Abstract

This study aims to determine the tasks, strategies, and role of guidance and counseling teachers in MAN Jombang, as well as what factors are obstacles and supporters of the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in the moral education of students at MAN Jombang. This research is a case study research using qualitative methods that are descriptive. The object of his research is everything related to the guidance and counseling teacher at MAN Jombang. Our data sources can be from school principals, vice principals, homeroom teachers, field study teachers, counseling guidance teachers, and from students. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. As for testing the validity of our data, we use triangulation techniques. The results of this study explain that (1) The task of guidance and counseling teachers in the moral education of students in MAN Jombang, is to help students become human beings who believe, devote to God Almighty, and direct students to behave in society, lead students to know the talents, interests, and direction of future career trends, and solve all problems faced by students. (2) The strategy of implementing guidance and counseling in the moral education of students in MAN Jombang, can not be separated from the 4 important components that support each other, namely: basic services, responsive services, individual planning, and system support. (3) The role of guidance and counseling in the moral education of students in MAN Jombang, is very important for students to provide assistance, and direction to students, so that they can become useful human beings for the homeland and the nation. (4) Factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in the moral education of students in MAN Jombang, can come from teachers, homeroom teachers, parents and students, (5) Factors supporting the implementation of guidance and counseling programs in the moral education of students in MAN Jombang, namely school principals, field studies teachers, homeroom teachers, parents, case handlers and adequate infrastructure, all of which are mutually reinforcing factors.

Abstract

The emergence of the term religious moderation in Indonesia in recent times is closely related to various phenomena of intolerance, radicalism, and terrorism that occur in Indonesia. Moderation is a life view that always prioritizes the attitude of tolerance and always takes the middle road from two opposing attitudes. Islamic boarding schools are an integral part of the institutions that exist in Indonesia which instill religious values and practices in their students for the advancement of national development. As a subculture rooted in Islamic culture in Indonesia, Education in boarding schools, not only provides educational facilities and practices, but also instills a number of values or norms. One of them is the Islamic boarding school At-Tahdzib Rejoagung in Ngoro district. The Islamic boarding school At-Tahdzib as an educational institution has proven to be quite excellent in producing generations of the nation who have good character. One of the proofs is the large number of alumni of At-Tahdzib pesantren who are trusted by the community to become educators in various formal and non-formal educational institutions. This is certainly inseparable from the role of kiai leadership who are also teachers in the educational process. The role of leadership is an attitude and behavior in influencing human resources, so that they are willing to carry out their duties to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine the leadership of kiai in instilling the values of religious moderation in Islamic boarding schools. More specifically, this article intends to identify strategies and analyze the influence of kiai leadership in instilling the values of religious moderation at the Islamic boarding school At Tahdzib Ngoro Jombang

Abstract

This study focuses on the economic empowerment of rural women through specialized training in bridal gift (hantaran) crafting in Pacarpeluk Village. The primary objective is to explore how such training can enhance the economic welfare and independence of housewives, who have traditionally been limited in their economic roles. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed to gain in-depth insights into the experiences of the participants. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the training significantly increased the participants' technical skills, self-confidence, and economic independence. Participants reported a notable rise in their income and an improved ability to contribute to their household finances. The implications of this study suggest that integrating technical skills training with community support can lead to sustainable economic empowerment, particularly for women in rural areas. This research contributes to the broader discourse on gender equality and rural development by providing a model that can be replicated in similar contexts

