Abstract

Employee work effectiveness is needed to produce good employee performance in the form of achievement and success in completing tasks. This research is a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The research method used by the author is to analyze data regarding the influence of regulations and human resources on employee effectiveness and to analyze the inhibiting factors of employee effectiveness from the two research focuses. The results of the study show that regulation and human resources have an effect on employee effectiveness, where based on these measurements it is known that the effectiveness of employee work in the Protocol and Leadership Communications Section is quite good, although there are several inhibiting factors that need to be addressed. Some of the factors that impede the effectiveness of the work of employees in the Protocol and Leadership Communications Section are the lack of consistency in implementing SOPs in one of the sub-sections, the lack of incentives given to employees, the lack of staff, the lack of operational vehicles, the leaders who are not assertive and some employees who are not disciplined.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Village Consultative Body in supervising village financial management in Waiheru village, Teluk Ambon Baguala sub-district. The village consultative body has a strategic role in overseeing village funds so that they are not misused. This type of research is qualitative research aimed at knowing BPD supervision based on the problems discussed, namely problems that occur at the research location. The informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while data validity uses triangulation of sources, techniques and time.The results showed that the role of the Village Consultative Body in supervising village finances in Waiheru Village, Teluk Ambon Baguala Subdistrict was not optimal because of the lack of transparency of the village fund budget to the community and seen from the supervision indicators, namely measuring supervision whether in accordance with the initial plan, comparing supervision from the previous plan, and correcting performance if there is an error.

Abstract

The ritable village community in Tanimbar Islands Regency is the outermost, outermost and deepest area so that the village government seeks to carry out an empowering response through managing village funds. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and conducting in-depth interviews. The research findings are (1). lack of professionalism of the village government in carrying out community empowerment programs. (2) Conflict of authority between village secretary and village head and lack of trust in leadership. (3). Weak community response in empowering programs provided by the village government

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh bagaimana dengan kondisi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana Madrasah Aliyah Yasifah Dusun Masika Jaya tetap melaksanakan fungsinya untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan juga untuk mengembangkan manusia seutuhnya di samping tuntutan regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Informan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada pegawai atau guru dan siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dekriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Yasifah dan juga untuk mengetahui apakah yang menjadi penghambat perencanaan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana di Madrasah Aliyah Yasifah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua indikator yang sudah sangat memuaskan setelah dijalankan di antaranya pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian, sedangkan perencanaan sudah sangat berhasil terutama memakai tiga sistem kurikulum namun dari perencanaan sarana dan prasarana masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi dan ditindak lanjuti  diantaranya mengenai anggaran atau modal. Disarankan pada Pimpinan Daerah atau Dinas Terkait harus lebih memperhatikan pusat pendidikan, Menyediakan perlengkapan yang lebih serta Pimpinan Madrasah lebih sering mengikuti pegawai pelatihan atau training.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the issue of public service administration of the islands in Central Maluku Central is less proficient in complying with the demands and requirements of the public for efficient and effective public service. Moreover, the main problem for the community is the operational costs, transportation, and accommodation required to access public services. To date, there has been no effective policy or action by the local government to shorten the range of controls. It will be a strategic step in the administration of the islands to provide a public service that meets the needs and demands of the community of Central Maluku Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain how public service is in the administration of Central Maluku and to identify the aspects that affect it. Considering policy elements, scope of control, operationalization, responsibility, and quality, its conceptual approach is based on real problems and situations. The research involved 105 samples, and quantitative analysis was done using a frequency table. The results of the analysis are expected to produce a clear and relevant sociogram on the development and improvement of public services in the administration of the islands in the Central Maluku Regency. This research is also expected to provide empirical evidence that is beneficial for the advancement of science and improving the quality of public service in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Human Resources and Infrastructure Competence on the Performance of Licensing Services in the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of Central Maluku Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The respondents in this study were people/business actors who came to the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of Central Maluku Regency to apply for permits with the number of samples obtained as many as 80 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and processed using the SPSS statistical analysis application program. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the competence of Human Resources and infrastructure facilities had a positive and significant effect on the performance of licensing services at the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of Central Maluku Regency.
