Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari is public vocational school situated in Manokwari, West Papua. Currently, the school lacks an integrated information systems and information technology (IS/IT) infrastructure to facilitate its operational processes, such as student enrollment, employee data management, and financial transactions, all of which are presently handled manually. This study aims to devise an enterprise architecture tailored to the information and communication technology needs of the school. The enterprise information technology architecture design will be crafted utilizing the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), adhering to the initial five stages of the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method): Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Application & Data Architecture, and Technology Architecture, specifically tailored for SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari. This research yields portfolio of applications: SIPS, SIK, and SIKU. The objective is to improve service delivery according to requirements, thereby enhancing the overall service quality to support the business processes at SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari.

Abstract

The presence of the PELNI application mobile makes it easier for people to make purchases online without having to go through the ticket purchase counter manually. This application is very important because it can be used as a source of evaluation to improve the quality of services provided by the application. The flow of this research includes the planning, data collection and data analysis stages. This research used 101 respondents and 15 statements. This research measures PELNI user satisfaction mobile. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using the TAM and EUCS methods, there were 2 accepted hypotheses, namely H1 and H3, and 3 rejected hypotheses, namely H2, H4, and H5. The results obtained through SEM-PLS analysis are classified as moderate with correlation values R-Square of 48.5% for the user satisfaction variable.

Abstract

BlueBox is Manokwari’s first e-commerce platform, offering a range of daily and monthly products, including groceries and snacks, with delivery services throughout Manokwari. Payment options include cash, bank transfer, and QRIS. This study aims to evaluate how the BlueBox app can improve service quality based on user satisfaction and experience, ultimately supporting UMKM success in Manokwari. The study uses the Webqual 4.0 method, covering usability, information quality, and service interaction variables, and the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method focusing on timeliness. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS version 4.0. Survey results indicate that the average user satisfaction with the BlueBox app is 4.095, categorized as satisfied. The Timeliness variable significantly impacts user satisfaction with a P-value < 0.05, while variables such as Ease of Use, Information Quality, and Service Interaction do not show significant effects, having P-values > 0.05.

Abstract

To help prospective students choose a study program that suits their abilities and interests, it is necessary to design a decision support system. This system aims to facilitate the selection process of study programs for prospective students. This research aims to develop a decision support system that can help prospective students in choosing a study program at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Papua in an objective and structured manner. This study applies the Simple Additive Weighting method to facilitate the decision-making process by considering a number of relevant criteria. The evaluation is based on the following criteria: tuition fees, accreditation status, number of teaching staff and staff, and job prospects. The findings of the study revealed that the Informatics Engineering and Civil Engineering Study Programs, both at the S1 level, obtained the highest identical preference value, namely 1, outperforming other study programs. However, the best alternative is the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a field monitoring management system with QR Code scanning at Bintuni Class IIB Penitentiary. Previous conventional methods have problems in data accuracy and efficiency. This system is expected to improve accuracy, efficiency, and security. The research methods include problem identification, analysis, design, development, and testing. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to automate monitoring, reduce manual errors, and accelerate data collection. The trial using Black Box Testing by three experts showed good results, and the System Usability Scale test got a score with an average value of 82.5, indicating that the system is feasible and according to user needs. The implementation of this system is effective and reliable to improve the quality of management and security at Bintuni Class IIB Penitentiary.

Abstract

Bluebox is the first online shopping platform in Manokwari that provides a wide range of daily and monthly shopping products not only that but also food and snacks, which can help the shopping process from home. Bluebox comes with delivery services in various areas in Manokwari and offers various payment options, including COD, transfer, and QRIS. The purpose of this study is to investigate in depth how the Bluebox application can improve their service quality from various aspects based on user satisfaction and experience with the ultimate goal of increasing user satisfaction and the success of MSMEs in Manokwari. The data is processed using the Webqual 4.0 method which includes Usability, Information Quality, service Interaction variables and the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, especially the Timeliness variable. The data analysis method in this study uses the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2 as a tool to help test research data. From the test results obtained in this study, each of the four hypotheses proposed that the average measurement of user satisfaction with the Bluebox application gets a value of 4.095 with the Satisfied category. Factors that affect user satisfaction with 4 hypotheses and 1 acceptable hypothesis, namely the Timeliness variable which has a significant effect of P Values <0.05 on User Stisfaction, while the Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction variables do not show a significant effect on User Satisfaction with a significance level of P Values> 0.05 in the Bluebox application.
