Abstract

Objektif : Remaja cenderung beresiko mengalami ansietas yang disebabkan oleh kejadian bencana alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) terhadap tingkat ansietas remaja di wilayah banjir.Metode: Desain peneliatian Quasi experimental with control group pretest-posttest dengan tekhik purposive sampling dan dilanjutkan cluster random sampling. Terdapat 73 sampel yaitu 37 intervensi dan 36 kontrol, dan tindakan keperawatan ners dan CBT sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Hasil: hasil menujukkan bahwa ada penurunan yang signifikan dari tingkat ansietas (p-value <0,05) pada kelompok yang dirawat dengan menggunakan intervensi keperawatan ners dan CBT, serta penurunan signifikan lebih besar daripada kelompok yang hanya diintervensi dengan keperawatan ners.Kesimpulan: CBT dapat menurunkan tingkat ansietas pada remaja di wilayah bencana banjir, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan perlunya pengembangan program kesehatan jiwa remaja berbasis keperawatan komunitas. Kata kunci: CBT, Ansietas, Banjir, Remaja

Abstract

Abstrak:Pesantren merupakan institusi Islam dalam mencetak santri berakhlak islami dan berilmu. Proses pembelajaran yang baik tercapai jika status Kesehatan santri baik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi santri diantaranya yaitu masalah gastritis. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemandirian dan peningkatan hardskill dan softskill kepada santri melalui pendampingan pada kader di posyandu remaja pesentren tentang penatalaksanaan gastritis meliputi pencegahan, dan perawatan santri dengan gastritis . Proses kegiatan posyandu dengan 5 meja pelayanan dengan output pengetahuan dan perilaku kader tentang posyandu 5 meja pada penatalaksanaan gastritis. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan pemberian pendidikan Kesehatan dengan media poster dan leaflet, pemberian pre dan post test tentang pengetahuan posyandu remaja 5 meja dan gastritis serta observasi perilaku kader saat pendampingan penatalaksaaan posyandu remaja. Sampel sejumlah 40 kader santri dan 16 santri sebagai pasien. Hasil didapatkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan santri tentang posyandu remaja dan pencegahan dan penatalaksaan gastritis dan ketrampilan kader dalam 5 meja baik, yang dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya nilai presentase indikator pengetahuan dengan nilai persentase 95% (terjadi peningkatan 82,5%). Perlunya upaya monitoring poskestren dalam posyandu remaja khususnya gastritis di pesantren dan kerjasama dengan pelayanan kesehatan terkait seperti Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit sebagai upaya rujukan.Abstract:Pesantren is an Islamic institution in producing students with Islamic character and knowledge. A good learning process is achieved if the Students health status is good. The problems faced by students include the problem of gastritis. This training aims to provide independence and improvement harskill and softsklill to students through mentoring cadres at the pesantren's youth posyandu regarding the management of gastritis including prevention and treatment of students with gastritis. The process of posyandu activities with 5 service tables with output knowledge of cadre and skills about 5 table posyandu in the management of gastritis. The method of training activities was carried out by providing health education with posters and leaflets, gave pre and posttests about knowledge of 5 table posyandu and gastritis and observed skills of cadres in 5 tables. A sample of 40 Students cadres and 16 students as patients. The results showed that there was an increase in cadre' knowledge about adolescent posyandu and the prevention and management of gastritis and and the skills of cadres in 5 tables were good. The need for monitoring through poskestren in youth posyandu, especially gastritis in pesantren and collaboration with related health services such as health centers and hospitals as referral efforts.

Abstract

Background: Adolescents in fulfilling their growth and development tasks, impact their biology, cognitive, emotional, psychosexual, language, psychosocial and behaviour entering adulthood. The problem adolescents often encounter, in the form of behaviour resulting from this transition period, is how to behave assertively. Therapeutic group therapy allows adolescents to optimally fulfil their growth and development tasks and change their behaviour to be more adaptive. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a sample of 76 adolescents (38 intervention and 38 control). The instruments used were assertive behaviour, behaviour observation sheets, and therapeutic group therapy modules. The intervention group received 7 therapeutic group therapy sessions, each 30-45 minutes. The Assertiveness Inventory by Alberti and Emmons was used to measure adolescent assertive behaviour. Meanwhile, this study used a dependent t-test for data analysis. Results: Respondent characteristics included adolescents aged 13-15 years, females (52.63%), parents' educational level of Bachelor (63.16%), and parents' occupation as employees (42.11). The results show that aspects of adolescent self-development have a mean value of emotional (0.588), cognitive (0.533), language (0.435), and psychosocial (0.378). This indicates that there is a significant and meaningful influence on adolescents' assertive behaviour before and after TGT (α=0.05 and p-value <0.001). Conclusion: Therapeutic group therapy can improve adolescents' self-development abilities (including growth and development tasks) and assertive behaviour. Therapy can be used as a learning program at school/home by involving teachers, parents, and the community to improve the quality of life for adolescents.
