<![CDATA[To find out the implementation of public service tasks in the Makassar City district of Rappocini; 2) To find out how the performance of the Rappocini sub-district government of Makassar city in providing public services to the public; 3) To find out what factors support and hinder the performance of the Makassar city Rappocini sub-district government officials in providing public services to the community. The research method used is to use a descriptive research method. The population in this study amounted to 140 people and the sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, literature. Data analysis techniques were descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Rappocini sub-district government in providing public services in the Rappocini sub-district of Makassar City is generally good. While the factors that support and hinder the performance of the Rappocini Subdistrict government in providing public services to the community are the professionalism factor of the apparatus, the factor of public awareness, the regulatory factor and the service facility and infrastructure factor.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is a democracy. Where the election of the Regional Head (Regent) is directly elected by the people. The people have full rights to choose who the leader will lead an area. Elections are held in a direct, public, free and confidential manner. Election of regional head and deputy regional head, or often called local election or post-conflict local election, is a general election to elect regional heads and deputy regional heads directly in Indonesia by local residents who meet the requirements. Every people would want a leader who is intelligent, responsible and can be sensitive to problems that occur in the community itself. And it all can not be separated from what leaders do when they run. How they arrange strategies to be chosen and liked by the people. How do they communicate, how are they in a relationship and attract the attention of the people to how they arrange the concepts of finance and the masses in the election event. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Regional Head of Sikka Regency attracted the sympathy of the people to vote for him. This research was conducted with interview and observation techniques so that this research generates new knowledge for researchers that each Regional Head candidate has their respective strategies to be able to attract the attention of the people one of which is to conduct a campaign.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine student perceptions of democracy in the city of Maumere. The research method used in this study is qualitative in the form of case study research through data collection techniques, participant observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study are: First, the implementation of democracy in various aspects of the Maumere community, namely the implementation of civil liberty rules, the implementation of political rights for every community and the development of democratic institutions (institutional democracy) in government and society. civil. Second The condition of civil society freedom in Maumere can be seen from the relatively high level of freedom of association and assembly of civil society organizations, civil society organizations that appear in every social structure of society. The three factors that influence democracy in Maumere consist of: community welfare factors, social and political factors, civic culture and historical roots.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage is one thing that is a big dream for many individuals. This research is based on a qualitative approach. The word qualitative implies an emphasis on processes and meanings that are not studied rigorously or have not been measured in terms of quantity, intensity, or frequency. Qualitative approach is a process of research and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problem. Every human being must have needs that must be met, including single parents. Human needs are divided into several levels, namely: physiological needs, security needs, needs for love and belonging, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. These needs must be met in order for life to run smoothly. Basic human needs, namely physiological needs which include: clothing, food, and housing, can certainly be met by single parents even with effort and hard work. The need for security can also be met from the family environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah untuk mengetahui apakah informasi yang diberikan pemerintah desa tentang virus corona sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penulis melakukan wawancara terhadap lima orang perangkat desa dan sepuluh orang masyarakat yang dipilih sebagai informan. Untuk lebih memperjelas hasil penelitian, maka teknik pengolahan data dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari tahap pengumpulan, reduksi, analisis dan penyajian data. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis diketahui bahwa pemenuhan dan pencarian informasi tentang virus corona yang dilakukan belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi karena kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the process of forming the self-concept of people with disabilities through interactions between children and caregivers at the Maria Stellamaris Nangahure Orphanage and to examine appropriate communication patterns with orphanage children, especially for those with disabilities at the Maria Stellamaris Nangahure Orphanage. The communication pattern applied is the interpersonal communication pattern. The data collection method uses interviews and observations as well as documentation. The type of research carried out is qualitative research with the type of research used, namely case studies. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques. The technique of checking the validity of the data using trianggulation methods. The results showed that from the findings about self-concept and communication processes, the self-concept formed in people with disabilities in orphanages varies depending on the way children and caregivers interact in daily life. The formation of the self-concept of people with disabilities in orphanages, especially those with disabilities, is greatly influenced by the people around them, especially caregivers.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemilih usia muda cenderung rasional dalam memilih pemimpin karena berfokus pada kapasitas dan kedekatan isu yang akan di bawakan calon presiden nantinya. Generasi Z atau kerap yang sering di sebut sebagai gen Z merupakan aset pemilu dengan populasi penduduk yang besar serta suara penentu kemenangan komposisi suara tertinggi dalam pemilu 2024, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui partisipasi generasi Z dalammenghadapi pemilu 2024 di Kelurahan waioti,Kecamatan alok timurdan sejauh mana peran generasi Z dalammenentukan sikap politiknya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, lokasi penelitian yaitu di kelurahan waioti, kecamatan alok timur, Kabupaten Sikka, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara interview dan pengamatan serta mempelajari dokumen-dokumen yang tersedia dilokasi, selanjutnya data yanug diperoleh diananlisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kelurahan Waioti adalah salah satu kelurahan yang benar-benar menerapkan sikap toleransi dimana para pemerintah selalu mendukung anak muda agar terlibat dalam dunia politik. Hal ini membuat anak-anak muda di Kelurahan Waioti sangat antusias dalam pemilu 2024 mendatang, Anak muda di Waioti diarahkan agar menggunakan hak suara mereka dengan baik serta memilih calon pemimpin yang benar-benar mau berjuang bersama masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Personal branding merupakan fenomena yang unik. Jika kita lihat dari praktik hidup sehari-hari, disadari atau tidak, sebenarnya setiap orang bisa mempunyai merek sendiri, jadi bukan hanya produk atau perusahaan saja yang bisa memiliki merek. Sementara branding tidak merujuk langsung ke sebuah nama, ketika kita bicara tentang personal branding, nama kita adalah merek yang kita bawa. Masyarakat bisa langsung membedakan beberapa nama dengan yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai personal branding Mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Nipa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi Deskriptif. Data yang didapatkan, diperoleh dengan hasil wawancara secara langsung dengan salah satu Mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Nipa yaitu @sindidiaz06. Selain itu data juga didapatkan dengan hasil observasi, studi pustaka serta dokumentasi berupa foto. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa @sindidiaz06 dikatakan membentuk personal branding dengan menggunakan teori dramaturgi sebagai kerangka berpikir utama. Hasil analisa peneliti menemukan bahwa dalam proses membangun personal branding melalui media sosial Instagram, setidaknya terdapat tiga tahapan, yaitu (1) memilih peran; (2) mensetting performance; (3) impression managemen. Terdapat beberapa hal yang bisa ditampilkan untuk menunjukkan "siapa aku?" melalui profil Instagramnya, diantaranya: (1) konsep foto; (2) caption foto; (3) Tagline/hashtag. Selanjutnya, setelah suatu kesan atau image telah berhasil melekat pada diri, maka diperlukan adanya pengelolaan kesan untuk mempertahankan kesan yang telah dibangun.]]>
