Abstract

Providing services for every banking institution is an activity that is routinely carried out every day. This proves that the quality of service provided by each banking institution must be considered in order to achieve customer satisfaction. People who are directly involved in customer satisfaction are Customer Service Officers (CSOs). CSOs play a role in increasing customer satisfaction in order to maintain their loyalty. Banking institutions need professional human resources (HR) to enable the implementation of service excellence properly. Therefore, every CSO must be equipped with the ability and knowledge of qualified service excellence. In addition to the ability and qualified knowledge, another important thing in the implementation of service excellence which is related is communication. A CSO must understand very well how to properly interpersonal communication as it should be. Bank Rakyat Indonesia or BRI is one of the largest banks in Indonesia with a vision to become a leading commercial bank that always prioritizes customer satisfaction and pays great attention to service excellence. Research location at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bandung Martadinata Branch Office. The object of research in this study is the services provided by CSOs with the implementation of service excellence to the customers. From the research results it can be rejected that there are increases and decreases in the number of customers who use Customer Service services. This is the author's consideration to examine how the implementation of excellent service to customers at the bank with the dimensions of service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Islamic education in facing the challenges of radicalism and extremism among the younger generation. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various strategies implemented by Islamic educational institutions to form a moderate and inclusive religious understanding. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with educators, scholars, and students in several Islamic schools and Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Islamic education that emphasizes the values of tolerance, social justice, and openness to diversity can play a significant role in preventing radicalization among adolescents. In addition, the active involvement of parents and the community in religious education was also found to be an important factor in shaping the character of the young generation who are resilient to the influence of radical ideology. This study concludes that holistic and contextual Islamic education is indispensable to face the increasingly complex challenges of radicalism and extremism in the modern era.

Abstract

This research constitutes a literature review that explores the integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) with Counselling Guidance (BK) and its influence on the moral development of students. The methodology adopted involves a thorough examination of various literature sources, including academic journals, books, and previous studies, with the aim of identifying the concepts, strategies, and outcomes of this integration. The analytical approach employed includes an in-depth content analysis of relevant literature to investigate the effective integration of PAI and BK. The study discusses theoretical foundations, strategies for implementing PAI and BK integration, an analysis of its impact on the moral development of students, and the challenges faced in its application. The results indicate that integrating PAI with BK significantly contributes to the enhancement of students' moral understanding and character formation. This research highlights the importance of collaboration between PAI teachers and BK counsellors, as well as the need for strong policy support, to fully realise the benefits of this integration.

Abstract

Learning conditions need to be improved to enhance students' ability to absorb information from classroom material. It is hoped that providing a comfortable learning environment will improve students' learning outcomes. This research methodology uses descriptive qualitative methods and data analysis. Student-centered learning will improve students' understanding and engagement with the material discussed during classroom teaching and learning sessions. Learning planning, which serves as a benchmark for teacher-student interaction, will result in optimal learning quality. The implementation of learning strategies strives to facilitate teaching and learning interactions. Learning planning must begin with a clear understanding of educational goals and objectives. Implementing a comfortable learning environment in the classroom is supported by the classroom environment, the arrangement or layout of desks, the arrangement of plants, and educational aids or educational infrastructure. Supported by a comfortable classroom environment for learning and good and modern learning infrastructure, students' enthusiasm and motivation to learn increase. Creativity and innovation in learning can create a pleasant learning atmosphere, which in turn impacts learning outcomes and high achievement. Keywords: Learning Strategy, Comfortable Learning, Student Needs   Abstrak Kondisi pembelajaran perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menyerap informasi materi pelajaran di kelas, diharapkan bahwa dengan memberikan kenyamanan belajar siswa akan merubah kemampuan hasil belajarnya. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif  dan metode analisis data. Pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa akan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa terhadap materi pelajaran yang dibahas dalam pertemuan belajar mengajar di kelas. Perencanaan pembelajaran yang menjadi tolak ukur interaksi guru dengan siswa akan menghasilkan kualitas pembelajarn yang optimal. Pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran berusaha untuk memudahkan dalam interaksi belajar mengajar. perencanaan pembelajaran harus dimulai dengan pemahaman yang jelas tentang tujuan dan sasaran Pendidikan. Pelaksanaan kenyamanan belajar dikelas ditunjang oleh lingkungan kelas, pengaturan atau tata letak bangku, pengaturan tanaman dan alat bantu Pendidikan atau sarana prasarana pendidikan. Dengan dukungan lingkungan kelas untuk belajar yang nyaman, sarana prasarana belajar yang baik dan modern menimbulkan semangat dan motivasi belajar siswa meningkat. Kreatifitas dan inovasi pembelajaran dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, maka selanjutnya berdampak hasil belajar  dan prestasi yang tinggi.
