Abstract

Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jayabaya University, under the guidance of Dr. Mustangin Amin, SE., MM. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence between Leadership (XI) on Employee Performance (Y) of PT employees. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample used in this research was 53 respondents. The data analysis techniques in this research are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, and determination correlation analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia, where the significant value resulting from processing the t test is 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value is 3.894 > t table 2.008, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially there is a significant influence between leadership variables on employee performance . The results of the coefficient of determination show an R square value of 0.214 or 21.4%, which means that the influence of leadership on employee performance is only 21.4%, while the remaining 78.6% is influenced by other factors not found in this research. Suggestions in this research for PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia is a company that needs to pay more attention to the health of its employees, and companies need to supervise employees in completing work. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta sebanyak 50 orang dari populasi 53 orang. Pengambilan data yang digunakan melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala likert, analisis regresi sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif atau signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta, hal tersebut diketahui dari hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh t_hitung t_tabel (7,422 2,011) maka H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,731, menunjukan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta cukup kuat. Artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil 0,534, hal ini menunjukan besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% diperbaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan rotan di CV. Karya Mandiri, Majalengka, Jawa Barat. Sample dan populasi pada peneltian ini adalah 45 orang. Pengambilan data yang digunakan melalui data pimer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian in yaitu analisis regresi sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien derteminasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penlitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif atau signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Karya Mandiri Majalengka, Jawa Barat hal tersebut diketahui pada hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien korelasi dipengaruhi oleh hasil sebesar 0,584 dengan kata lain pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan rotan CV. Karya Mandiri, Majalengka, Jawa Barat sedang dan positif. Diketahui adanya hubungan yang searah antara kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan rotan CV. Karya Mandiri, Majalengka, Jawa Barat, semakin tinggi motivsi kerja maka semakin bagus kineja karyawan rotan CV. Karya Mandiri, Majelengka, Jawa Barat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwasanya Korelasi kualitas motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Karya Mandiri Majalengka, Jawa Barat sebesar 0,584 koefisien korelasi sedang dan positif.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in determining organizational success, particularly in highly competitive industries such as machinery and shipping. However, preliminary observations at PT. Tehnik Bayu Murni Jakarta indicate suboptimal employee performance, reflected in high absenteeism, low work discipline, and delays in task completion. This study aims to examine the effect of education and training (Diklat) on employee performance. A quantitative research method was employed using a simple random sampling technique involving 50 operational employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression, Pearson correlation, and coefficient of determination with SPSS version 25. The validity and reliability tests confirmed the quality of the instrument. The results reveal a significant and positive influence of education and training on employee performance, as shown by a t-value of 5.944 (t-table = 1.677; p < 0.05) and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.651. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 42.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the training variable. These findings highlight the strategic importance of structured and relevant training programs in enhancing employee competence and organizational productivity. It is recommended that the company improve the relevance and delivery of training materials and regularly evaluate training outcomes to ensure sustainable performance improvements.
