Abstract

Desa Tompo’bulu terletak dilereng Gunung Bulusaraung pada ketinggian kurang lebih  900 m dpl, dengan kelerengan sampai 35 %., Desa Tompo’bulu berbatasan langsung dengan Kawasan Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung. Sesuai dengan peraturan pengelolaan taman nasional diantaranya adalah masyarakat boleh melakukan penanaman tanaman semusim pada areal yang sudah “dienklaf”, akan tetapi tidak boleh menebang pohon dan tanaman kayu-kayuan lainnya. Dengan demikian maka  penerapan sistem agroforestry diharapkan menjadi  solusi yang tepat. Meskipun sistem agroforestry telah lama di terapkan oleh masyarakat, akan tetapi hasilnya belum optimalKomoditi unggulan masyarakat Desa Tompo’bulu dari tanaman pertanian adalah padi dan kacang tanah, sedangkan tanaman kehutanan didominasi oleh Mahoni yang dipadukan dengan kemiri, dijumpai pula Gmelina tapi tidak dalam jumlah banyak. Terdapat juga bambu yang menurut petani tumbuh secara alami.Pada komponen peternakan, jenis yang banyak di pelihara oleh petani adalah sapi, ayam dan beternak lebah madu serta terdapat kolam ikan.Analisis White Box dibuat untuk melihat bagaimana interkonektifitas antar komponen penyusun sistem agroforestry pola agosylvopastory di Desa Tompo’bulu

Abstract

This study examines the effect of gadget toward early childhood speaking ability especially those in the age range of 3-4 years. The 3-4 years old children generally have enthusiasm in speaking, their curiosity tend to be greater, such as telling something that happened around them to the closest person. However, the presence of gadget in this digital era has negative influences on their speaking ability. The majority of children in Indonesia spend time playing gadget. The study seeks to explain the use of gadget toward early childhood speaking ability. The methodological approach taken in this study is literature review by connecting this study with existing literature and previous researches which have limited investigations. The result obtained in this study indicates that the use of gadget can delay the children speaking ability, especially children aged 3-4 years.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the target of achieving profit at Aneka Hotel at Talisayan. The analysis tools in question are: Contribution Margin, Contribution Margin Ratio, Break Event Point (BEP) and Sales with Profit Target.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the large sales of Hotel Aneka services that must be obtained in order to obtain the desired profit target for 2016 is Rp. 450,802,521. The large contribution margin at Aneka Hotel is Rp. 318,901,843 or 70.74%. Large sales of Aneka Hotel services that must be achieved so that the hotel reaches break even point in 2016 is Rp. 394,422,215. The operating leverage level at Aneka Hotel in 2013 was 8,00 times. The large margin of safety (MOS) for Aneka Hotels that must be achieved so as not to experience losses in 2016 is Rp. 56,380,305 or 12.51%. So by applying this cost-volume-profit analysis the company knows the minimum level so that the company does not experience losses.   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi target pencapaian laba pada Hotel Aneka di Talisayan. Adapun alat analisis yang dimaksud adalah: Margin Kontribusi, Rasio Margin Kontribusi, Break Event Point (BEP) dan Penjualan dengan Target Laba.                 Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa Besar penjualan jasa Hotel Aneka yang harus diperoleh agar memperoleh target laba yang diinginkan Tahun 2016 adalah sebesar Rp. 450.802.521. Besar margin kontribusi pada Hotel Aneka adalah sebesar Rp. 318.901.843  atau sebesar 70,74%. Besar penjualan jasa Hotel Aneka yang harus dicapai agar hotel mencapai titik impas/break even point pada Tahun 2016 adalah sebesar Rp. 394.422.215. Tingkat operating leverage pada Hotel Aneka Tahun 2013 adalah sebesar 8,00 kali. Besar margin of safety (MOS) bagi Hotel Aneka yang harus dicapai agar tidak mengalami kerugian pada Tahun 2016 adalah sebesar Rp. 56.380.305 atau sebesar 12,51%. Sehingga dengan menerapkan   analisis biaya-volume-profit ini perusahaan mengetahui tingkat minimum sehingga perusahaan tidak mengalami kerugian.

Abstract

The legal Protection For Real Land Right Holder in Case of Forged Rincik. The research aimed to investigate (1) the legal protection for the land owner whose possession was based on rincik evidence, and (2) the legal protection on the good-will buyer based on the forged rincik document used in the land sale transaction. This was the normative legal research, also called the library research or documentary study because the research was only conducted on the written regulations or other legal materials or secondary data consisting of the primary and secondary legal materials.  The research also used the Secondary data. the data were analysed and presented using the qualitative descriptive method. The research result indicate that: (1) the real land owner with rincik possession issued after the year 1960 based on the decision of Indonesian Supreme Court No. 560K / PID / 2008 has not been fully protected due to the fact that the seller is funished for forging the rincik., returning the right to the land owner can not be carried out due to the decision of Indonesian Supreme Court Number. 482 / PK / Pdt / 2014 which make the buyer win, while the real land owner is the directed to sue the land seller to give the compensation: and (2) the legal protection on the good- willing buyer based on forget rincik in the land sale transaction has been fully protected and has the ringt to possess the land based on the decision of Indonesian Supreme Court Number. 482/PK/Pdt/2014 because the buyer has bought the land in the presence of Temporary Land Title Registar.

