Abstract

Sports are important activities that must be done by humans in order to obtain physical health. Sports are also a means to support the health of a person's soul and body. Football is a game played by two teams, each team consisting of eleven players, commonly called a team. Football is a sport that is loved by all levels of society, from children to adults. It can be concluded that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Drill training model on the soccer playing skills of students at the Ebod Jaya Kebumen Academy in the Age Group 10-12 Years. And the type of research is quantitative experimental research, namely a type of research that aims to test the causal relationship between the variables studied in this study. The population and sample in this study were all participants at the Ebod Jaya Kebumen Academy aged 10-12 years with a total population of 45 students. The research sample was taken randomly, where 30 participants were selected as a sample consisting of two groups: the experimental group (15 participants) who would receive the fun learning method, and the control group (15 participants) who would use the traditional training method. by using the Research instrument is a tool or facility used by researchers in collecting data so that their work is easier and the results are better, in the sense of being careful, complete, and systematic so that it is easy to process and Data collection in this study is by developing a proficiency test and getting post-test results or not yet applied drill ball skills can be known soccer playing skills of SSB Ebod Jaya Kebumen students in the 10-12 year age group pretest entered the very good category as many as 0 students (0%), good category as many as 1 student (3%), and getting post-test results or already applied drill ball skills soccer playing skills of SSB Ebod Jaya Kebumen students in the 10-12 year age group who entered the very good category as many as 16 students (53%), good category as many as 11 students (37%), sufficient category as many as 4 students (13%) and in the less category there were 0 students (0%) and in the very less category there were 0 students (0%).

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of determining and analyzing the effect of playing methods in improving volleyball overhead passing. The research location was at Kembangkuning Elementary School, Pituruh District, Purworejo Regency. The research subjects who served as respondents in this study were all upper-grade students totaling 25 students. The data analysis technique used descriptive and comparative methods with the help of the SPSS. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that there was a significant difference in achievement between the pretest and posttest scores. The pretest score had an average value of 58.88. After being given treatment, the average score on the posttest increased to 78.40. From the results of the t-test analysis, the calculated t value was -6.371 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a very significant influence of the treatment given on students' volleyball skills. Keywords: Play method, Overhead passing, Volley Ball Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh metode bermain dalam meningkatkan passing atas bola voli. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Kembangkuning Kecamatan Pituruh Kabupaten Purworejo. Subjek penelitian yang dijadikan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas atas yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan komparatif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan capaian yang cukup signifikan antara skor hasil pretest dan posttest. Skor hasil pretest memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 58,88. Setelah diberikan perlakuan, skor rata-rata pada posttest meningkat menjadi 78,40. Dari hasil analisis uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar -6,371 dengan signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan terhadap keterampilan kemampuan bola voli siswa. Kata Kunci: Metode Bermain, Passing Atas, Bola Voli

Abstract

Abstract: Students who can be categorized as understanding volleyball techniques are students who are skilled in doing their techniques well. The solution is so that students of SMP VIP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemiri can do good and correct volleyball playing techniques, innovation is needed in the learning model, namely the inquiry learning model. The aim is to find out whether after being given inqury learning the bottom passing technique can improve the ability of the bottom passing in students at SMP VIP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemiri. The implementation and data collection in this study used the PTK method. The results of observation showed that only 30% of students showed good development in passing ability. Based on the reflection of the first cycle, the improvement was made in the second cycle. The results of observations in cycle II showed a significant increase, where in the second meeting, 55% of students managed to reach the very good category, while only 5% of students were in the adequate category.Keywords: inqury learning, volleyball skills  Abstrak: Siswa yang dapat dikategorikan paham teknik bermain bola voli adalah siswa yang terampil dalam melakukan tekniknya dengan baik. Solusi agar siswa SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri dapat melakukan teknik bermain bola voli yang baik dan benar, maka diperlukan inovasi dalam model pembelajaran, yaitu model pembelajaran inquiry learning. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah setelah diberikan inqury learning teknik passing bawah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan passing bawah pada siswa di SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri. Pelaksanaan dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya 30% siswa yang menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik dalam kemampuan passing. Berdasarkan refleksi dari siklus I, perbaikan dilakukan pada siklus II. Hasil observasi pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana pada pertemuan kedua, 55% siswa berhasil mencapai kategori sangat baik, sementara hanya 5% siswa yang berada pada kategori cukup.Kata Kunci: inqury learning, keterampilan bola voli

