Abstract

This study aims to determine the Office Layout and Organizational Effectiveness, to determine the relationship between Office Layout and Organizational Effectiveness and to determine the magnitude of the influence of Office Layout on Organizational Effectiveness at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Sumedang Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the type of statistics used is descriptive statistics saturated sampling technique. As for the population in this study were 69 employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Sumedang Regency. The analysis used includes the calculation of the percentage, normality test, correlation test, significance test and determination coefficient test. Based on the research results it is known that the Office Layout at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sumedang Regency is 71.99%. Furthermore, the results of research on Organizational Effectiveness at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sumedang Regency amounted to 76.77%. The relationship between Office Spatial Planning and Organizational Effectiveness at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Sumedang Regency is at a strong correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.764. Based on the significance test it is stated that there is a positive and significant relationship between Office Layout and Organizational Effectiveness at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Sumedang Regency. As well as the influence of Office Layout on Organizational Effectiveness reaching 58.4% in the medium category. The remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors not taken into account in the study. Based on the results of this study, the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Sumedang Regency should pay more attention to the design or arrangement of office space, because with good office space arrangement it will provide work comfort and satisfaction for employees in order to increase organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This paper aims at obtaining the objective data and information regarding to employee development, the obstacles in employee development and efforts to overcome obstacles to employee development at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency. The method used was descriptive qualitative with four research informants, namely the Office Secretary, the Head of General Affairs, Asset and Personnel, the Head of the Finance Subdivision and the Head of the Training Institutional Development Division. Data collection techniques through secondary data collection was such as literature study, primary data collection techniques were such as observation, interviews and documentation that were then analyzed by steps in the form of data reduction, data presentation, verification and triangulation. The results obtained indicated that the development of employees at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency was still not perfect and not in accordance with the objectives of the development itself. The changes in employee needs due to limited human resources, changes in organizational needs and changes in the organizational environment required the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency to make efforts by optimizing development costs, minimizing changes in employee needs, minimizing changes in organizational needs and minimizing changes in environmental needs.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the data’s description and the causal factor of the weak of Organizational Culture At The Health Department In Kabupaten Sumedang. This research used a quantitative method. In order to acquire the data that is necessary, the researcher has been conducting an interview with 15 informant and then the data is being processed by a data collection method; primary data which is include: Observation, Interview, Documentation. The data that has been collected then being processed refers to a data analysis technique by Miles and Huberman Model which is: Reduction Data, Display Data, Conclusion Drawing/Verification, Triangulation. According to the result of the research can be concluded that weak of organizational culture of Health Department at Kabupaten Sumedang is caused by the people’s awareness to live healthy is still low. There are some employee that always have to be guided continuosly about how to do their work, where some employee only rutinized only. The Department Head is more focus to a certain technical things, and also the agresiveness dan competitive of the employee on working is still low. To actualized a strong organizational cultural according to the 3 main elements above, it’s necessary an appraisal and reward for an innovated employee, people empowerment to live healthy, employee development, the department head can be more result-oriented, job enrichment in such a way which is can make employee become more aggressive and competitive.

