Abstract

The training and counseling program for optimizing human resource management in the Luwuk city community organization, banggai, aims to overcome challenges in human resource management which often hinder organizational effectiveness. This program is designed to improve managerial skills, provide psychosocial support, and strengthen networks between communities. The methodology applied includes training workshops, counseling sessions, mentoring programs, and discussion forums. Training covers aspects of effective communication, leadership, conflict management, and strategic planning, while counseling sessions focus on personal and professional development. Mentoring and coaching programs are implemented to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experience. The discussion forum aims to share knowledge and best practices between community members. The expected impact of this program is increasing human resource management capacity, member welfare, forming a stronger network, and developing future leadership. The program presents a holistic approach that prioritizes not only skills development but also emotional and psychosocial support, which is essential for the sustainability and growth of the community in Luwuk. In conclusion, this program aims to create a significant positive impact on community organizations in Luwuk, through improving the managerial skills and welfare of community members.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemanfaatan layanan informasi sebagai tindakan pencegahan bahaya narkoba pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk Kabupaten Banggai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi layanan informasi sebagai upaya preventif terhadap bahaya narkoba bagi kelas.                    Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan tim peneliti melalui wawancara kepada siswa, pengajar, konselor serta kepala sekolah menunjukkan bahwa instruktur dan konselor telah memasukkan materi terkait narkoba dalam program layanan.Layanan informasi ini dibangun sebagai upaya pencegahan bahaya narkoba. . murid. Direktur SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk juga mendukung program layanan informasi ini dengan menyediakan fasilitas dan menarik sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan. Selain itu, layanan informasi yang diberikan dapat membantu pelajar memahami dampak dan bahaya  penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kecerdasan intrapersonal terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa di sekolah tersebut. Uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi (R Square), uji linearitas, dan uji regresi liniear sederhana digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intrapersonal memiliki pengaruh yang linear dan signifikan terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa di SMP Negeri 10 Pagimana Kabupaten. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intrapersonal memiliki pengaruh yang linear dan signifikan terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study that aims to determine the Role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Implementing Guidance and Counseling Service Programs at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk. The subjects of this study were 6 people consisting of 1 Principal, 1 Guidance and Counseling Teacher, and 4 students. Data collection techniques were Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. Based on the research that has been conducted on students regarding the Role of BK Teachers in Implementing Guidance and Counseling Service Programs at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk, researchers can conclude that the Role of BK Teachers in Implementing Guidance and Counseling Service Programs at SMA Negeri 2 Luwuk is good, namely the role of BK teachers when providing services to students who have problems, and the implementation of BK service programs carried out by BK teachers, namely service programs and there are 4 services, namely personal, social, learning and career services and supporting facilities and infrastructure in the guidance and counseling service program. Abstract

Internet users are growing rapidly due to advances in information and communication technology. Almost all people in the world use the internet in their daily life. The development of technology also affects the provision of guidance and counseling services, especially in schools. In this era of globalization, online counseling services or cyber counseling are very much needed by counselors or counseling teachers because they can provide services without distance and time limitations. This study aims to discuss the application of cyber counseling in schools. This research uses literature review or literature study in the form of journal articles. The results showed that cyber services are not effective because they can provide benefits for counselors and students to conduct counseling that is not limited to distance and time. Several methods are used to conduct online counseling, including: via email, Facebook, asynchronous chat, real applications, video conferencing, cell phones, and websites.