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the active learning method in learning the bottom passing technique in grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Piasa. The method used in this study is to use descriptive statistics and verifiable statistics where pre-test and post-test methods are used as primary data for analysis. The test results showed a noticeable increase in the average because there was an increase of 3 points from 7.93 to 10.93. If described in percentages, the increase is 37.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of active learning method training on volleyball passing ability in grade VI students at SD Negeri 2 Piasa.Keyword: Active Learning Method, Volleyball Underhand Pass Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode active learning dalam pembelajaran teknik passing bawah pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Piasa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik verikatif dimana menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test sebagai data primer untuk analisanya. Hasil pengujian menunjukan peningkatan rerata yang terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3 point dari 7,93 menjadi 10,93. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 37,83 %. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) Model in improving volleyball underhand passing skills among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Bandingan. The research uses a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were 32 fourth-grade students from SD Negeri 1 Bandingan. Data collection was conducted using tests, with the AAHPERD instrument. Data analysis was performed using a t-test, preceded by tests for normality and homogeneity.The hypothesis testing results using the t-test obtained a t-value of 21.69, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.695 (21.69 > 1.695), indicating a significant difference between the data before and after the treatment. A clear increase in the mean score was observed, rising from 8.31 to 15.80, an improvement of 7.19 points. When expressed as a percentage, this increase amounts to 86.52%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the PjBL model training on the underhand passing ability in volleyball among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Bandingan.Keywords: Project Based Learning (PjBL) Method, Volleyball Underhand Pass  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam Meningkatkan Passing Bawah Bola Voli Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Bandingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain One Group Pretest and Post Test Design. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Bandingan, dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes, dengan instrumen berupa AAHPERD. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji-t, melalui uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t mendapatkan thitung sebesar 21,69 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,695 (21,69 > 1,695), sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara data sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Peningkatan rerata terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,19 dari 8,31 menjadi 15,80. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 86,52%%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan model PjBL terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Bandingan.Kata Kunci: Metode Project Based Learning (PjBL), Passing Bawah Bola Voli

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the drill method in improving soccer skills in grade IV students of MI Maarif Pucungbedug. The low ability of students in performing basic soccer techniques is the main problem in this study. The research method used is experimental. The population comes from MI Maarif Pucungbedug and the sample selected is grade IV students totaling 12 people. The instrument to measure students' passing and stopping abilities uses a battery test. Data analysis uses the jamovi 2.6.44.0 application. The test results showed a significant increase in the average because there was an increase of 26 points from 51.3 to 77.3. If described in percentage, the increase was 26%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of drill method training to improve soccer passing and control skills in grade IV students at MI Maarif Pucungbedug.Keywords: Drill method, passing and stopping, Soccer.  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode drill dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan sepak bola pada siswa kelas IV MI Maarif Pucungbedug. Masih rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan teknik dasar sepakbola menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa eksperimental. Populasi berasal dari MI Maarif Pucungbedug dan sampel yang dipilih adalah siswa kelas IV yang keseluruhanya berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen untuk mengukur kemampuan passing dan Stopping siswa menggunakan batteray test. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi jamovi 2.6.44.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukan peningkatan rata rata yang terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 26 point dari 51,3 menjadi 77,3. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 26 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan metode drill untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan sepakbola passing dan control pada siswa kelas IV di MI Maarif Pucungbedug.Kata Kunci: Metode drill, Passing dan stopping, sepakbola.

Abstract

Abstract: The soccer skills in question include basic techniques such as heading, shooting, dribbling, and passing. This research employed an experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 12 students, selected using purposive sampling, based on their active participation in training sessions and being within the age range of 12 to 14 years. The data were collected using soccer skill tests based on the assessment standards by Suharno Winarno, administered before and after the drill training program. The drill training was conducted over 8 weeks, with training sessions held three times per week.The results showed a significant improvement in all measured skills after the implementation of the drill training. The data were analyzed using the paired sample t-test, which indicated a significant difference (p < 0.05) between the pre-test and post-test scores for all skill components. Keywords: drill training, football skills Abstrak: Keterampilan yang dimaksud meliputi kemampuan teknik dasar seperti heading, shooting, dribbling, dan passing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive, yaitu siswa yang aktif mengikuti latihan rutin dan berada dalam rentang usia 12–14 tahun. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan sepak bola berdasarkan buku Suharno Winarno, yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan latihan drill. Latihan drill diberikan selama 8 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali per minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor yang signifikan pada seluruh aspek keterampilan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t (paired sample t-test) dan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p < 0,05) pada keempat aspek keterampilan. Kata Kunci: latihan drill, keterampilan sepak bola

