Abstract

Effective inventory management is crucial for Heycaps.co to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. However, the current manual system results in inventory data inconsistencies, delays in the receipt of goods, and challenges in inventory tracking. This study aims to design a web-based inventory receipt and management information system to address these issues. The system is developed using a prototype approach, incorporating Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Table Relations, and Database Table Structures. The interface design employs the Bootstrap framework to ensure a responsive and user-friendly display. The findings of this study present a system design that can be utilized by the owner, warehouse staff, and store staff to enhance inventory data management, streamline the receipt process, and improve the accuracy of inventory reporting. User evaluations indicate that the proposed system meets user requirements and offers ease of use. Keywords: Information System, Inventory, Prototype Method, Heycaps.co, Inventory  Management.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven various business sectors, including the culinary industry, to adopt digital systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study aims to design a web-based reservation and cashier system for Nyoman Cafe, a renowned seafood restaurant in Bali. The system addresses challenges in manual reservations and transaction recording, which often lead to errors, delays, and data inaccuracies. Utilizing the Prototipe method, the research involves stages of requirement gathering, interface design using Figma, and Prototipe evaluation to ensure the system aligns with user needs. The resulting system enables customers to make online table reservations with real-time availability access while simplifying transaction management through automated record-keeping features. This system is expected to improve operational efficiency, minimize errors, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen Nyoman Cafe's competitiveness in the culinary industry.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Indonesia experience persistently high unemployment, partly because many students’ competencies remain oriented toward formal employment rather than business creation. Preliminary interviews at SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar indicated that among 51 grade-12 students enrolled in the entrepreneurship subject, only five reported owning or intending to start a business after graduation. This community service program aimed to strengthen students’ technopreneurship understanding and their ability to produce a structured business plan using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), supported by Generative AI (ChatGPT). The intervention was delivered in a 2-hour workshop consisting of: (1) a 30-minute session on entrepreneurship and technopreneurship concepts, (2) a 50-minute step-by-step BMC development integrated with ChatGPT and guided by the speaker with facilitator mentoring and observation, and (3) a 40-minute group presentation with feedback. Outcomes were assessed using a descriptive evaluation framework (pre–post concept quiz, BMC rubric, and structured observations). Before the program, all students recognized the term “entrepreneur,” but only 3.92% demonstrated adequate understanding of “technopreneurship”; after the workshop, 100% of participants could define both concepts, explain differences, and provide examples. All groups completed the nine BMC blocks (100%), with 80% of group outputs reflecting technopreneurship-based business ideas. Rubric review identified recurring weaknesses in articulating value propositions (30%) and distinguishing customer relationships from channels (40%). Overall, integrating BMC practice with AI-assisted ideation provides a practical and replicable approach to improve structured business thinking and digital literacy among SMK students.

Abstract

AbstrakEra Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah mendorong pentingnya penguatan kompetensi technopreneurship di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa SMK Pandawa Bali Global dalam menyusun model bisnis berbasis Business Model Canvas (BMC) sebagai alat bantu visual yang efektif dalam merancang dan mengembangkan ide usaha. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tujuh tahapan, yakni Pre-test, pemaparan materi technopreneurship dan BMC, praktik penyusunan ide bisnis, presentasi ide bisnis kelompok, diskusi dan tanya jawab, Post-test, serta sesi penutupan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 siswa dari berbagai jurusan dan dilaksanakan di Aula SMK Pandawa Bali Global. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai Pre-test dan Post-test masing-masing meningkat sebesar 52 poin untuk kategori technopreneurship dan 60 poin untuk kategori BMC. Selain itu, seluruh kelompok peserta berhasil menyusun dan mempresentasikan model bisnis secara sistematis dan inovatif. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran visual dan aplikatif seperti BMC dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menanamkan mindset kewirausahaan yang kreatif, sistematis, dan adaptif di lingkungan pendidikan vokasi. Kata kunci: business model canvas; SMK; technopreneurship. Abstract The Fourth Industrial Revolution has emphasized the importance of strengthening technopreneurship competencies among the younger generation, particularly students in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the understanding and skills of students at SMK Pandawa Bali Global in developing business models using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), a visual tool effective for designing and structuring entrepreneurial ideas. The program was implemented through seven stages: Pre-test, delivery of technopreneurship and BMC materials, business idea development practice, group business idea presentations, discussions and Q&A sessions, Post-test, and a closing session. The activity involved 50 students from various majors and was conducted in the main hall of SMK Pandawa Bali Global. Evaluation results demonstrated a significant improvement in student comprehension, with average Pre-test and Post-test scores increasing by 52 points in the technopreneurship category and 60 points in the BMC category. Furthermore, all student groups successfully developed and presented their business models in a structured and innovative manner. This program indicates that visual and applicative learning approaches such as BMC are effective strategies for instilling an entrepreneurial mindset that is creative, systematic, and adaptive within vocational education settings. Keywords: business model canvas; technopreneurship, vocational high school.

