Abstract

This research aims to reveal the content strategy of Selontok Fish Official in achieving engagement on social media, particularly on their YouTube channel. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates the object naturally, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument. The analysis techniques involve SWOT Analysis and IPPAR Model, and the data analysis is inductive. The research focuses on content strategy, especially the use of the Palembang language, and overcoming production constraints with innovative solutions. The conclusion highlights the success of the creative team Selontok Fish Official, originating from individual efforts, their vision in the Palembang language, and efforts to promote local cultural richness. With hopes for continuous growth, achieving higher milestones, and providing economic benefits to the team and community, this research demonstrates that success in the creative content realm can generate a broad positive impact.

Abstract

One of the government's policies in supporting the advancement of education is to provide educational assistance in the form of school operational assistance funds (BOS). In managing BOS funds so that they can run optimally, good financial management skills are needed for schools. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Sources of information were obtained from various stakeholders such as school principals, treasurers, and teachers at MAS Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results showed that there was an increase in efficiency and effectiveness in the accounting system for the use of BOS funds after using the school activity plan and budget application (ARKAS). The effectiveness, accountability and transparency of the management of BOS funds using the ARKAS application in the activity plan and school budget at MAS Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe are interrelated and have been running very well and optimally.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is not merely intended to enhance students’ religious knowledge but also to cultivate character rooted in values of coexistence and tolerance. This study aims to analyze the application of an elaborative approach in PAI learning integrated with local culture and its role in shaping students’ tolerance attitudes at SMP Islam al-Manan Bagik Nyaka Aikmel, East Lombok. The research focuses on: (1) the implementation of PAI learning and local culture, (2) the application of the elaborative approach in fostering students’ tolerance, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors of the elaborative approach in the learning process. This research employed a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, and analyzed using domain analysis techniques through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the elaborative approach in PAI learning, when integrated with local cultural practices such as the selakaran tradition involving the recitation of Kitab al-Barzanji during rowahan for hajj pilgrims, is effective in shaping students’ tolerance. This integration is further reinforced by the values of tolerance nurtured at Pesantren al-Manan, particularly in responding to the presence of salafi-wahhabi thought in the surrounding community. The study highlights the importance of synergizing religious education and local culture as a strategic effort to foster tolerance among young generations.

Abstract

Transmisi kebijakan moneter merupakan instrumen penting dalam mengendalikan laju inflasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transmisi kebijakan moneter terhadap sasaran tunggal inflasi dengan mempertimbangkan fenomena covid 19. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari statistik keuangan indonesia bank Indonesia dan Badan Pusat Statistk dan analisis data menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti sebelum adanya covid 19 transmisi kebijakan moneter melalui jalur suku bunga, nilai tukar dan kredit sangat efektif mempengaruhi inflasi kecuali jalur moneter yang tidak efektif mempengaruhi inflasi. Setelah terjadinya covid 19 semua saluran transmisi kebijakan moneter menjadi tidak efektif mempengaruhi laju inflasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan kepada bank sentral dalam menentukan arah kebijakan moneternya dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang perkembangan sektor keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MAS Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Supervisi klinis dipahami sebagai proses pembinaan profesional yang kolaboratif dan reflektif, meliputi lima tahap utama, yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi kelas, analisis dan interpretasi data, pertemuan balikan, serta tindak lanjut. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh tahapan supervisi klinis dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan partisipatif. Pertemuan awal berfungsi menyepakati tujuan pembelajaran, observasi kelas dilakukan secara objektif, analisis data dilakukan melalui diskusi reflektif berbasis bukti, pertemuan balikan memperkuat motivasi guru, dan tindak lanjut diwujudkan melalui pelatihan serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi klinis berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis guru sekaligus membangun budaya profesional yang mendukung peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di madrasah.
