Abstract

Problems in learning activities often hinder teachers and students in achieving educational goals. Students' learning difficulties are usually due to the use of inappropriate methods as well as obstacles in providing feedback and improving students' learning skills. This research explores and analyzes the use of Quantum Teaching methods in increasing motivation through a fun and interactive approach. The approach used is descriptive qualitative to provide a detailed description of the use of Quantum Teaching methods in classroom learning. Data were collected from relevant and credible literature sources such as books, scientific articles, newspapers, magazines, and other publications. Content analysis techniques organize information based on relevant themes or categories. This study found that using Quantum Teaching techniques through the TANDUR phase (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate) improved students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor achievements. Analysis shows that six levels of cognitive learning, five levels of affective activities, and seven stages of psychomotor activities can all be improved by this method. This research provides an in-depth insight into the effectiveness of Quantum Teaching in improving student achievement. The findings provide a basis for educators to adopt more interactive and fun learning strategies and identify factors that influence the effectiveness of this method in the educational context.

Abstract

Salah satu keunian pesantren adalah bagaimana kultur pesantren dalam melakukan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai bentuk penanganan pelanggaran disiplin santri dalam mengikuti disiplin dan aturan pesantren, apakah Kultur pendidikan Pesantren yang sentralistik kepada Kyai menjadikanpenanganan bimbingan dan konseling juga berpusat kepada Kyai? Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pesantren melakukan kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling kepada santri yang melakukan pelangaran disiplin pesantren dengan pendekatan fenomenogy, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pesantren Nurulhuda Pakandangan memiliki kultur penanganan prefentif dan juga represif dalam langkah bimbingan dan konseling. Kultur BK di pesantren dilakukan dengan cara-cara pesantren sendiri yaitu berpusat kepada Kyai dan para pembantunya yaitu para guru dan pengurus harian pesantren yaitu organisasi santri, sementara wali kelas memiliki andil yang besar dalam langkah preventif dan represif dimana sosialisasi represif lebih diutamakan dilaksanakan secara individualistik dari pada demonstratif. Langkah demonstratif diperlukan pada pelanggaran tertentu yang diperlukan kesadaran santri secara umum sehingga mereka menyadari pentinnya menjaga disiplin. Sosialisasi represif juga bisa dilakukan oleh wali kelas bahkan oleh pengurus organisasi santri dalam pelanggran yang ringan namun sering dilakukan. Namun semua tindakan tersebut harus dilaporkan kepada Kyai. Katakunci : Kultur, Bimbingan dan Konseling, Pesantren

Abstract

The existence of pesantren as educational institutions faces challenges from rapid changes in the increasingly complex era of globalization. Traditional pesantren with individual leadership models find it difficult to develop due to non-collective development approaches. Modern pesantren face moral crisis challenges due to insufficient internalization of moral values in pesantren activities sourced from religious texts. Combined traditional-modern pesantren face dilemmatic challenges in maintaining traditional values while responding to changing times, causing pesantren to tend to prioritize technical management while neglecting mastery of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning). These challenges must be responded to responsively by implementing pesantren managerial innovations to maintain sustainability amid societal demands. Pesantren managerial innovation is expected to become a strategic step in maintaining traditional pesantren values and evolving with modernity, without losing the indigenous identity of pesantren. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review approach analyzing various relevant literature sources. This study aims to analyze the importance of pesantren managerial transformation by integrating traditional leadership models with modern management principles. Pesantren managerial transformation can use strategic management concepts in achieving pesantren goals including visionary planning, measurable goal setting, and continuous evaluation
