Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Hubungan  Integritas dan Loyalitas Karyawan dengan Visi Misi Perusahaan.Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara mendalam. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi. Adapun tehnik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah sample jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak76 responden.Hasil uji hipotesis berdasarkan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara integritas karyawan dengan visi misi perusahaan sebesar0,130. Variabel loyalitas juga terdapat hubungan sebesar 0,188. Sedangkan Hasil nilai koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,192. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel visi misi perusahaan memiliki hubungan dengan vaiabel integritas dan loalitas karyawan sebesar 19,2%  dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.Kata Kunci :    Hubungan Integritas, Loyalitas Karyawan, Visi Misi Perusahaan

Abstract

Abstract: Schools as the leading education operators have a heavy responsibility as with schoolsin the interior of Central Kalimantan province. Through social responsibility programs, miningcompanies located in rural villages carry out school assistance programs. By involving expertsand practitioners in the world of education, the character habituation mentoring program iscarried out in a measured and planned manner. This study is to describe the original conditions ofthe schools in the interior. This research is qualitative in nature and has a journalistic descriptivecase study background which is expected to reveal the problems of rural schools. In this study, aprocess of testing the ability of teachers and students was also carried out, observing teachercompetence in teaching, and so on. Research data were obtained in addition to field observationsas well as interviews with teachers, students and parents as well as community leaders includingofficials in government and companies. The results showed that the teacher's ability to teach andliterate was relatively low. The findings of this study are regarding the existence of schoolprincipals who do not function in managing schools so that most rural schools run without a cleardirection and purpose. Another finding regarding the culture of local people who do not have theawareness of realizing child-friendly education and educating children to become quality humanbeings is also not an easy thingKeywords: Character Habituation, Outback SchoolAbstrak: Sekolah sebagai operator pendidikan terdepan memiliki tanggung jawab yang tidakringan sebagaimana dengan sekolah-sekolah yang ada di pedalaman provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Melalui program tanggung jawab sosial, perusahaan tambang yang berada di desa pedalamanmelakukan program pendampingan sekolah. Dengan melibatkan para pakar dan praktisi duniapendidikan, program pendampingan pembiasaan karakter dijalankan secara terukur dan terencana.Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi asli sekolah-sekolah di pedalaman. Penelitian inibersifat kualitatif dan berlatarbelakang studi kasus deskriptif jurnalistik yang diharapkan dapatmengungkapkan permasalahan sekolah pedalaman. Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan prosespengujian atas kemampuan guru maupun siswa, mengobservasi kompetensi guru dalam mengajar,dan sebagainya. Data penelitian diperoleh selain melalui pengamatan lapangan juga wawancarakepada guru, siswa dan orangtua serta para tokoh masyarakat termasuk pejabat di Pemerintahanmaupun perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru masih terbilangrendah dalam mengajar dan berliterasi. Temuan penelitian ini terhadap keberadaan kepala sekolahyang tidak berfungsi mengelola sekolah sehingga sebagian besar sekolah pedalaman berjalan tanpaarah dan tujuan yang jelas. Temuan lain berkenaan budaya masyarakat setempat yang belummemiliki kesadaran mewujudkan pendidikan yang ramah anak, dan mendidik anak menjadimanusia berkualitas juga bukan hal yang mudah.Kata Kunci: Pembiasaan Karakter, Sekolah Pedalaman

Abstract

Tujuan penelitiana ini diantaranya: 1). Karakter disiplin siswa di MTS Ihsanniat, 2). Pendidikan karakter disiplin di MTS Ihsanniat, 3). Kontribusi orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa, 4). Faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa. Dengan metode komparatif pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Dengan teknik analisis data dengan pengumpula data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, kedisiplinana siswa di MTS Ihsanniat diantaranya dengan disiplin pada waktu, disiplin mematuhi, Disiplin pada peraturan, Disiplin Dalam Ibadah,Disiplin Dalam sekolah. Kedua, Karakter disiplin Di MTS Ihsanniat yaitu dengan Qiyaman saat melihat pengasuh pesantren,salam terhadap guru, salim kepada guru sejenis, tidak berbicara ngoko, memakain seragam sopan, rapi dalam penampilan, berdo’a dan niat sebelum belajar, menjaga kebersihan dan bermujahadah. Ketiga, Kontribusi orang tua dalam pendidkan karakter disiplin disini yaitu: Memberikan suri tauladan yang baik, menggunakan pola asuh yang permisif dan diskriminatif, memberikan fasilitas yang baik, mendidik dengan mengawasi evaluasi dan kontrolling, memenuhi kebutuhan anak baik dhohir maupun batin, memberi motifasi dan dorongan dll. Keempat, Faktor pendukung dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin siswa di MTS Ihsanniat adalah: Adanya kerjasama antara pihak pondok dan sekolah, Komitmen kepala sekolah, Dukungan warga sekolah, Lingkungan pesantren, Lingkungan sekolah strategis Adapun beberapa faktor hambatan hambatan yang dihadapai sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter disiplin diantaranya: Kendala dari siswa, Pengaruh teman sebaya, Kurangnya dukungan dari orang tua

Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has become a fairly vicious epidemic because it attacks all countries in the world. To anticipate and reduce the spread of the virus, the world of education uses E-Learning as a shortcut to stay safe and reduce the spread of COVID-19. Researchers are interested in knowing PAI learning with the E-Learning model during the COVID-19 emergency at SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro. There are 3 focuses in this research, namely. 1) Implementation of the E-Learning teaching model in PII subjects, 2) PAI teacher innovation in E-Learning learning, 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI learning in the E-Learning model. This type of research is qualitative research. With a qualitative approach, explanation aims to develop PAI teaching theory and explain changes in phenomena that occur with the influence of influencing factors. From the results of the study, it can be seen that: first, SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro applies an E-Learning learning model, namely the Learning Management System (LMS) which uses a google suite account facility in which there is a google classroom application that functions as a medium for sending and assessing assignments as well as interactions in class. In cyberspace, the Google Form is used as an assessment tool in the form of questions, both multiple choice and description questions, and WhatsApp as a communication application for learning activities. Second, PAI teachers innovate in PAI learning, including using blended learning by combining online and offline activities and hybrid learning, a combination of Synchronous and Asynchronous. Third, there are several inhibiting factors including: 1) signal interference, 2) not having an ideal device, 3) students who are still clueless and need learning assistance, 4) lack of a sense of independence and responsibility in learning. Supporting factors 1) quota assistance from the government, 2) google suite facilities with unlimited storage systems, 3) school internet area with a capacity of 100 megabytes Keywords: Teaching, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning Model

Abstract

Background. The leadership of Islamic boarding schools has distinctive characteristics according to Islamic religious culture and values. In respect to the teacher (Kiai/Nyai) by the students is a necessity. In addition to the existence of a Kiai as a “leader in the boarding schools, the figure of a Nyai in the leadership of boarding schools education” is also very essential. The leader has his own unique and distinctive nature, habits, temperament, character and personality so that behavior By applying dynamic leadership, character education in Islamic boarding schools is increasingly advanced and develops while maintaining religious purity which is the main characteristic of Islamic boarding schools.Aim. This study aims to produce descriptive data related to leadership, strategies, and leadership methods Mrs. Nyai Hj. Lathifah Masruh in developing the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school.Methods. The research method used in this research is field research using a qualitative model. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis and uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques.Results. The results of this study found that Mrs. Nyai Hj. Lathifah masruh uses and applies strategies and methods that are certainly good, in her strategy she applies the strategies of listening, clarifying, solving problems, and motivating. So that he is a figure who plays a role not only in the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school, but also plays an important role in the At-Tahdzib Islamic boarding school. Then in terms of his method “using the method of giving orders, motivating with praise, and giving reprimands, and “having sensitivity or tolerance, as well as his efforts to have leadership qualities “that are in accordance with the example of the leader, namely Rasulullah SAW.

Abstract

Background. Women and gender studies continue to find momentum, but female clerics are almost never studied. This is early evidence of the assumption that women are not significant in the clergy or even the scientific world in general.Aim. This paper aims to show that female clerics must be recognized for their clergy and knowledge, rights, roles and existence, both in the scientific context and in the life of the nation and state.Methods. This paper designed with the literature study method.Results. Sayyidah Nafisah is the great-grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. She is an example that the existence of female clerics has significance in the context of clergy and the scientific world in general. It is time for society to recognize the existence of female clerics who have the rights and obligations to realize the ideals of the nation and state by developing a moderate, tolerant perspective, respecting diversity.

Abstract

A leader is very influential in the course of the educational process. The leadership of the head of SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng can be categorized as a democratic leader. This can be seen, one of which is from the way he makes decisions, he always includes his subordinates or staff in every decision-making process. Involvement of subordinates or staff in decision-making, it is expected that they feel they have a sense of responsibility in carrying out decisions. The quality of education is in accordance with national education standards. The supporting factor in improving the quality of education is the fulfillment of qualified human resources (HR). While the inhibiting factor is the lack of funds for quality improvement.

Abstract

The main role of the principal as an educational leader is to create a teaching and learning situation so that teachers can teach, and students can learn well. In carrying out the role of the principal, the headmaster has a dual responsibility, namely carrying out school administration to create a good teaching and learning situation and carrying out supervision so that teachers increase in carrying out teaching tasks and in guiding the growth of students. Principals who can carry out their functions as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators can be said to have good leadership abilities. Teachers are one of the factors that affect the quality of education. To improve teacher competence, it is necessary to conduct a testing system for teacher competence. In line with the regional autonomy policy, several regions have conducted teacher competency tests, they do so mainly to determine the ability of teachers in their area, to increase their ranks and positions, as well as to appoint school principals and deputy principals.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah adalah prioritas utama pada penelitian ini, karena kepala madrasah merupakan ujung tombak sebuah instansi pendidikan. baik buruknya kualitas sebuah madrasah tergantung dari baik buruknya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. Kepala madrasah diharapkan menjadi pemimpin dan innovator di madrasah. Kaitannya dengan kinerja guru, tingkat profesionalisme seorang guru dipengaruhi oleh factor dari dalam diri guru itu sendiri yaitu bgaaimana guru bersikap terhadap pekerjaan yang diemban. Sedangkan faktoe luar berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme seorang guru yaitu kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, karena kepala madrasah merupakan pimpinan guru di madrasah. Adapun penelitian ini merupakan desain non eksperimental dengan memakai strategi penelitian expost facto. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, sedangkan variabel terikatnya, kinerja guru. Berangkat dari uraian diatas, penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul ahmad Banjardowo Jombang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan penelitian, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ahmad dengan kontribusi sebesar 75, 6%, sedangkan sisanya 24,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.