Abstract

The surfactant is a substance which has the ability to reduce surface tension, interface tension, and increase the stability of an emulsion. The Surfactant is an intermediate productwhich is widely applied in the fields of health, pharmacy, industry, and cleaning products in the household. This study makes biosurfactant from rubber seed oil. The purpose of this study is to make biosurfactants from rubber seed oil, to see the effect of temperature and time on the biosurfactant characterization produced. The preliminary treatment in this study includes preparation of raw materials, extraction of rubber seed oil by pressing method, the degumming process using phosphoric acid at temperature 90°C for 1 hour, gum separationby centrifuge. The esterification process of oil and methanol with a mole ratio of fatty acid: methanol (1:9), sulfuric acid catalyst (98%) as much as 1%(b/b) of oil, at temperature 65°C, the process is carried out until ALB < 2%. The transesterification process of methyl esterformation with a mole ratio of oil: methanol (1:9), KOH catalyst as much as 2%(b/b) of oil, at temperature 65°C for 6 hours. In the final stage, the transesterification process of methyl ester becomes esteramine with a mole ratio of methyl ester and trietanolamine (4:1), KOHcatalyst as much as 5%(b/b) of methyl ester, stirring speed 200 rpm, temperature variation 100°C; 125°C; 150°C, time variation during 2 hours; 4 hours; and 6 hours. The best characteristics of biosurfactant were produced at 100°C transesterification temperature and 6 hours transesterification time with the density of 0,906 gr/ml, the pH 9,8, the surface tension of 52 dyne/cm, the interface tension of 51,3 dyne/cm, the emulsion stability of 96,36%, the yield 88,480%, and FT-IR test to ascertain amine functional groups in biosurfactant.Keywords: Biosurfactant, rubber seed oil, transesterification, triethanolamine

The transesterification process of methyl ester formation with a mole ratio of oil: methanol (1:9), KOH catalyst as much as 2% (b/b) of oil, at temperature 65°C for 6 hours. In the final stage, the transesterification process of methyl ester becomes esteramine with mixing time 4 hours ,temperature reaction 150°C, stirring speed 200 rpm, mole ratio reactant TEA : RSOME variation 1:2 ; 1:3 ; 1:4, amount catalyst of KOH variation 3%, 5%, and 7%. The best characteristics of biosurfactant were produced at mole ratio reactant 1:2 with amount catalyst KOH as 3% with the density of 0,989 gr/ml, the pH 9,4, ability decrease surface tension 35,43%, ability decrease interface tension 30,43%, the emulsion stability of >95%, the yield 86,96%, and FT-IR test to ascertain amine functional groups in biosurfactant.Keywords: Biosurfactant, rubber seed oil, transesterification, triethanolamine

Abstract

Lubricants are used in machines to reduce friction between two metal objects so that they can overcome wear on engine components. Rubber seed oil is a type of non-food oil (oil that cannot be consumed) because there is a cyanide compound (HCN) so that it can be used as raw material for making biolubricant. This research aims to synthesize biolubricant based rubber seed oil and study the effect of the percentage of addition of NaOCH3 catalysts and reaction time to yield of biolubricant produced. This research was carried out in several stages: preparation of raw materials including extraction of rubber seed oil by pressing method, then continued by degumming process to purify the oil from the gum. Next, the esterification process to reduce of free fatty acid at the oil. The final stage is the transesterification process of making biolubricant with a mole ratio of oil and 1-octanol of 1:5, reaction temperature of 170 oC, stirring speed of 200 rpm, time variation for 4 hours; 6 hours; 8 hours, and variations in the number of catalysts are 2%; 3%; 4% v/v oil. The highest yield of biolubricant produced was 82.635%. The best characteristics of biolubricant were produced at 4 hours reaction time and 4% catalyst with density values of 0.8344 gr/ml, viscosity index 217.568, pour point -9 oC, flash point 295 oC, and FTIR test to ensure the formation of ester functional groups in biolubricant.Keywords: Biolubricant, rubber seed oil, octanol, transesterification

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian bronchitis pada pekerja pemecah batu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Analitik dengan rancangan Case Control. Penelitian telah dilakukan selama 4 minggu, dari bulan Oktober sampai November 2015. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pekerja pemecah batu yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalowaru Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan tahun 2015 dengan jumlah sampel 58 responden, terbagi menjadi 28 responden sampel kasus dan 28 responden sampel kontrol. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode stratified random sampling. Data diolah menggunakan program komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara penggunaan alat pelindung diri (OR= 2,750) dan status gizi (OR= 3,178) terhadap kejadian bronchitis. Sedangkan lama paparan (OR= 4,636) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kejadian bronchitis pada masyarakat pemecah batu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lalowaru Kecamatan Moramo Utara Kabupaten Konawe Selatan tahun 2015. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan pemeriksaan secara periodik dan teratur untuk memantau kondisi kesehatan fisik dan meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja pemecah batu, dalam meningkatkan upaya perlindungan diri terhadap penyakit akibat kerja yang mungkin saja terjadi secara berulang-ulang.