Abstract

Yayasan Mulung Parahita Padma Negara memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan bumi yang lebih baik melalui pengelolaan sampah anorganik, seperti plastik, yang sulit terurai secara alami. Yayasan ini meyakini bahwa jika masyarakat memahami bahwa sampah memiliki nilai ekonomis dan bukan sekadar limbah, maka akan tumbuh kesadaran untuk mulai mengelola sampah dari rumah masing-masing. Untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, dibutuhkan inovasi teknologi yang dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi dan berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi bank sampah berbasis website menggunakan metode prototype, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara bertahap berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, HTML, CSS, dan MySQL, dengan dukungan Bootstrap untuk antarmuka responsif dan Leaflet untuk fitur peta penjemputan. Sistem menyediakan dua peran pengguna, yaitu admin dan nasabah, dengan fitur utama seperti pendaftaran akun, pencatatan transaksi setoran dan penarikan saldo, permintaan penjemputan, serta pengelolaan artikel dan banner. Hasil pengujian dengan metode Black Box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sampah dan mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, termasuk dalam proses penjualan. PT. GIEB Indonesia hingga saat ini masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan pesanan secara manual melalui kertas purchase order yang berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan input data, serta risiko kerusakan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan pada PT. GIEB Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengujian, hingga evaluasi desain. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi penjualan berupa flowchart sistem usulan, diagram UML (use case, activity, sequence, class), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), serta desain antarmuka (UI) menggunakan Figma. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pencatatan pesanan, mengurangi kesalahan input, mempercepat pelayanan, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses penjualan di PT. GIEB Indonesia.

Abstract

Cash flow forecasting plays a crucial role in supporting financial stability and strategic decision-making for businesses. This study aims to analyze and forecast the operating cash flow of healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model. The dataset consists of quarterly operating cash flows from 17 companies over the period 2020–2024. This research uses a quantitative approach with time series analysis. The modeling process includes stationarity testing, parameter identification, model training, and evaluation using MAPE, MAE, RMSE, and R-squared as performance metrics. The results indicate that all cash flow data are stationary, and the ARIMA models provide strong predictive performance, with MAPE values below 20% and R-squared consistently above 0.90. These findings suggest that the healthcare sector exhibits stable cash flow patterns and resilience to short-term fluctuations. The study concludes that ARIMA is an effective tool for short-term financial forecasting in the healthcare industry. The implications of this study suggest that the forecasting results can be used as a reliable basis for budget planning, liquidity management, and investment decision-making in healthcare companies.

Abstract

Kanker kulit merupakan salah satu jenis kanker dengan prevalensi tinggi secara global termasuk di Indonesia yang resikonya semakin meningkat akibat penipisan lapisan ozon dan paparan sinar ultraviolet (UV) berlebih. Deteksi dini kanker kulit melalui klasifikasi citra sangat penting untuk meningkatkan peluang kesembuhan pasien. Namun, keterbatasan jumlah dan variasi data citra kanker kulit menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengembangan model klasifikasi berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Teknik augmentasi data menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memperluas dan memperkaya keragaman dataset tanpa perlu pengumpulan data baru. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai teknik augmentasi data terhadap performansi model CNN dalam klasifikasi citra kanker kulit menggunakan dataset Internasional Skin Imaging Collaboration (ISIC) yang terdiri dari sembilan kelas kanker kulit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CRISP-DM yang terdiri dari enam tahapan. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh akurasi tertinggi pada data uji menggunakan teknik augmentasi data jenis gaussian noise addition. Sementara itu, baseline model tanpa augmentasi memiliki akurasi lebih rendah. Disimpulkan teknik augmentasi data memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan akurasi dan ketahanan model CNN dalam mengenali berbagai jenis kanker kulit.
