Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris return harga logam dasar, yaitu aluminium, nikel dan tembaga terhadap return indeks IDX Basic Materials. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi investor untuk dapat memprediksi return indeks IDX Basic Materials melalui return harga komoditas aluminium, nikel dan tembaga. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan indeks harga saham IDX Basic Materials dan harga komoditas aluminium, nikel dan tembaga. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 608 data deret waktu harga penutupan mingguan pada periode 31 Januari 2021 – 31 Desember 2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Sumber data harga logam dasar yaitu aluminium, nikel dan tembaga berasal dari www.investing.com, sedangkan indeks harga saham IDX Basic Materials berasal dari www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return harga aluminium, nikel dan tembaga berpengaruh positif terhadap return indeks IDX Basic Materials. Investor dapat menjadikan hasil penelitian ini sebagai referensi dalam memprediksi return indeks IDX Basic Materials melalui return harga komoditas aluminium, nikel dan tembaga. Jika pergerakan indeks sektoral dapat diprediksikan melalui harga komoditas yang diproduksinya, maka akan memudahkan investor dalam memprediksi pergerakan indeks sektoralsehingga memaksimalkan keuntungan investasi sahamnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh readiness for change dan transformational leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero), Tbk yang berjumlah 115 pegawai. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 90 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa readiness for change berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The community service program packaged in this counseling activity aims to provide an understanding of anti-corruption education, especially how students are prepared to have anti-corruption values ​​consisting of 9 integrity values. This activity lasted for one day which was carried out on February 23, 2023, which was held at SMK Swadaya Semarang. Before and after the counseling, a Pre-Test and Post-Test were held for all participants. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of anti-corruption values ​​before and after the counseling. It can be interpreted that the activity went well and participants were able to understand and commit to practicing anti-corruption values ​​in life both at school and in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality dimensions consisting of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy on customer loyalty of XXI Cinema at Queen City Mall, Semarang City. The benefits of this study are to provide a contribution to cinema management in understanding service factors that affect customer loyalty. By knowing the most influential dimensions, management can design more effective service improvement strategies, as well as build long-term relationships with customers through a more satisfying viewing experience. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were customers of Cinema XXI. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression assistance with SPSS 26 software, preceded by instrument validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity to ensure the validity of the analysis model used. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded based on the results of the t-test that Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) have a positive influence on Customer Loyalty (Y) with the highest influence being the variables X1 and X4 Tangibles and Assurance, so to increase Customer Loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to the dimensions of service quality in order to attract more. Furthermore, based on the results of the f test, it shows that the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy together or simultaneously have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty at the XXI Queen City Mall Semarang cinema.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social media marketing, brand ambassadors, and product quality on the repurchase intention of Semarang students toward The Originote skincare products. The findings are expected to help the company in developing effective marketing strategies. This study employs a quantitative research method with descriptive and causal approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active university students in Semarang who had previously repurchased The Originote products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The analytical tools include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results show that social media marketing and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while product quality does not. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of film genre, actor popularity, and social media reviews on the decision to watch the film Agak Laen in cinemas in Semarang. This research is relevant as emotional and digital factors increasingly influence consumer behavior, especially among younger audiences. The findings are expected to contribute to consumer behavior theory and serve as a practical reference for film industry stakeholders. A quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method was used. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that, partially, film genre and social media reviews have a positive and significant effect on viewing decisions, while actor popularity does not. However, all three variables together have a significant simultaneous effect. These findings highlight the importance of combining creative content and digital strategies to attract audiences.
