Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the influence of knowledge, religiosity, accessibility, and extra curricular islamic program to conventional banking customer behavior that switch to sharia banking. The subjects of this study are students of accounting study programs that become conventional banking customers and switch to sharia banking, whether really switching or not really switching. The object of this study is the institutions of college in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. In this study the sample of 82 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. Based on the analysis that has been done obtained the result that the knowledge and extra curricularislamic program does not affect the behavior of conventional banking customers to switch to sharia banking. While religiosity and accessibility proved to have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to analyze the Pangandaran Regency Government’s performance accountability strengthening, which took place relatively quickly, and identify performance accountability strengthening plans for the coming period.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research used a qualitative and case study approach to achieve the research objectives. Data collection techniques employed were in-depth interviews and documentation.Research findings: The analysis results showcased that Pangandaran Regency Government’s performance accountability strengthening was dominated by coercive and mimetic isomorphism, but the phenomena move towards normative isomorphism. This study also uncovered that the plan to strengthen performance accountability for the next period formed a specific pattern over time.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research also provides an academic contribution as a reference regarding performance measurement systems and the institutional isomorphism phenomenon.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research provides a practical contribution to the Pangandaran Regency Government and other local governments that still have professional problems in strengthening performance accountability. Research limitation/Implication: This study has limitations, i.e., in the discussion of the Pangandaran Regency Government’s performance accountability strengthening plan, in which this research had not been accompanied by a review of the Pangandaran Regency Government's Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) for 2021-2026. It was because when researchers collected data, the RPJMD was still in preparation.

Abstract

Desa Cinyasag yang terletak di Kecamatan Panawangan Kabupeten Ciamis, Jawa Barat menyimpan potensi kekayaan alam yang berlimpah. Salah satu potensinya ialah sebagai penghasil Kopra kualitas ekspor dan produk berbahan dasar kelapa. Akan tetapi, pemasaran yang dilakukan masih menggunakan mekanisme konvensional dan skala cakupannya masih sempit. Selain itu pemahaman penjulalan produk secara online masih sangat rendah. Diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan UMKM yang lebih masif dan membutuhkan koordinator agar mampu mewadahi setiap lapisan masayarakat tanpa terkecuali. Strategi pemasaran secara digital yang ditujukan hanya untuk UMKM tidak akan efektif karena tidak mampu memberikan peluang untuk setiap lapisan masyarakat. Dengan demikian BUMDes berperan penting dalam hal ini untuk menumbuhkan ekosistem ekonomi digital di desa dengan sasaran utama untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat secara menyeluruh dan mendukung serta meningkatkan daya saing UMKM sebagai ujung tombak perekonomian di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengelola potensi yang salaing menguntungkan antara BUMDes, UMKM, dan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknis, serta dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan secara daring. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyrakat ini BUMDes mempu memahami konsep dan arah untuk menumbuhkan ekosistem ekonomi digita, dan mengelola toko online di Shopee yang berfokus pada produk lokal yang diproduksi oleh UMKM dan masyarakat setempat yang saling mengungtungkan.. Bagi masyarakat umum yang belum produktif (pada usia produktifnya) dan masih rendah minat wirausahanya menjadi tantangan bagi kami untuk terus mendampingi demi terwujudnya pemberdayaan masayarakat yang lebih baik dan kemajuan UMKM di Desa Cinyasag.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide enlightenment for Indonesia to become a truly prosperous country based on an accounting perspective. This research used an exploratory approach to achieve the research objective. The research sample of this study includes most liveable cities in the world and most liveable cities in Indonesia. The research uses nineteen indicators from six dimensions of the financial condition of local government to explore. The results indicate that Indonesia can become a truly prosperous country if local governments in Indonesia can increase the productivity of cash and cash equivalents that are still idle to improve the quality of public services. Regional governments in Indonesia can use long-term debt mechanisms, maintain financial management patterns in operational activities every fiscal year, continuously explore potential regional income sources, maintain financial flexibility management patterns, and increase per capita spending allocations. The result of this research provides practical implications for local governments in Indonesia in realizing the goal of statehood to become a truly prosperous Indonesia. The originality of this research is to explore the financial condition of local governments to make Indonesia a truly prosperous country.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh afiliasi politik pada dewan komisaris dan afiliasi politik direktur terhadap skor CSR. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian kuantitatif menggunakan purposive sampling method dalam pengambilan sampelnya.  Sampel penelitian ini adalah Indonesia Stock Exchange Industrial Classification sektor D yaitu consumer non-cyclicals dari periode 2017-2022. Penelitian ini mengguanakan analisis regresi data panel. Peneltian ini menggunakan software STATA untuk analisis statistik. Populasi yang digunakan sebesar 17 perusahaan dan di dapat 102 sampel observasi untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dewan komisaris yang berafiliasi politik berpengaruh positif terhadap skor CSR. Namun pada variabel dewan direksi yang berafiliasi politik tidak berpengaruh terhadap skor CSR. Implikasi pada penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana perusahaan atau praktisi menyikapi koneksi politik dapat selaras dengan tingkat nilai CSR dengan memperhatikan keadaan sosial seperti terjadinya covid-19, pemilu, dan hal lain yang menyangkut aturan - aturan baru pemerintah tentang pertanggungjawaban sosial. Penelitian ini tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya kekurangan pertama adalah data yang diambil masih pada satu sektor saja mungkin penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan sektor lain agar mampu menggambarkan keadaan disektor lain atau sebagai pembanding, kedua penelitian ini masih pada dua vaiabel independen yang belum mencerminkan keseluruhan koneksi politik mungkin penelitian selanjutnya menambahkan lebih spesifik koneksi politik seperti militer dan mantan menteri.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu implementasi tri dharma perguruan tinggi dalam upaya meminimalisir kesenjangan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Kuningan dalam hal penjualan produk secara Online menggunakan marketplace Tiktokshop yang sedang digandrungi dalam dunia e-commerce. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terkait penjualan produk di era digital dan untuk meminimalir tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan dengan beberpa tahapan mulai dari focus group discussion, sosialisasi, hingga pelaksanaan program pelatihan bersama masyarakat Desa Ancaran. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah terbentuknya akun-akun penjulan yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM di marketplace Tikttokshop, peningkatan wawasan masyarakat Desa Ancaran, dan Pemberdayaan kaum milenial dalam berwirausaha tanpa memiliki produk.