Abstract

Abstract: Physical fitness is an important aspect in carrying out physical and daily activities without experiencing significant fatigue. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students of the Sports Education Department of Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama University, Kebumen, semester 1 employee class. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 12 male students of the employee class aged 20–25 years. This research instrument uses a multistage fitness test (Bleep Test) and is analyzed using SPSS.25. The results of the study show that the fitness categories of students vary, consisting of 16.7% in the poor category, 66.7% in the moderate category, and 66.7% in the good category. The average VO₂max of students is 39.8 ml/kg/minute, which is in the moderate category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that most students have a fairly good level of aerobic fitness, although there are still students with low fitness conditions who need attention in the exercise program. Keywords: Physical fitness, Bleep test, VO₂max   Abstrak: Kebugaran jasmani merupakan aspek penting dalam menjalankan aktifitas fisik maupun sehari-hari tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berarti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen kelas karyawan semester 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling jumlah sampel 12 mahasiswa laki-laki kelas karyawan berusia 20–25 tahun. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes kebugaran multistage (Bleep Test) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori kebugaran mahasiswa bervariasi, terdiri dari 16,7% kategori kurang, 66,7% kategori sedang, dan 66,7% kategori baik. Rata-rata VO₂max mahasiswa sebesar 39,8 ml/kg/menit, yang berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kebugaran aerobik yang cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat mahasiswa dengan kondisi kebugaran rendah yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian dalam program latihan. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the teaching game learning model in improving decision-making and basketball teamwork of students at SMP Negeri 3 Purwanegara. This study used an experimental approach. Data were obtained from direct observation of the research subjects. The research instrument has been validated using CVR (0.99). The population included all 66 students of class VIII. While the sample included all 20 students of class VIII B. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the application of the teaching game model was able to improve the ability of cooperation and decision-making in basketball of class VIII students at SMP N 3 Purwanegara, especially in the aspect of cooperation. It was indicated by the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis which showed a significant difference in the results of the pretest and posttest with a Z score <0.001 in the decision-making aspect. And a Z score <0.001 in the aspect of cooperation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi langsung terhadap subjek penelitian. Instrumen penelitian telah divalidasi menggunakan CVR (0,99). Populasi mecakup seluruh siswa kelas VIII berjumlah 66 siswa. Sedangkan sampel mencakup seluruh siswa kelas VIII B yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa penerapan model teaching game mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama dan pengambilan keputusan dalam bola basket siswa kelas VIII di SMP N 3 Purwanegara terlebih pada aspek kerja sama. Ditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis uji wilcoxon yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan tehadap hasil pretest dan posttest dengan Z skor < 0,001 pada aspek pengambilan keputusan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of the play-based method on improving overhead passing skills in volleyball among sixth- grade students at SD Negeri Karangsari. The research employed a quasi- experimental design using a One Group Pretest–Posttest model. The subjects consisted of 20 students who participated in a pretest, play-based learning activities, and a posttest to measure skill development. The research instrument was the AAHPERD overhead passing test, which assessed accuracy and movement consistency. The results showed a significant improvement between pretest and posttest scores. Hypothesis testing using a Paired Sample t-Test produced a t-value of -63.803 with a significance level of 0.000. The mean score difference of -64.55 indicated that posttest scores were substantially higher than pretest scores. These findings demonstrate that the play-based method effectively enhances basic technical skills, motor abilities, coordination, focus, and students’ self- confidence, making it suitable for physical education learning aligned with children’s developmental characteristics. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan model One Group Pretest–Posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa yang mengikuti tes awal, pembelajaran berbasis permainan, dan tes akhir untuk mengukur perkembangan keterampilan. Uji hipotesis melalui Paired Sample t-Test menghasilkan nilai t hitung sebesar -63,803 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Rata-rata perbedaan skor sebesar -64,55 menunjukkan hasil posttest lebih tinggi. Temuan ini membuktikan metode bermain efektif meningkatkan teknik dasar, kemampuan motorik, koordinasi, fokus, dan kepercayaan diri siswa, serta layak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PJOK sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak sekolah dasar formal.