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of da'wah training in improving the quality of sholawat wahidiyah da'wah in the Central Executive Board of Sholawat Wahidiyah Broadcasters Ngoro Jombang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The subject of the research is everything related to the training activities of sholawat Wahidiyah Ngoro Jombang. Our data sources were obtained from the chairperson, deputy, secretary II of the Central Executive Board Assistant and the first chairman of the implementation of the caderization of da'i Wahidiyah as well as participants in the training of sholawat Wahidiyah. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. For the validity of the data using triangulation technique. The results of this study reveal that a series of da'wah training management processes, namely (1) Planning includes identifying the needs of training participants, determining training objectives, preparing training materials, selecting training participants, and scheduling training implementation times. (2) The Implementation includes: observing the appropriate training materials based on the abilities of the trainees, determining the training method, namely the marketing method (ice breaker) and brainstorming method, providing the facilities needed in the implementation of the da'wah training. (3) Evaluation of da'wah training in improving the quality of sholawat wahidiyah da'wah in the Central Executive Board of Wahidiyah sholawat broadcasters.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out clearly about the management of madrasah heads in developing human resources at Madrasah Diniyah Fathul Ulum Diwek Jombang. The data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out throughout the data collection process and after all the data has been collected, the data validity test is carried out by testing the credibility of the data. As for the results of this research, it can be concluded that madrasa heads in developing human resources have concepts and strategies as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for these activities. The concept has been implemented as well as the madrasa head's strategy by holding teacher development training and comparative studies to schools or Other madrasas and madrasa heads provide special seminars to teaching staff, while the supporting factors are the emergence of a sense of concern for one another, while the inhibiting factors are discommunication and lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Pendidikan Diniyah Formal Ulya Fathul Ulum Diwek, Jombang. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepala sekolah dalam mengelola SDM, serta strategi yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik dan staf. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran yang signifikan sebagai educator, manajer, leader, motivator, dan innovator dalam mengembangkan SDM. Strategi yang diterapkan, seperti pelatihan berkala, studi banding, dan analisis SWOT, berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dan staf, serta memperkuat reputasi lembaga. Namun, terdapat hambatan berupa kurangnya komunikasi, tantangan dalam pembelajaran bagi peserta didik muda, dan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan pengembangan SDM, perlu perbaikan dalam komunikasi internal, pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih intensif, dan peningkatan fasilitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami peran manajemen kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Reading and writing literacy are essential basic skills that everyone must master. These literacies are needed to access information, communicate, and develop oneself. For elementary school students, reading and writing literacy are critical skills to be acquired. Good reading and writing literacy will help students understand lessons, complete school assignments, and develop creativity. The use of alphabet flashcards in teaching reading and writing is an effective method to assist students in developing their literacy skills. However, it is important to remember that such teaching aids should be used as part of a broader and integrated learning approach that includes teacher-student interactions, appropriate reading materials, and individual support for students who need additional assistance. This community service program employs a student-centered learning strategy. This strategy emphasizes the role of students as active participants in the learning process, encouraging them to construct their own knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 17 Jombang, serta faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung terlaksananya Strategi Pemasaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 17 Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Objek penelitiannya adalah segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan strategi pemasaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 17 Jombang. Sumber data kami dapat dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, wali kelas, guru bidang studi, humas, staff dan murid. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan untuk pengujian keabsahan data kami menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa (1) Strategi pemasaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 17 Jombang, tidak lepas dari 7 komponen penting yang saling mendukung yaitu: Segmentasi pasar, Harga, kualitas, Lokasi Madrasah, promosi, distribusi dan sarana prasarana Madrasah yang memadai (2) Strategi pelaksanaan pemasaran MTSN 17 Jombang (3) Strategi penilaian pemasaran (4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pemasaran di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 17 Jombang.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan hal yang signifikan dalam menentukan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Selain itu, manajemen kurikulum mempunyai peran penting dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efesien mengingat fakta bahwa pada dasarnya madrasah adalah kerangka kerja yang mencakup berbagai bagian dan berbagai latihan yang harus dikelola dengan sebaik mungkin. Maka peneliti berinisiatif untuk mengadakan penelitian dengan fokus: Manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik di MAN 5 Jombang, yang meliputi: 1) Konsep manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik; 2) Strategi manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik; 3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi melalui sumber data manusia dan nonmanusia. Analisis dilakukan selama pengumpulan data dan sesudah seluruh data terkumpul. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan standar kredibilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Konsep manajemen kurikulum dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik di MAN 5 Jombang dikemas dengan program baca, nulis, dan budaya. 2) Strategi manajemen kurikulum yang dilakukan MAN 5 Jombang dalam mengembangkan budaya literasi peserta didik telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui pembiasaan membaca dan memberikan pelatihan kemandirian 3) Faktor pendukung budaya literasi meliputi: Dicetuskannya MAN 5 Jombang sebagai madrasah literasi, dukungan penuh dari kepala madrasah, pembina literasi yang mumpuni, minat siswa yang tinggi, dan terdapat banyak guru bahasa. Faktor penghambat meliputi: Minimnya dana yang tersedia, minimnya sarana pendukung seperti tempat, internet, dan computer, dan kurangnya pembaharuan buku-buku diperpustakaan.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Brodot Village to increase sales turnover through optimizing the Ramadhan Market activities. MSMEs are an important sector in the local economy that has great potential but often faces various challenges, such as limited market access, minimal product innovation, and lack of effective marketing strategies. This activity was carried out by a team from STAI At-Tahdzib in collaboration with the Brodot Village government. The activity methods include field observation, training, direct assistance, and ongoing evaluation. Initial observations showed that the majority of MSMEs did not have adequate understanding of digital marketing and attractive product packaging. In the training, participants were given materials about promotional techniques, the use of social media, simple financial management, and product branding. The Ramadhan Market was used as a direct practice medium to sell their products openly to the public. MSMEs were facilitated with tents, promotional banners, and social media as promotional tools. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in sales turnover, especially for snack and pastry products. In addition to financial improvements, this activity also increased the knowledge and confidence of business actors in developing their products. Participants began to actively utilize online platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for promotion. Several MSMEs began to package products with more attractive labels and designs. This activity also encouraged collaboration between business actors and created a stronger local business network. During the activity, community enthusiasm was very high. The Ramadan Market became a seasonal economic center that had a positive impact on the village economy. Students involved also gained practical experience in the community empowerment process based on devotion.