Abstract

Many SME’s industry still experience difficulties in developing their businesses. The main problem is the difficulty of accessing capital to formal financial institutions, due to the lack of implementation of standard financial administration. This community service activity was carried out to help the needs of household industry owners, especially in the Winduhaji area, with 25 participants, using socialization, training and workshop methods as well as mentoring and evaluation. This activity was categorized as successful. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and activeness of the participants at each stage of the activities carried out. The feedback given was very positive, this application was conveyed as very helpful in increasing time efficiency and reducing errors in recording transactions. In addition, they also feel more professional in running a business because they have neater records. Participants also suggested further training to learn more application features such as more detailed reporting or simple financial analysis, which shows a high interest in continuing to utilize technology in managing their businesses.

Abstract

Currently, Kuningan Regency still has the highest open unemployment rate in the district government cluster in West Java. This problem can be minimized with literacy in terms of digitalization of public services to increase the scale of household businesses. Winduhaji Village was chosen as a partner with the main problem being that the majority of household business actors are still locally oriented in marketing and the majority of household business actors still do not have the importance of certificates that improve product quality. This program uses the methods of socialization, training, technology implementation and success evaluation. The program was attended by 27 participants from partners. The achievement of product marketing training success through the TikTok shop marketplace reached 100%, the achievement of the Business License Number success reached 100%, halal product certification reached 74%, brand legality reached 81.5%, BPOM certification reached 63%. Increasing Community Literacy towards the digitalization of public services needs to be continuously improved to increase the scale of household businesses, so that they are not vulnerable to poverty and reduce the level of open poverty.
