Abstract

PT. Pegadaian as a financial institution has an important role in providing financing for sharia-based SME as part of an effort to support this real sector. This study aims to determine the impact and benefits of using KUR Syariah and analyze the effectiveness of KUR Syariah products in \ the development of SME. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that KUR Syariah products are effective in supporting the development of SME and have a very positive impact on MSME actors, and the benefits obtained through financing are business development and easier financial management. This research found several aspects to improve the effectiveness of Sharia KUR products at PT. Pegadaian, including consistent goals, consistent time, quantity provisions, and credit provisions. The four ways to measure the effectiveness of KUR products are very precise based on the consistency of targets, quantity and time in applying or distributing KUR. Therefore, in this case it can be said that the Sharia KUR Products distributed by PT. Pegadaian UPC Tawaeli are considered effective and right on target.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Maholo Village government in empowering the farming community for village economic development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the role of the Maholo Village government in empowering the farming community is still lacking. This is due to the lack of communication between the community and the village government, the lack of socialization carried out by the government about the empowerment of the farmer community, the uneven provision of assistance for the farming community in Maholo Village, the empowerment carried out for community groups, especially the farmer group, is uneven, so that there are some people who are less enthusiastic about the community empowerment program around 30-40%.

Abstract

Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange often expand, pay off debt, or increase capital in the form of corporations (Corporate Action). Even companies on the LQ45 list also carry out corporate actions. So, the aim of this research is to determine the issuer's performance after carrying out a rights issue. This research uses quantitative research and descriptive analysis methods. The population in this research is the LQ45 company that carried out a rights issue, with a sample of 5 companies, testing the hypothesis using the paired sample t-test. The data collection method in this research is documentation. The data collected is a type of secondary data sourced from company documentation in the form of annual reports. The results of this research show that there is no influence of the rights issue policy on share prices with a significance value of 0.844.
