Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has affected the industrial sector which has an impact on the cessation of the wheels of business and must stop operating. The results of the 2020 Central Statistics Agency (BPS) survey noted that 82,85% of companies were affected by the covid-19 virus. Based on the sector, accommodation and beverage/food business experienced the most decline in income, which was 92,47%. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage increase or decrease in account items in statement of financial position in the base year 2019 and the comparison years 2020 and 2021in manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that the company’s financial performance from the 2019-2021 periode has increased and decreased, which can be seen from the comparison per two years on the balance sheetbased on trend analysis. Increases and decreases in performance have no significant effect because the company is still able to run and operate. From the result of the analysis of financial statements using the trend method, it can be concluded that the ICBP company has the best performance seen in the accounts on the balance sheet which has increased compared to other companies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fundamental macroeconomic factors including inflation, the rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate on Indonesia economic growth before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample determination is based on quarterly time series data for the period January 2018 to December 2020 using the saturated sampling method, which consist of 12 samples. The simultaneous test result indicate that inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate simultaneously effect on Indonesia economic growth. The partial test result, for inflation variable has a negative and significan effect on Indonesia economic growth. Meanwhile, the Rupiah exchange rate and the SBI interest rate has a negative but not significant effect on Indonesia economic growth. Efforts to control inflation, stablize exchange rate and interest rate through optimizing the use of domestic products, improving export performance, such as reducing export tariffs and restricting imports of goods.

Abstract

Entrusted services or in the term personal shopper is a work in and out of shops, malls or large traders with the aim of buying goods or brands ordered by customers in accordance with their wishes. The goods sought are not only at the local level but there is also a demand for goods from abroad. In the midst of the dominance of the online shop business, the presence of business services entrusted can still generate profits for actors and still attract consumer interest. The rapid development of technology, the widespread use of social media, as well as the consumptive nature of Indonesian society is behind the growing interest of the community in doing jastip business. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of entrusted services and the impact caused by jastip's behavior for the sustainability of MSME products. The research method is a library study method. Data obtained from scientific books, research reports, regulations, provisions, annual books, and written sources both print and electronic. The results of the study note that the development of entrusted services through internet media has begun to mushroom in Indonesia so that it is well known and can be well received by all members of the community. This jastip phenomenon is currently being targeted by the government to be able to increase state revenue through the tax on jastip goods. The jastip business goods are taxed on average around 25-27 percent. However, the jastip business polemic arises because it involves foreign imported products related to the determination of customs. Besides the polemic that occurred related to the survival of MSME products because the product still received less attention and was exposed to its existence by the community.

Abstract

This research aims to gather sufficient information about the impact of loyalty programs on customer satisfaction. This research method is a literature review based on several previous studies to answer the effect of loyalty programs on customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that loyalty programs have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be seen in the results of previous research articles which show that loyalty programs have an effect on loyalty.

Abstract

UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses as regulated in law. The government supports UMKM with programs as an effort to improve community welfare. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program supporting UMKM. The Sindon Bazaar is a forum for Sindon Village UMKM which was formed by the Sindon Gemah Abundant KKN Committee Team (SGM). This bazaar was held according to the needs and potential of the community in Sindon Village. The management of the Sindon Bazaar consists of the SGM KKN Committee Team assisted by the youth of the local Dukuh Youth Organization. In the Sindon Bazaar, there are many UMKM selling various foods, drinks and toys for children. The results of the implementation of the bazaar that have been achieved include increasing the income of the UMKM community who participated in the bazaar, where what was usually empty of consumers became busy with consumers and the level of sales increased, as well as helping the people of Sindon Village to innovate and hone their skills as a new business opportunity

Abstract

citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk roti Aoka di Kota Surakarta (Studi Pada Konsumen roti Aoka di Kota Surakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk roti Aoka di wilayah Surakarta yang terbagi dalam lima kecamatan yaitu Pasar Kliwon, Banjarsari, Serengan, Jebres, dan Laweyan. Sampelnya berjumlah seratus responden. Teknik accidental sampling merupakan strategi sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.Bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian pelanggan dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kesan merek, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 23,197 > Ftabel 2,70 digunakan untuk menentukan hasil komputasi. Dari ketiga faktor tersebut, citra merek memiliki dampak yang lebih besar terhadap keputusan mengenai apa yang akan dibeli. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel pengetahuan citra merek sebesar 0,528 dengan parameter positif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek Roti Aoka yang baik berpengaruh terhadap pembelian sebesar 0,528, dan citra merek yang negatif menyebabkan penurunan sebesar 0,528 pembelian. Selanjutnya nilai customized R square sebesar 0,402 dan hasil perhitungan nilai R square sebesar 0,420. Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance as measured by the current financial ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and earning per share on stock prices. The population of this study are mining companies listed on the IDX with an observation period of 2019-2022. The sample of this study used purposive sampling method. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially the earning per share variable has a significant effect on stock prices, while the CR, ROE, and DER variables have no effect. Simultaneously, it shows that the four variables, namely CR, ROE, DER, and EPS, have a significant effect on stock prices. This research is supported by an R2 value of 42.4%.

Abstract

This activity is intended to improve students' creativity skills and instill an entrepreneurial spirit in 4th semester Business Administration students through training in making key chains from vanilla-scented clay. The implementation method uses a prescientific approach and practice-based learning with 4 main stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. The results of the training showed a significant increase in six main aspects, namely satisfaction of learning effectiveness involvement, knowledge about clay, technical skills, understanding of entrepreneurship, and student creativity. In addition, this activity forms a collaborative culture, increases self-confidence, and fosters awareness of the potential for independent businesses. These findings indicate that the real practice approach is very effective in encouraging social transformation and the development of students' entrepreneurial character.

Abstract

The training on making feather wire flowers with pearl and LED light innovations is a form of community service activity aimed at enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of fourth-semester students of the 2023 cohort in the Business Administration Program at Universitas Sahid Surakarta. This activity is motivated by the importance of developing students’ creativity and innovation in facing the challenges of the job market and opportunities in the creative business sector. The methods used include lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity show that this training effectively increases students’ skills and interest in high-value handicrafts. It is expected that this activity can encourage students to become independent and innovative creative entrepreneurs.

Abstract

As a method to enhance students' entrepreneurial skills, peanut layer cake production training was implemented. This training approach directly combines theory and practice to improve students’ understanding and technical abilities. The training was conducted with five participants and consisted of three stages. The initial session included a pretest and basic entrepreneurship material, the core session involved hands-on practice in making peanut layer cake, and the closing session consisted of evaluation and a posttest. The results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of entrepreneurship, with an average increase of 35 points from their pre-training scores. After the training, students' interest in entering the culinary business also increased. The findings indicate that peanut layer cake production training is effective in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and enhancing students’ technical skills. It is recommended that universities conduct more practice-based training to help students develop into entrepreneurs in the Society 5.0 era.
