Abstract

In the continually evolving digital era, authentication system efficiency has become crucial for accelerating processes and enhancing user security. This research aims to analyze the integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) features in authentication systems and its impact on user login efficiency, incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts. Using a comparative analysis between traditional authentication systems and those integrated with SSO, sample data from three major technology companies show that SSO integration reduces average login time by 60% and increases user satisfaction by 70%. Additionally, integrating AI in SSO systems enhances security by providing predictive analytics for potential security threats and optimizing the overall user experience. These findings suggest that broader adoption of AI-enhanced SSO can significantly strengthen security and efficiency in corporate authentication systems, making it a valuable strategy for organizations aiming to improve user satisfaction and data protection.

Abstract

This study addresses anomaly detection in high dimensional time series data within the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven software development, where modern systems generate large temporal data streams and reliable monitoring remains difficult due to noise, complexity, and limited labeled anomalies. The objective of this research is to develop an effective and scalable anomaly detection framework based on self supervised transformer models that can learn meaningful temporal representations without heavy reliance on manual annotation. The proposed method applies self supervised pretraining through masked sequence reconstruction and contrastive temporal learning on large scale, unlabeled multivariate time series datasets, followed by transformer based attention mechanisms to capture long range dependencies and compute anomaly scores. Experiments are conducted using benchmark datasets and real world system log data implemented with Python based deep learning tools and transformer architectures to evaluate detection performance. The results indicate that the proposed approach improves detection accuracy and reduces false positive rates compared to traditional statistical techniques and supervised deep learning models, particularly in high dimensional and low label settings. In conclusion, integrating self supervised learning with transformer architectures provides a robust and generalizable solution for time series anomaly detection, contributing to software analytics and monitoring systems by lowering labeling costs and improving adaptability across application domains.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital infrastructures has amplified cybersecurity vulnerabilities, challenging organizations to manage risks effectively. Traditional vulnerability assessment methods, such as static scoring systems, often overlook dynamic threat information, leading to suboptimal prioritization. This study addresses the gap in existing vulnerability management approaches by introducing a data-driven framework that combines internal system data, public vulnerability databases, and external threat intelligence using predictive analytics. The proposed decision support information system employs machine learning as an analytical component to estimate the likelihood of vulnerability exploitation and support vulnerability prioritization decisions. The novelty of this approach lies in its ability to prioritize vulnerabilities not only based on technical severity but also considering the context of real-world threat activity. When benchmarked against conventional methods, this approach demonstrates superior performance in identifying exploitable vulnerabilities, improving accuracy and recall, thus optimizing resource allocation. By adopting a proactive, risk-based strategy, the framework prioritizes the most critical vulnerabilities in complex IT environments. The results highlight the potential of predictive models in enhancing cybersecurity management and supporting sustainable infrastructure, driving a shift toward more efficient, data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, cybersecurity has become increasingly critical, especially within complex network environments. This research presents the development of a cyber threat detection system that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data analytics to enhance accuracy and speed in identifying and responding to cyber threats. The system was evaluated through rigorous testing, demonstrating a high detection accuracy of 95\% for malware and unauthorized access attempts, along with an impressive detection speed of 2 seconds on average for most threats. Additionally, the system exhibited strong scalability, maintaining optimal performance even with increasing network complexity. These findings underscore the system's robustness and practical applicability in real-world scenarios. However, further refinement is suggested to improve anomaly detection and reduce response times for more complex threats. This study contributes valuable insights into the integration of AI and Big Data in cybersecurity, providing a scalable and effective solution for protecting critical network infrastructures.

Abstract

This study explores the dual role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving operational effectiveness and fostering organizational agility, two critical factors for success in today’s dynamic business environment. By leveraging technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and robotic process automation, organizations can streamline workflows, enhance cost efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. The research adopts a qualitative approach, analyzing case studies and expert insights to uncover key findings. Results indicate that AI implementation significantly enhances process speed, decision accuracy, and adaptability while reducing operational costs. However, challenges such as resistance to change, high implementation costs, and ethical concerns—particularly regarding data privacy—pose barriers to adoption. To address these, organizations must adopt strategic measures such as phased implementation, robust training programs, and ethical frameworks. The study introduces a conceptual model that illustrates AI's central role in driving efficiency and adaptability, supported by comparative performance metrics demonstrating tangible benefits. This research contributes to the broader understanding of AI’s transformative impact, emphasizing its potential as a catalyst for innovation and competitiveness. Furthermore, it provides practical recommendations for overcoming barriers to adoption, ensuring sustainable integration of AI technologies. By addressing both opportunities and challenges, the findings serve as a roadmap for organizations aiming to harness AI's full potential. Future research should focus on industry-specific applications and strategies to tailor AI adoption to unique organizational needs, thereby maximizing its impact across diverse sectors. This study concludes that AI is indispensable for organizations striving to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Abstract

The exponential growth of customer data within Management Information Systems (MIS) has generated an urgent need for structured analytical approaches capable of transforming raw information into valuable insights that support decision-making across various organizational processes. This study aims to develop a comprehensive and systematic framework for mining customer data in MIS by integrating preprocessing procedures, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques into a unified analytical workflow. Using the Design Science Research methodology, the framework was designed based on existing data mining standards, developed through iterative refinement, and demonstrated using a customer-behavior dataset processed with clustering, classification, and association rule mining techniques. The findings reveal that the proposed framework improves data quality, enhances segmentation accuracy, and strengthens predictive capability, enabling MIS to deliver deeper insights into customer behavior, purchasing tendencies, and potential churn risks. Experimental results show that combining K-Means, Random Forest, and Apriori algorithms yields more comprehensive and reliable patterns compared to using a single analytical technique. The outcomes of this research highlight the practical significance of applying an integrated data mining approach in MIS, allowing organizations to optimize marketing strategies, personalize services, and make more informed managerial decisions. Overall, this study contributes to the field by offering a scalable, adaptable, and effective framework for implementing customer data mining within real-world MIS environments.
