Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari yakni  sekolah SMK Negeri di kota Manokwari, Papua Barat. Saat ini SMK Negeri 1 belum mempunyai SI/TI yang terintegrasi guna mendukung proses bisnisnya, contohnya pendaftaran siswa baru, pengelolaan data kepegawaian, dan pengaturan keuangan sekolah masih dikerjakan dengan manual.  penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengembangan arsitektur enterprise SI/TI yang selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis yang terus berkembang. Dalam penelitian ini, arsitektur enterprise teknologi informasi dirancang menggunakan metodologi Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), dengan 5 tahap awal TOGAF ADM: Visi Arsitektur, Pendahuluan, Arsitektur Aplikasi & Data, Arsitektur Bisnis, dan Arsitektur Teknologi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan portofolio aplikasi SIPS, SIK, dan SIKU. Rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi memungkinkan deskripsi kriteria aplikasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan aplikasi di masa mendatang, dengan menggunakan Matriks McFarland's untuk mengklasifikasikan aplikasi seperti SIPS, SIK, dan SIKU berdasarkan pada kuadran strategic, high potential, key operation, serta support untuk menghasilkan proses bisnis yang maksimal di sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari.

Abstract

As the official statistical data provider in Indonesia, BPS always innovates to provide better services to the community. By utilizing information technology, BPS has presented various online services such as websites. This research aims to evaluate the quality of the West Papua BPS website using the webqual 4.0 method. The WebQUAL process involves measuring user perceptions of a website's quality based on three primary dimensions: Usability, Information Quality, and Service Quality. The flow of this research includes planning, data collection and data analysis. This study used 139 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results of the hypothesis can be concluded that the three dimensions of Usabilitiy, Information Quality and Service Quality are in the category (Accepted) where users feel fast with the quality of the West Papua BPS website.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted education, particularly in the implementation of e-learning. Universitas Papua has adopted this system to enhance learning flexibility and efficiency. However, effectiveness depends on user adaptation and acceptance. This study evaluates the implementation of the e-learning system at UNIPA using the HOT-Fit evaluation model, which assesses Human, Organization, and Technology aspects. The research employs surveys and interviews with students and lecturers to measure user satisfaction, institutional support, and system quality. Findings indicate that technology, service, and information quality positively influence system usage and user satisfaction, ultimately contributing to system benefits. However, challenges remain, including infrastructure limitations and user adaptation issues that need improvement. This study provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of e-learning at UNIPA and offers recommendations for future system development. A comprehensive evaluation is essential to maximize benefits for students and institutions, ensuring accessible and high-quality education in the digital era.

Abstract

Currently, information technology is very necessary, in the digital era cybersecurity is one of the main factors for an institution to survive and be recognized for its credibility, including educational institutions, the Poltekkes Sorong Website is used as the main portal or media to disseminate academic information, interaction between students and the public, However, the existence of security gaps is something that allows cyber attacks to be carried out which can endanger data confidentiality. This study aims to analyze the security gaps in the Poltekkes Kemenkes Sorong website, the testing carried out using the penetration testing method which has several stages including collecting scanning information, vulnerability analysis. So that this study can provide guidance and practice for information system managers at Poltekkes Kemenkes Sorong to reduce the risk of cyber attacks and protect sensitive data held by the institution.
