Abstract

Gaslighting adalah bentuk manipulasi komunikasi dan psikologis dimana seseorangberusaha menabur benih keraguan pada orang lain, membuat mereka mempertanyakaningatan, persepsi, atau kewarasan mereka sendiri. Dalam hal mengasuh anak, gaslightingbisa menjadi taktik destruktif dan merusak yang digunakan oleh orang tua untukmengontrol dan memanipulasi anak-anak mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisis dampak perilaku gaslighting terhadap perkembangan psikologis dankomunikasi dari anak usia dini. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiankualitatif deskriptif dan wawancara. Sumber datanya adalah dari studi observasi,wawancara korban yang pernah mengalami perilaku gaslighting. Serta beberapapemahaman dari literatur maupun orang yang ahli di dalam psikologi anak seperti dokter,psikolog dan yang lainnya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sebanyak 67% seoranganak sering mendapatkan perlakuan gaslighting parenting dari orangtua mereka di daerahMengwi. Oleh karena itu perilaku gaslighting ini sendiri sebaiknya lebih diperhatikanoleh orang tua, baik itu dilakukan secara sadar maupun secara tidak sadar karena dapatmemberikan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan pada anak. Penerapan gaslighting di dalammendidik anak sebaiknya tidak dilakukan secara berlebihan untuk menghindarikemungkinan-kemungkinan buruk yang tidak diharapkan dalam sebuah keluarga.Pentingnya meluangkan waktu bersama, serta komunikasi antara orangtua dan anak dapatmengurangi kemungkinan anak menerima stress yang berlebihan untuk kesehatanmentalnya di kemudian hari. Hal ini juga bertujuan agar anak dapat tumbuh dengankondisi mental yang stabil dan lebih dewasa dalam menghadapi masalah yang ada di masadepan

Abstract

STT Candra Metu is a youth organization in Budamanis Banjar, Tabola Traditional Village, Sidemen Village, Sidemen District, Karangasem Regency which is engaged in social activities, one of which is building bonds of mutual help between people, namely manyama braya. An organizational communication strategy is urgently needed in building manyama braya ties in Banjar Budamanis so that an active organization is created. This study raises three main issues, namely : What are the forms of manyama braya activities, Organizational Communication Strategies used and what are the implications of STT Candra Metu's Activities in building the manyama braya bond in Banjar Budamanis, Tabola Traditional Village, Sidemen Karangasem? This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses three theories, namely fusion theory, attribution and structural functional theory. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, documentation and literature. All data is processed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the activities carried out by STT Candra Metu in building the manyama braya bond consist of activities in supporting the implementation of the yadnya ceremony, as a forum for strengthening intimate relationships and channeling creativity, interests and talents. While the communication strategy includes: Vertical communication consisting of bottom-up, top-down and horizontal communication. And the implications of STT Candra Metu in building manyama braya bonds include: Sociol cultural and economic implications for society. Based on this research, it can be concluded that an organizational communication strategy is needed to establish and move the wheels of the organization in building manyama braya ties between fellow STT Candra Metu.

Abstract

Jawa Temple is one of the temples in the Kelating Village area,Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency which has its own uniqueness. At first glance, this temple looks like a family temple that is only used by one soroh/clans, but in reality, when you explore it more deeply, it turns out that the patrons of this temple come from different soroh/clans. Apart from that, many of the visitors to this temple come from outside the Kelating village area. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation and literature techniques. The data analysis steps in this research are data reduction, data classification, data display, interpretation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the structure of the Jawa Temple in Kelating Village is divided into three courtyards (Tri Mandala) and inside there are ten palinggih, one Gedong simpen, bale piyasan, bale gong, bale kulkul, and two pawaregan. Jawa Temple in Kelating Village, apart from functioning as a medium for worship of Ida Sang Hyang Widhi and the holy spirits of the ancestors, also functions as a medium for religious social education in an effort to build harmonious relations in the relations of the various races/residents who visit the Jawa Temple. This can be seen from the interaction of mutual cooperation and togetherness of the “pengempon/penyungsung” in preparing and carrying out all forms of ceremonies held at Jawa temples regardless of social status.

Abstract

The Tolotang Hindu community in Amparita Village is a traditional community whose life is still dominated by old customs. The majority of residents in Amparita Village adhere to Hinduism as a core belief from time to time until now. All lines of activities related to customs, traditions and religion are implemented and decided at the Tolotang Traditional Leader's house. The House of Tolotang Traditional Figures is one of the traditional traditional houses of the Bugis community as the residence of Tolotang Traditional Figures. Apart from being a place for traditional leaders and their families to live, this house also has another function as a place to resolve disputes or social conflicts that occur in society.The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data in the form of data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation, and secondary data in the form of relevant data related to the research. Determining informants using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data classification, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The theories used to dissect existing problems are structural functionalism theory, conflict resolution theory, and social integration theory.The function of the Tolotang Traditional Leader's house is as a media for resolution, namely conflict as a function as a medium for discussion, as a medium for negotiations, as a place of mediation, as a place of mediation, as a function to decide and resolve conflicts, and finally, as a function of protecting the community regarding all problems and issues that exist in the Tolotang community, both related to ceremonial activities. religion, traditions and customs as well as resolving social conflicts that occur in society. The conflict resolution process carried out at the Tolotang Traditional Leader's house consists of several stages or parts, namely starting with conflict analysis or problem analysis, deliberation involving both parties to unite their voices or opinions, after the deliberation process to reach a consensus, the process of taking action must be in accordance with the method or the path to resolving the conflict that has been determined, then building a joint agreement to implement the results of the decision, and finally the decision evaluation stage so that it can represent all the interests of the conflicting parties and provide a sense of fairness to all parties.
