Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada masalah pokok masih rendahnya efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Elhijab Regional Jawa Timur. Hal tersebut diduga disebabkan oleh belum dijalankannya ukuran-ukuran kualitas sistem informasi secara menyeluruh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan explanatory survey dengan analisis kuantitatif, melalui penggunaan analisis data statistik Path Analysis yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh variabel Kualitas Sistem Informasi terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Elhijab Regional Jawa Timur secara simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Kualitas Sistem Informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Elhijab Regional Jawa Timur sebesar 74,91%. Bahwa secara simultan ukuran-ukuran kualitas sistem informsi telah dilaksanakan dan dijalankan sesuai dengan aspek-aspek efektivitas kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cabang Purbaleunyi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, adapun populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT Jasa Marga (Pesero) Tbk Cabang Purbaleunyi dengan jumlah sampel 82 orang responden menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengukuran data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi berganda serta koefisien determinasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Dalam pengujian parsial diperoleh t hitung untuk Work-Life Balance adalah sebesar 3,372 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,99, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cabang Purbaleunyi. (2) Hasil pengujian parsial Stres Kerja diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar -2,797 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar -1,99, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cabang Purbaleunyi. (3) Dalam pengujian secara simultan (uji F) didapat nilai F hitung sebesar 11,991 nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai F tabel sebesar 3,11, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Work-Life Balance dan Stres Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Cabang Purbaleunyi.

Abstract

Faktor hedonic shopping value dan shopping lifestyle merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi impulse buying untuk melakukan pembelian di online shop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hedonic shopping value dan shopping lifestyle terhadap impulse buying. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis koefisien linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial variabel Hedonic Shopping Value memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Impulse Buying. (2) Secara parsial variabel Shopping Lifestyle memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Impulse Buying Di Online Shop Pada Followers Instagram ‘Hijabers Community. (3) Secara simultan bahwa variabel independent Hedonic Shopping Value dan Shopping Lifetsyle berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Berdasarkan hasil peninjauan langsung dilapangan Shopping Lifestyle memberikan pengaruh terhadap konsumen sehingga menimbulkan Impulse Buying di Online Shop Pada Followers Instagram ‘Hijabers Community Bandung’.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is a policy initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia aimed at improving the quality of higher education through autonomous, flexible, and student-centered learning approaches. This study aims to analyze the impact of curriculum development and evaluation under the MBKM framework on student satisfaction levels in the Undergraduate Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Padjadjaran. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach using questionnaires. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into student satisfaction regarding the implementation of MBKM and serve as an evaluation tool to enhance educational quality in higher education institutions, particularly in terms of service quality based on five dimensions: reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

The startup business in Indonesia has grown quite rapidly in recent years. However, there are a number of problems the startup faces. One of the various problems faced, are funding, infrastructure, mentor networks, markets and technology disruption. Technological disruption has succeeded in transforming old technology that previously used more physical to digital technology that can produce a number of completely new things, which are more useful and more efficient, in a short period of time. To absorb all changes from technological disruption, psychological capital is also needed to absorb all changes quickly. The need for psycap is motivated by the desire to make a profit and for the organization to remain competitive, so companies need to manage talent and train professionals to become better leaders and subordinates and to become employees who can think innovatively and contribute to achieving organizational goals. Observation and evaluation of changes in the dynamic corporate environment are essential inputs and sources for the development of a sustainable competitive advantage related to strategy in the field of marketing and in the area of strategic management. Thus, research on the concept of sustainable competitive advantage is needed in order to analyze the technology disruption impact on the suistainable competitive advantages stages of start up in Indonesia. This study examine how psycap and innovation in marketing impact on sustainable start-ups competitive advantage in Indonesia, 390 startup were taken as samples from 20.692 startup population in Bandung City, using quantitative method and partial least square, the result shown that 82,7% psycap and marketing innovation impact to startup sustainability competitive advantages in Bandung City, Indonesia.
