Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang memberikan dampak negatif pada kehidupan masyarakat. Desa sidorejo merupakan salah satu desa terdampak kejadian banjir pada Oktober 2022. Pengamatan dilapangan menunjukan bahwa saluran drainase di desa tersebut sebagian belum terbangun dan tidak berfungsi optimal. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan langkah pencegahan banjir oleh masyarakat setempat sehingga dapat meminimalisir kejadian banjir. Untuk memberikan pemahaman tersebut maka tim Pkm Institut Teknologi Sumatera berinisiatif untuk melakukan kegiatan edukasi masyarakat melalui sosialisasi perencanaan, operasional dan pemeliharaan saluran drainase. Edukasi kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui survei kondisi saluran drainase terbangun dan sosialisasi tahapan perencanaan, operasional dan pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan post test dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat dari 66,92% menjadi 76,92%.

Abstract

Perencanaan yang berkualitas sangat penting untuk memastikan infrastruktur memenuhi standar yang diharapkan, baik dari segi metode pelaksanaan, anggaran, maupun waktu. Kualitas proyek diukur dari sejauh mana pelaksanaannya sesuai rencana, di mana pemilihan metode pekerjaan yang tepat akan memengaruhi jumlah tenaga kerja, material, dan peralatan yang diperlukan. Aspek-aspek ini berhubungan erat dengan anggaran serta jadwal proyek yang nantinya dikontrol melalui rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) dan penjadwalan waktu. Pada Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Lausimeme, bendungan ini dirancang untuk menjadi sumber air baku, sumber energi listrik, tujuan pariwisata, dan sebagai upaya mitigasi banjir. Fokus pekerjaan adalah grouting di area riverbed dengan metode up stage, mengingat fondasi batuan utuh di lokasi tersebut. Untuk mencapai efisiensi dan efektivitas, diperlukan estimasi biaya dan waktu yang tepat. Pada penelitian ini, estimasi biaya dihitung menggunakan analisis Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), sementara estimasi waktu didasarkan pada produktivitas yang diukur dari siklus kerja berdasarkan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode grouting up stage pada 169 titik di Bendungan Lausimeme memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp 7.116.820.932, termasuk overhead sebesar 5% dan profit sebesar 10%. Waktu pelaksanaan yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan ini diperkirakan selama 240 hari kerja.

Abstract

Along with the development of the construction world, formwork has also progressed from being assembled on site to being assembled first at the factory. In Indonesia, many types of formwork have been used, which each have their own advantages and disadvantages. In selecting the type of formwork used, many factors or criteria need to be considered. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of formwork that is relatively best for use in the Holiday Inn Bukit Randu Hotel Project by calculating the weight of the criteria, sub criteria, and also the alternatives used using the Fuzzy AHP Method. Based on the criteria and alternatives that have been compiled by the researcher, as well as the analysis carried out using the Fuzzy AHP method, it is known that metal (system) formwork is the relatively best formwork with the largest final weight of 43.6%, while semi-system formwork with a final weight of 24, 6% and conventional formwork by 31.8%. However, after being reviewed based on the cost aspect, the semi-system formwork is the relatively best formwork to be used in the Holiday Inn Bukit Randu Hotel Project.

Abstract

Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar Toll Road is the main transportation route connecting to South Lampung, Bandar Lampung, Pesawaran, and Central Lampung. Although the location of the Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar Toll Road is quite strategic, based on the business plan document and the recapitulation of the Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar Toll Road LHR has a 2021 LHR plan of 20,295 vehicles / day, while the realization LHR is only 11,674 vehicles / day. The traffic situation on the toll road that is not as planned is suspected to be caused by a mismatch of tariffs with the ability and willingness to pay the community, and the current tariff is ±850 / km (category 1 vehicles). Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the adjustment of toll rates with the financial condition of toll road users. In this study, the method used is the calculation of Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP). The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, the ATP rate of Rp 628 / Km and the WTP rate of Rp 600 / Km. Based on the ATP and WTP relationship graph, the ideal rate for group one vehicles is Rp 626,28 / Km with the percentage of respondents who can afford and are willing to pay at 85,1%.

Abstract

The capacity of a building to bear the service loads that will be placed on it is a structural requirement. Reinforced concrete is the primary material utilized in this study. Its primary function is to endure the service load and fulfill the requirements stated in the relevant Indonesian standards. SAP2000, employing the finite element method, is utilized in this study to evaluate the building structure's performance in accordance with the relevant service loads. Based on the analysis, the structural element result remains below the allowable standard in terms of deflection; therefore, it does not require an adjustment in the size or quality of the service load performance. The study also reveals that the structural elements of the concrete slab are reacting to the stress and deflection that occur due to the structural service load. Based on the analysis, the highest stress in the deflection of the beam is 0.5816 mm, the highest deflection of the column is 0.089 mm, and the highest tensile stress of the concrete slab is 0.932 MPa. This study's result is an essential concern, where other structural elements, including columns, sloops, and beams, are safe enough to operate according to appropriate standards.
