Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dan Analytical Network Process (ANP). Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah penilaian kinerja perusahaan yang hanya berfokus pada aspek finansial, sehingga sering kali mengabaikan pentingnya aspek non-finansial seperti kepuasan pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Balanced Scorecard dan ANP digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan dari empat perspektif, yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan serta pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu memberikan fokus pada aspek internal dan kepuasan pelanggan guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Dengan melibatkan baik aspek finansial maupun non-finansial dalam penilaian kinerja perusahaan, metode Balanced Scorecard dan ANP dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan dan mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaikiKata Kunci:  Balanced Scorecard, ANP, kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

E-commerce, or electronic commerce, refers to the buying and selling of products or services through electronic networks such as the internet, which has opened up vast market potential and increased efficiency for UMKM in Indonesia. In this study, an e-commerce application was developed for Usaha Kue dan Makanan Minang Kreatif using the agile methodology. This method was chosen for its adaptability to changing market needs. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results indicate that the implementation of e-commerce can enhance operational efficiency and market reach. The developed application facilitates the sales and marketing processes, helping Usaha Kue dan Makanan Minang Kreatif to adapt to digital technology, increase revenue, and improve product visibility. Thus, e-commerce emerges as a potential solution to overcome various challenges faced by UMKM and contributes to local economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to address the challenges faced by SMEs in adapting to the changing business environment, particularly with the influence of digital technology on consumer behavior. Through the utilization of product photography in visual marketing, the Padang traditional cake business, Kresh Cookies, successfully creates high product appeal and reaches a wider market. The research methodology includes market analysis, target audience identification, photography training and editing, social media management, and market research. The findings reveal an increase in brand awareness, consumer interest, and engagement on social media. This research provides guidance for other SMEs in developing their businesses through the utilization of product photography in visual marketing.

Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup dan tuntutan ekonomi pada zaman modern sekarang ini, menuntut agar seseorang dapat mengatur waktunya semaksimal mungkin, baik dalam urusan pribadi maupun pekerjaan mereka, misalnya dalam hal mengolah data buah kelapa sawit masuk dan keluar, dengan hal ini perlahan-lahan mulai berkembang suatu pengolahan data yang memberikan kemudahan dalam hal mengolah data buah kelapa sawit masuk dan keluar. CV.Anggi Jaya Utama merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang pembelian dan penjualan kelapa sawit dalam skala besar, terkait sistem yang digunakan saat ini ada beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pemilik CV. Anggi Jaya utama, pada saat pengolahan data karena adanya faktur yang hilang dan data yang sama.Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data buah kelapa sawit masuk dan keluar dengan menggunakan sistem informasi. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini melalui tahapan pengembangan sistem SDLC yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahap analisis, tahap perancangan, dan tahap implementasi sehingga diperoleh hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi ini memudahkan CV. Anggi Jaya Utama dalam mengolah data sawit masuk dan sawit keluar.

Abstract

The Community Service Partner (PkM) is AMIK Depati Parbo Kerinci, where the problem that occurs is that the learning media used is still conventional, such as lecturers providing material and assignments orally and in writing. Apart from that, if the lecturer is unable to attend, the material and assignments are delegated to the teaching team, sometimes making students not understand the content of the material. This PkM activity aims to implement an Android-based e-task application in the Management Information Systems course, which is an online learning system used for Android-based student assignment applications. This system was created using the Android Studio programming language, and uses the Waterfall method with system development tools, namely Unified Modeling Language (UML). Apart from that, the current learning process still uses a one-way method, namely the source of knowledge only comes from lecturers, making students less independent in learning because nowadays there are quite a lot of learning media models, one of which is Android-based learning media. The result of this activity is increased student independence in the teaching and learning process because it uses learning media in the form of an Android-based e-task application so that there is innovation in learning to make students more enthusiastic, creative and active in learning both online and offline.

Abstract

Savings and loan cooperatives are essential for advancing financial inclusion, especially in rural communities. However, many cooperatives still rely on manual or semi digital systems such as spreadsheets to manage member data and financial transactions. This condition results in low efficiency, delayed reporting, limited transparency, and frequent recording errors. This study aims to design and implement a web based cooperative information system to address operational inefficiencies at Korong Gadang Cooperative in West Sumatra, Indonesia, which serves over 120 active members. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes iterative prototyping and user involvement to accelerate development. The process consisted of three stages: requirements planning, system design and construction, and implementation. Modules include member management, savings and loan transactions, financial reporting, and an interactive dashboard. Black Box Testing was used to validate functionality, and user feedback was collected from 12 cooperative staff through questionnaires. The results show significant improvements in performance. Report preparation time decreased from 3–5 days to just 1 day. The system also enhanced data accuracy and transparency, enabling members and staff to access transaction information in real time. In conclusion, the web based cooperative information system developed with the RAD method has proven effective in improving efficiency and accountability. The system can be adopted by similar small-scale cooperatives with basic digital infrastructure. Future development may include mobile access, integration with payment systems, and analytical features to support data driven decisions.
