and marketing by combining digital elements into the real world. Meanwhile, VR offers a more immersive virtual environment and is widely applied in the entertainment industry, simulation training, and health. Advances in hardware, graphics, and artificial intelligence (AI) have increased the realism and interactivity of these two technologies, expanding their application in various sectors. Although promising, AR and VR still face challenges such as hardware limitations, high production costs, and ergonomic and privacy issues. With continued innovation, AR and VR are expected to be increasingly integrated into various aspects of life, making them key elements in future digital transformation.

Abstract

This study presents a preliminary analysis of e-government implementation and readiness in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, as the empirical foundation for developing the AVELINE Evaluation Model a context-sensitive framework designed to assess e-government maturity in developing local governments. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative survey data from 120 respondents across 15 government agencies with qualitative insights from in-depth interviews and document analysis. The findings indicate a moderate overall readiness index (3.04 out of 5), reflecting partial progress in digital transformation. Among the five assessed dimensions, policy and governance readiness scored highest (3.47), while citizen engagement and human resource readiness remained lowest (2.76 and 2.85, respectively). The study identifies key inhibitors such as limited ICT infrastructure, insufficient digital literacy, and fragmented inter-agency coordination, which hinder effective SPBE (Electronic-Based Government System) implementation. Conversely, strong policy commitment and emerging leadership support provide a foundation for improvement. Empirical results confirm significant correlations between infrastructure, human resources, and organizational readiness, emphasizing that technological success depends on institutional and socio-environmental factors. Theoretically, this research contributes to the development of the AVELINE Evaluation Model, integrating six dimensions Administrative, Viability, Environmental, Legal, Information, and Network readiness into a holistic tool for assessing e-government maturity. Practically, recommendations for infrastructure enhancement, human resource capacity building, and participatory governance. Overall, the findings highlight that digital transformation in Sikka Regency remains in a transitional phase technologically functional but organizationally fragile underscoring the need for a tailored, context-aware evaluation framework to guide sustainable e-government development in underdeveloped regions

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) at SMK Negeri 3 Maumere aimed to improve students’ information technology skills, digital design abilities, professional communication, and job readiness through practice-based training. The program was designed to equip vocational students with relevant digital and soft skills aligned with current workforce needs. Training materials included Microsoft Office, digital design using Canva, video editing with CapCut, public speaking, professional document writing, interview simulations, and the development of digital portfolios. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in students’ competencies following the program. The public speaking training achieved an average questionnaire score of 4.65 out of 5, categorized as “Very Good,” indicating a high level of participant satisfaction and skill development. Meanwhile, the Canva and CapCut training obtained an average score of 3.58 out of 4, categorized as “Good to Very Good.” Qualitatively, students demonstrated increased confidence, creativity, and technical ability in producing digital curricula vitae, posters, and video portfolios suitable for internships and job applications. Overall, the program was highly relevant to the needs of SMK Negeri 3 Maumere and provided a tangible contribution to strengthening students’ digital competencies and vocational job readiness.
