Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Academic Supervision by Madrasah Supervisors in Gowa Regency in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Academic supervision is considered a solution to improve teacher competence, but its implementation is still considered low. This research method is field research involving interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that academic supervision planning is the primary responsibility of madrasah supervisors, with the Academic Supervision Plan (RPA) as a critical instrument. Despite facing limitations such as busyness, supervisors try to be efficient by using the Bimlat. The active participation of PAI teachers in supervision planning is recognized as a crucial factor in improving the quality of PAI learning. The initial year meeting involved PAI teachers in preparing an academic supervision work plan, creating a collaborative spirit. Evaluation and analysis of supervision results and follow-up are still a challenge. Time constraints are a bottleneck, and immediate feedback is given after supervision, but comprehensive follow-up has not yet been fully implemented. This research implies that academic supervision needs to be carried out through planned, systematic, and local culture-based stages, "able sitting." Values such as deliberation, mutual respect, mutual reminding, mutual glorification, and cooperation are expected to enrich the implementation of academic supervision and improve the quality of PAI learning in madrasas.

Abstract

Eektifitas penggunaan metode demonstrasi pada manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk Menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan metode demonstrasi,        menganalisis manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam,  dan menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan metode demonstrasi pada manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian metode ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam terhadap suatu lembaga pendidikan tertentu yang diamati. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama islam dan siswa  kelas XI (37 orang) di SMA Muhammadiyah Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa. Analisis data merupakan proses mencari dan mengatur secara sistematik hasil observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan bahan-bahan lain yang telah dihimpun untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peneliti tentang kasus yang diteliti.Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi sangat efektif dan siswa lebih mudah memahami materi yang diajarkan pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Muhammadiyah Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, untuk materi yang bersifat praktek atau peraga seperti wudhu, tayamum dan sholat jenazah. Manajemen membahas agar sesuatu dikerjakan dengan baik (bersama dengan atau oleh orang lain), dan penerapan manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam  dengan menekankan indikator yang meliputi proses perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran (membuka, pelaksanaan dan menutup), penilaian hasil pembelajaran. Guru harus benar-benar memperhitungkan waktu atau memanfaatkan waktu dengan sebaik-baiknya dan tepat waktu. Adapun, faktor pendukung dalam manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah karena sekolah ini berbasis persyarikatan Muhammadiyah sehingga semua aspek kehidupan sosial di sekolah senantiasa mengacu pada Himpunan Putusan Tarjih (HPT) sebagai panduan dalam kehidupan kader Muhammadiyah dalam semua dimensi sosialnya, sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu dukungan pendidikan dari rumah tangga kurang mendukung program pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama di sekolah, orangtua kurang kontrol terhadap aktivitas ibadah anak-anaknya.

Abstract

This article explores the concept of self-environment relationship from the perspective of Islamic education, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach in preserving the environment. This study aims to analyze how Islamic education can be integrated with ecological values ​​to create collective awareness of environmental preservation. Based on the literature review, Islam teaches human responsibility as a caliph to maintain the balance of the ecosystem. This article uses a literature analysis method with an interdisciplinary approach, including the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an, Islamic environmental ethics, and the application of these values ​​in the education system. The results of the study indicate that education based on Islamic values ​​can increase environmental awareness and provide solutions to ecological damage. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic religious education with environmental issues as a solution-oriented and sustainable strategy.
