Abstract

Pelaksanaan belajar dan mengajar merupakan serangkaian hubungan yang mempunyai timbal balik antara dewan guru dan siswa atau peserta didik pada situasi pembelajaran demi mencapai tujuan dari pendidikan. Karena syarat utama dari berlangsunganya proses pembelajaran adalah hubungan timbal balik tersebut. Tujuan dari adanya proses pembelajaran yaitu merubah tingkah laku peserta didik menjadi lebih baik yang terdiri dari perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku. Capaian dari program pembelajaran bisa dilihat dari hasil belajar, sikap, serta perilaku dari peserta didik pada kehidupan sehari hari. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang sering dijumpai pada proses pembelajaran, salah satu nya adalah kesulitan yang dialamai oleh siswa terkait jenis mata pelajaran tertentu. Mata pelajaran MYOB (Mind Your Own Bussines) di anggap sulit oleh peserta didik sehingga menjadi hal yang menakutkan untuk dipelajari. Proses pembelajaran adalah rangkaian hubungan timbal balik yang berlangsung antara guru dan peserta didik dalam situasi edukatif untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Hubungan timbal balik tersebut merupakan syarat utama berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran. Salah satu tujuan dari proses pembelajaran adalah perubahan tingkah laku, yang meliputi perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, maupun perilaku. Pencapaian tujuan dari proses pembelajaran ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang diperoleh serta sikap dan perilaku peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, berbagai kendala masih banyak dijumpai dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. MYOB (Mind Your Own Bussiness) di SMK Kelas XI program studi Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga dianggap sulit oleh sebagian peserta didik dan menjadi menakutkan untuk dipelajari. Hal seperti itulah yang menjadi hambatan pada proses pembelajaran. MYOB (Mind Your Own Bussiness) merupakan program aplikasi komputer akuntansi yang digunakan untuk mengerjakan siklus akuntansi untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Kendala dari peserta didik dalam mengaplikasikan MYOB input transaski, pencatatan saldo awal sdan jurnal penyesuaian. Dengan demikian, maka disusunlah video pembelajaran berbasis animasi untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran siswa agar lebih termotivasi untuk mempelajari MYOB.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Taxes continues to carry out intensification and extensification in optimizing tax revenues. One of the intensification efforts applied by the Directorate General of Taxes in increasing tax revenues is through the implementation of the core tax administration system (CTAS) in optimizing the taxation system. In the current era of technological development, it has become a way for modern society to express opinions and convey their opinions on public policy issues, such as the coretax issue which has become a hot topic and even a trending topic in Indonesia. This study aims to identify and analyze netizen perceptions regarding the implementation of the core tax administration system in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with the netnography method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques on various digital platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, by utilizing popular hashtags such as #coretax. Data analysis was carried out systematically using a qualitative analysis approach assisted by NVivo 15 software. The results of the study show that netizen perceptions of the implementation of the core tax administration system consist of pros and cons. Some netizens welcomed the digitalization steps as part of the modernization of tax administration, but not a few expressed concerns regarding the complexity of the system, increased workload, and the psychological impact experienced by tax officials. Therefore, the Directorate General of Taxes must evaluate the implementation of the coretax system to strengthen support for digital transformation in the taxation sector.

Abstract

The learning process is a series of reciprocal relationships that take place between teachers and students in educational situations to achieve educational goals. This reciprocal relationship is the main condition for the learning process to take place. One of the goals of the learning process is behavior change, which includes changes in knowledge, attitudes and behavior. Achievement of the objectives of this learning process can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained as well as the attitudes and behavior of students in everyday life. However, various obstacles are still often encountered in implementing the learning process. Class XI Vocational School Accounting Computer Subjects, Institutional Accounting and Finance study programs are considered difficult by some students and can be intimidating to learn. Such an assumption is of course a big obstacle in the learning process, it can be said that students have lost before going to war. MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) is an accounting computer application program for working on the accounting cycle to produce financial reports. Students' problems in applying the MYOB accounting computer include setting accounts, setting taxes, linked accounts, recording initial balance data, recording cards, recording transactions, making adjustment journals and preparing financial reports which takes a long time to understand. Thus, animation-based learning videos were prepared to support student learning activities
