Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan fiskal daerah dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi pada pemerintahan Provinsi Jawa Barat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif adalah analisa yang berdasarkan data dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk uraian. Data ini merupakan data yang berupa informasi uraian dalam bentuk bahasa prosa kemudian dikaitkan dengan data lainnya untuk mendapatakan kejelasan atau menguatkan suatu gambaran yang telah ada. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah – masalah yang bersifat pengukuran kuantitas (jumlah dan angka). Pendekatan ini berangkat dari data yang diproses menjadi informasi yang berharga bagi pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions which has six branches, namely in Laweyan, Banjarsari, Solo Baru, Makamhaji, Jebres, Veteran. The number of samples in this study were 171 respondents obtained using purposive sampling. The results showed that Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, and service quality had no partial and insignificant effect, while Electronic Word of Mouth, and location had a partial and significant effect on on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions. Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Gacoan Noodles in the Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regions. the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained a figure of 0.207. So it can be interpreted that purchasing decisions are 20.7% influenced by Halal Awareness, price, taste, brand image, service quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, and location and 79.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, and asset growth on profitability in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. This research was conducted based on information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research used a non-participant observation method and the determination of sampling used a purposive sampling method. There are 12 Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies as samples in this study. The results show that working capital turnover (WCTO), liquidity (Quick Ratio) partially has no effect and is not significant on profitability (ROE) and asset growth partially significant effect on profitability (ROE). The ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is very low, it is indicated by the coefficient of determination R square of 15.1%.

Abstract

The development of technology is growing very rapidly, so that people like it or not have to follow the development of this technology, otherwise they will be left behind. The use of social media is the most powerful marketing tool because people from different backgrounds are very active in using it. With social media, business actors can interact widely with various groups, with cheap and suitable ones to market their products, so that what is offered has a great opportunity to be sold. The main problem faced by housewives is the lack of knowledge in marketing both conventionally (offline) and online, especially e-commerce. The lack of knowledge of housewives about digital marketing has inspired the community service team to deliver socialization and provide training on the use of this information and communication technology. If housewives understand the importance of digital marketing for business opportunities, they are expected to be motivated to use digital marketing as a means of communication and business opportunities for their business, and can practice it directly by utilizing social media. Based on the main problems of partners, namely the lack of marketing management information, the solution offered to partners is to provide material related to digital marketing, offline marketing to increase revenue. The method used is lecture, question and answer, and simulation. The target to be achieved in community service activities is the implementation of the introduction of digital marketing in an effort to increase the income of housewives in order to become a prosperous family. The program's output targets are scientific articles published through the journal ISSN, and increased empowerment of housewives and the ability to take advantage of marketing opportunities through online and offline media.
