Abstract

Most of the fishermen in the territory of Indonesia are in the poverty line. This cannot be denied because they are in the limitation of knowledge and mastery of technology so that it depends more on the facilities provided by nature. When a lot of their catch is faced with the situation of cheap sale of fish. This condition certainly needs to be addressed and become the concern of various parties including universities that carry out the duties of the triharma of PT through community service. This activity is the provision of insight, knowledge and skills to the fishing community, especially in processing fish into snacks that are of value for sale and increase the variety of people's nutritional intake. Assistance to fishermen is carried out in three stages of activities, which include: pre-activity activities, activities and monitoring. Increased work ethic of fishermen, motivation for entrepreneurship and skills in processing fish are carried out through training, with resource persons from career counseling experts, leaders of trade and industry services and fish processing experts.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan berumah tangga tidak jarang terjadi permasalahan antara pasangan suami dan istri. Permasalahan keluarga yang terjadi di Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau adalah mengenai istri yang ingin mengajukan fasakh pernikahan terhadap suaminya.Adapun penyebab terjadinya permasalahan tersebut karena faktor pertengkaran,  KDRT, perselingkuhan dan ekonomi. Permasalahan yang tidak dapat terselesaikan  akan berdampak pada perceraian. Dari tahun 2012-2016 cerai gugat (Fasakh) terus meningkat.Untuk menghindari terjadinya perceraian, diperlukan penyelesaian dari permasalahan tersebut. Konseling keluarga merupakan salah satu teknik yang dibutuhkan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan keluarga. Salah satu tugas penyuluh di KUA adalah menyelesaikan permasalahan keluarga yang terjadi. Maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang penyebab terjadinya fasakh pernikahan dan upaya pencegahan dalam perspektif bimbingan konseling keluarga (studi kasus di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau).

Abstract

Perkembangan akhlak juga dipengaruhi oleh media sosial. Media sosial memiliki fungsi berbagi pesan dengan banyak pengguna media sosial lainnya, baik berupa informasi, gambar dan video. Saat ini aplikasi yang sedang viral dan banyak digunakan oleh kaum mileneal adalah TikTok. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan seseorang untuk bertindak positif dan negatif (tidak etis) dalam pemanfaatannya, Teguh Wahyono( 2006:36). Penggunaan aplikasi secara tidak tepat dan negatif dapat merusak akhlak. Banyak diantara mahasiswa yang menjadikan aplikasi ini untuk pamer video mereka dengan berbagai gaya untuk dilihat oleh siapa saja yang menggunakan aplikasi ini. Ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif, Sugiyono (2014:85). Penetapan subjek penelitian dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu mahasiswa aktif FDIK semester IV dan VIII dan sudah bermain aplikasi TikTok lebih dari 1 tahun. Penelitian mengungkapkan, sebagian besar bentuk akhlak mahasiswa pengguna Aplikasi TikTok tergolong akhlakul mazmumah karena mereka dilalaikan oleh aplikasi ini, serta bertindak tidak etis dan elanggar syariat agama. Sebagian kecil termasuk kepada akhlakul karimah, yang menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk kegiatan positif bermanfaat baginya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa menggunakan aplikasi TikTok, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan karena penggunaan aplikasi, dapat dilakukan layanan informasi dan penguasaan konten. Dengan menggunakan beberapa fungsi yaitu pemahaman, pencegahan, pengentasan, dan pemeliharaan serta pengembangan.

Abstract

Blindness is a term for individuals who experience interference in terms of vision and need aids in daily activities, and also to support the educational process. Educational services for blind people in educational institutions are generally referred to as inclusive education. This inclusive education model emphasizes full integration, eliminates the labeling of children with the principle of "Education for All". Inclusive education services are held at regular education institutions. They are enforced and have the same rights and obligations. The implementation of education in regular educational institutions also has a negative side, because these educational institutions are not fully prepared to organize inclusive education, such as approaches and methods used by educators who are not in accordance with the characteristics of disability and their educational needs, and lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support the process education, especially if all related elements do not cooperate with each other, but this can hamper the development of their potential.

Abstract

The age of teenagers who are full of jolts is the gateway to early adulthood, this period brings them to drastic changes, physically and psychologically. Psychological changes make adolescents experience the following things "emotions are unstable, start and easily attracted to the opposite sex, great curiosity, do not want to depend on parents", Elly Risman, et al (2014: 7). These changes make them unstable and easily affected by the environment, both positive and negative. Teenagers have several developmental tasks, one of which is to build relationships with peers, especially with the opposite sex. According to Ericson in Taufik, the most dominant development in adolescence is sex-related things, James Hansens in Taufik (2009: 71). Environment, peers can give positive and negative colors to sex development. Sexual deviation is known as LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender).