Abstract

At this time, the Indonesian Community's Human Resources still need to be improved. Therefore, this Community Service takes an object consisting of downloading with the subject being a member of the Bumdes Mekarmukti Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency in the hope that the Bumdes management will be effective and effective. The bumdes management's confusion about what had to be done in the Bumdes was the main difficulty in carrying out this dedication. In addition, Mekarmukti Village which was allocated by agricultural land was prepared as limited land in the management of village bumdes. One village of one product is one of the Sumedang District Government programs in order to improve the welfare of the community that starts from the village administration. Sumedang Regency will advance if it reaches its region able to maximize existing potential. Success both in terms of natural resources and social and cultural capital is a competitive advantage for Sumedang Regency to rise. The people's economy will increase to become strong, resilient and powerful if the competitiveness index is high. The paradigm of working with the community is a method used to further apply participatory principles and independence to Bumdes administrators. The results obtained from supporting the motivation of administrators in the bumdes, the opening of any mindset that can be used as material for the Bumdes effort, the collaboration between the bumdes management and village government officials with the DPMPD of Sumedang district as a Stakeholder in village coaching is getting stronger.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Human Resource Development at the Sumedang District Education Office. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The technique for determining research informants is purposive sampling. With research informants, namely the Head of the Personnel Section and 3 (three) people from the Sumedang District Education Office. Data collection techniques used are library research and field studies which consist of observation, interviews, documentation. While the data processing procedures in this study are data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Human Resource Development at the Sumedang Regency Education Office had not gone well. This is because there are several obstacles, namely the availability of the budget for training is still limited, the training facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, and there are still many employees who have not attended the education and training program (training). Efforts to overcome this by proposing facilities and infrastructure to the Province and budgeting special funds to purchase training needs facilities and infrastructure as well as involving employees to take part in training in order to increase competence and broaden employee insights.

Abstract

Pembangunan bukan hanya menguntungkan tetapi juga bisa merugikan. Hal ini dialami oleh Terminal Tipe C Wado yang menjadi tidak efektif dalam memberikan pelayanan mengingat sarana dan prasarana mengalami perubahan fungsi dan kurang terawat. Kondisi tersebut terjadi sejak digenangnya bendungan Jatigede yang membuat sebagian kecil wilayah sekitar terminal terendam oleh air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas organisasi terminal tipe C Wado pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang, faktor penghambat dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis analisis deskriptif. Kondisi sumber daya yang rendah, anggaran yang minim serta fasilitas terminal yang terbengkalai dan cenderung mendekati rusak akibat dibangunnya bendungan Jatigede merupakan hal paling penting dalam mengefektifkan terminal Wado.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah Daftar Di tempat (SIPAJAKDADI) adalah pelayanan kepesertaan Penerima Bantuan Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah (PBI-JK) yang diselenggarakan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sumedang berdasarkan keputusan Bupati Sumedang Nomor 440/Kep.210DINSOSPPPA/2018 tentang perubahan atas keputusan Bupati Sumedang Nomor 440.Kep.461-DinsosPPPA/2017. SIPAJAKDADI merupakan pelayanan kepesertaan PBI-JK cara baru berbasis IT yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan informasi PBI JK melalui aplikasi SIPAJAKDADI dan untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala serta upaya dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, serta teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel yang berpedoman pada teori Edward III yang menjadi pengukuran keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan yaitu Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi dan Struktur Birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pelayanan informasi PBI JK melalui aplikasi SIPAJAKDADI dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi seperti dalam anggaran untuk pengembangan aplikasi, jaringan, dan masih kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat terkait alur pendaftaraan PBI JK melalui SIPAJAKDADI.

Abstract

Penduduk Desa Kebonkalapa kebanyakan memilih bekerja diluar kota sebagai tenaga urban padahal potensi desa cukup menjanjikan untuk diolah dari komoditas menjadi produk yang sudah jadi dan memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Saat ini hanya 4 Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Kebonkalapa dari jumlah penduduk secara keseluruhan sekitar 4129 jiwa dengan produk berupa kicimpring, keripik, bongsang, dan tusuk sate. Potensi perkembangan UMKM Desa Kebonkalapa cukup besar dimana salah satu produk berupa kicimpring sudah mampu menembus pasar di luar kota tetapi dengan model yang masih konvensional. Keterbatasan kemampuan teknologi dan pemasaran menjadi kendala lambatnya perkembangan usaha yang sudah ada sehingga membutuhkan pelatihan digital agar perkembangan UMKM semakin baik. Dengan semakin baik dan berkembangnya UMKM diharap akan mampu menjadi motivasi dan daya tarik penduduk lainnya sehingga tidak perlu bekerja di luar kota. Selain dari itu, harapan besar dari pengembangan UMKM bisa mengurangi angka pengangguran dan peningkatan kesejahteraan Masyarakat di wilayah Desa Kebonkalapa.
