Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas terhadap kinerja keuangan pada industri perusahaan rokok yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek indonesia. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dan untuk teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 4 perusahaan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah yang dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 3 perusahaan dengan pengamatan 10 tahun pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda pada taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara simultan likuditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hal ini dilihat dari uji hipotesis secara simultan yaitu 12,5063,34 dan nilai signifikan 0,0000,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Selain itu juga ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 64,3% sedangkan 35,7% tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically Influence Persistence of Earnings (X1), Company Size (X2), Allocation Tax (X3) on the Earnings Quality (Y) in manufacturing companies listing on the Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as research that is causative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 until 2021. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, to obtain a sample of 10 manufacturing companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collected by using documentation obtained through the official website IDX: www.idx.co.id and obtained from the website: www.yahoofinace.com. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The data obtained were then processed using descriptive statistics test, classic assumption test (Normality Test, Test Multicolinearity, Hesteroskedastisitas Test), Regression Test, Test The coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (F-test, t test) were analyzed with SPSS software elp.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, communication and motivation on employee performance at Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The population in this study were all employees of Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company, numbering 190 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 128 people. The data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of the research showed that the three independent variables (work discipline, communication and motivation) had a significant positive influence on the performance of employees Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The coefficient of determination test shows that 63% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline, communication and motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of a profitability on its firm value and to analyze the correlation in the stock price movements of the five largest banks in Indonesia. The sample used to determine the impact of profitability on corporate value is based on the financial statements of these companies for the period 2019–2024, resulting in 30 data. The data used to analyze the correlation in stock price movements is based on closing stock prices from January 1, 2019, to October 31, 2024, totaling 1,520 weekly data points and 355 monthly data points. The analysis technique used to examine the impact of profitability on firm value is simple regression analysis, while the correlation in stock price movements of the five largest banks in Indonesia is analyzed using bivariate correlation analysis. The findings indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. However, profitability only slightly explains the corporate value. Furthermore, the correlation between the stock prices of the five largest banks in Indonesia is moderate. The firm value of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) is higher than the predicted corporate value, indicating that the company is overvalued or too expensive to buy. Additionally, it is not recommended to diversify stocks among these five banks.

Abstract

The community service program packaged in this counseling activity aims to provide an understanding of anti-corruption education, especially how students are prepared to have anti-corruption values ​​consisting of 9 integrity values. This activity lasted for one day which was carried out on February 23, 2023, which was held at SMK Swadaya Semarang. Before and after the counseling, a Pre-Test and Post-Test were held for all participants. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of anti-corruption values ​​before and after the counseling. It can be interpreted that the activity went well and participants were able to understand and commit to practicing anti-corruption values ​​in life both at school and in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, customer experience, and customer trust on purchase intention on the Facebook Marketplace platform. The background of this research lies in the increasing trend of online shopping via social media and the need to understand psychological and marketing factors that drive consumer purchase decisions. This research is expected to contribute theoretically to the literature on digital marketing and provide practical insights for business practitioners, particularly MSMEs, in optimizing their digital marketing strategies.The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 active Facebook Marketplace users in Semarang City. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests, and data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression to measure the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The sampling technique used purposive sampling based on specific criteria relevant to the study objectives.The results indicate that digital marketing, customer experience, and customer trust have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. These findings prove that effective digital marketing strategies, positive customer experiences, and strong trust levels can significantly enhance consumers' intention to purchase through the Facebook Marketplace platform. The study offers practical recommendations for businesses to improve sales conversions in the digital era.
