Abstract

Kinerja dalam lingkup organisasi adalah hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh suatu organisasi dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan dapat dievaluasi tingkat kinerjanya. Berhasil tidaknya tujuan dan cita-cita dalam organisasi tergantung bagaimana proses kinerja itu dilaksanakan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk 1) mengetahui dan menganalisis besar pengaruh layanan sistem informasi terhadap kinerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta, 2) mengetahui dan menganalisis besar pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta, dan 3) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh layanan sistem informasi dan pengawasan secara bersama- sama terhadap kinerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta berjumlah 129 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 orang. Setiap responden diberikan pertanyaan dengan menggunakan skala Likert.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh layanan sistem informasi terhadap kinerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta sebesar 16,1%; 2) terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta sebesar 29,9%; 3) terdapat pengaruh layanan sistem informasi dan pengawasan  secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Soekarno-Hatta sebesar 49,2%.

Abstract

The case of urban fires needs to be a concern in Depok City. Considering the vulnerability of fire disaster cases, it is necessary to reduce the impact of disasters, which is commonly called disaster mitigation. One example of measures to reduce community vulnerability to fire disasters is through mitigation training. The possibility of a fire disaster with a high-risk scale in Harjamukti Village can significantly impact citizens in densely populated settlements, one of which is RW 04, an area with these characteristics. Therefore, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk. - Offtake Stasiun Cimanggis initiated The Mitigation Training of Urban Conflagration in RW 04, Harjamukti Subdistrict, Cimanggis District, Depok City. The purpose of this training was to empower the community with basic skills in emergency fire disaster situations. This training technically contained 3 stages, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The training methods included lecturing and practicing in a one-day activity attended by 44 participants. It was expected that with the new knowledge and skills, the community could be more proactive in preventing and mitigating fire disasters, thus mitigating the potential for greater losses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a difference in learning achievement between students who are taught using a direct teaching model assisted by cardboard media and ICT media on flat sided geometric material. While the research method used is quantitative and comparative research because the data obtained is in the form of numbers from the test results and from the test results the difference can be seen. The population in the study were all fifth grade students at SD Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan. Researchers used a purposive random sampling technique in determining the research sample. Class VA as the control class as many as 21 students and class VD as the experimental class as many as 23 students. The data collection technique used is a test in the form of essay questions. While the data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of tcount = 1.92 and ttable = 2.021 with dk = (23+21-2) = 42 at a significant level of 5%. Thus tcount < ttable means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no difference in learning achievement between students who are taught using a direct teaching model assisted by cardboard media and ICT media on flat sided geometric material.
